한국의 건설공사비지수는 대한건설협회(이하 건협)가 1994년 이후 발표를 중단한 이후, 2004년 2월부터 정부에서 실적공사비제도와 관련하여 새롭게 공사비지수를 발표하기 시작하였다. 이 공사비지수는 한국은행(이하 한은)의 산업연관표, 생산자물가지수와 건협의 공사부문 시중노임 등 검증된 데이터를 활용하여 개발된 것이다. 기존의 통계자료만을 활용하는 것을 전제로 하였을 경우에는 이와 같은 방법이 유효할 수 있으나, 건설산업의 공사비 특성을 반영하기에는 일정한 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위하여 공사종류별로 노무비와 자재비의 투입구조를 직접적으로 조사하여, 해당 항목들의 원가변동치를 적용함으로써 건설공사비지수를 산출하는 방법을 도입하고자한다. 본 논문의 범위는 기존통계를 이용한 건설공사비지수의 문제점을 밝히고, 이를 대체할 수 있는 현실적인 대안으로서 직접조사에 의한 공사비지수 개발방법론의 타당성을 확인하는 것으로 한정한다. Korean Government started to publish Korean CCI(Construction Cost Index) again at February 2004 since CAK(Construction Association of Korea) stopped publishing it 1994. CCI is developed using the verified statistical data, that is, input-output table and producer price index by Korean Bank and labor unit cost by CAK. Though the method is available as it uses the verified statistical data, there is a limitation to reflect the characteristics of construction. For overcoming this limitation, this study suggests CCI development method investigating the input structure of labor and material cost for each type of construction project and applying the cost variations of the items.

Recently, the demand of ceramic metal halide lamp has been expanded. Therefore, the lamp with high efficiency and long lifetime are increasing and the evaluation of reliability is needed. In this paper, the degradation phenomena of ceramic metal halide lamp was studied. The lamp was tested for 3000 on/off cycles with each cycle having a duration of 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off based on the accelerated aging experiment based on "Reliability Standards RS C 0085". As result, the corrosion of arc tube and leak was appeared from reaction between inner wall of PCA and chemical elements, and distortion of electrode was resulted from difference of thermal expansion between arc tube of PCA and electrode. Also, the efficiency of lamp was decreased by the change of inner pressure, operation temperature, and driving voltage from wall blackening.

Purpose: Intraoperative quick parathyroid hormone assay (PTH) was introduced in the parathyroid surgery since 1988 and the value in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism was well recognized in the literature. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of intraoperative rapid PTH assay in patients with renal hyperparathyroidism by comparing intraoperative PTH results and the biochemical results at postoperative 6<SUP>th</SUP> month, including PTH values. Methods: Fifteen consecutive patients of renal hyperpara</SUP>thyroidism underwent total parathyroidectomy and immediate autotransplantation from November 2003 to February 2005. PTH levels were measured by PTH assay at the induction of anesthesia (baseline level) and in 20-minute intervals after excision of the last parathyroid gland. More than 50% drop of initial PTH level was considered as completeness of parathyroidectomy. Results: Twenty minutes after resection, PTH levels decreased by 83.7% in 14 patients and by 50.2% in one patient. Ten patients (67%) were cured but 5 patients (34%) showed high PTH levels after 6 months. The drop rate of intraoperative quick PTH level in cured patients was 92% at 26 minutes after parathyroidectomy and was significantly different from 73.3% of persistent or recurrent five patients (P=0.047). Preoperative PTH level, calcium level, alkaline phosphatase level and preoperative localization were not different in the cured and recurrent or persistent patients of renal hyperparathyroidism. Conclusion: The value of intraoperative quick PTH assayin patients of renal hyperparathyroidism was questionable. More than 92% drop of intraoperative PTH level at 26 minutes after parathyroidectomy could predict success in our study. (Korean J Endocrine Surg 2005;5:93-99)
한의학적 치료법으로 호전된 요추 추간판 탈출증 환자의 영상의학적 변화

Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the evolution of lumbar disc herniation in patients treated with oriental medicine. Methods: 14patients(15 cases) with lumbar disc herniation proved at MRI(Magnetic resonance imaging) underwent a follow-up MRI study. Follow-up MRI was performed $4{\sim}14$months(mean 7 months) after initial MRI. Results & Conclusions: 1. 13 cases(87%) had reduction of disc herniation. 1 showed no change in amount of disc herniation. 1 had an increase in disc herniation. 2. Comparison initial MRI with follow-up MRI showed that 2 of the herniations decreased between 0% and 25%, 3 decreased between 25% and 50%, 5 decreased between 50% and 75%, 3 decreased between 75% and 100%. The size of the herniation decreased on average by 49% in 14patients(15 cases). 3. On axial images, the proportion of the cross-sectional area of the spinal canal occupied by the herniated disc was 54.41% on the average on the initial scan, 29.65% on the follow-up scan.
염산테트라싸이클린의 적용시간에 따른 임플란트 표면변화에 관한 주사전자현미경적 연구

The present study was performed to evaluate the effect of tetracycline - HCl on the change of implant surface microstructure according to application time. Implants with pure titanium machined surface, SLA surface and $TiO_2blasted$ surface were used. Implant surface was rubbed with 5Omg/ml tetracycline - HCl solution for ${\frac}{1}{2}$ min., 1 min., $1{\frac}{1}{2}$ min., 2 min., and 3min. respectively in the test group and with no conditioning in the control group. Then, the specimens were processed for scanning electron microscopic observation. The following results were obtained. 1. In the pure titanium machined surfaces, the control specimen showed a more or less rough machined surface composed of alternating positive and negative lines corresponding to grooves and ridges. After treatment, machining line was more pronounced for the control specimens. but in general, test specimens were similar to control. 2. In the SLA surfaces, the control specimen showed that the macro roughness was achieved by large-grit sandblasting. subsequently, the acid-etching process crated the micro roughness, which thus was superimposed on the macro roughness. 3. In the SLA surfaces, irrespective of the application time of 50mg/ml tetracycline-HCl solution, in general, test specimens were similar to control. 4. In the $TiO_2blasted$ surfaces the control specimen showed the rough surface with small pits. The irregularity of the $TiO_2blasted$ surfaces with 50mg/ml tetracycline-HCl solution was lessened and the flattened areas were wider relative to the application time of tetracycline - HCl solution. In conclusion, pure titanium machined surfaces and SLA surfaces weren't changed irrespective of the application time of tetracycline-HCl solution. And the $TiO_2blasted$ surfaces conditioned with tetracycline - HCl solution began to be changed from $1{\frac}{1}{2}$ min. This results are expected to be applied to the regenerative procedures for peri-implantitis treatment.

The reliability of the instruments and lifetime secure of the long time are very important for the transformer using the insulating oil as the insulation medium and electric power equipment development which is identical with a circuit breaker. For this, it is necessary to it grasps accurately and the insulation performance of the insulating oil is improved The research that it enhances the insulation performance of the insulating oil by using the magnetism nanofluid in connection with this as the insulating oil is actively in progress. However, the influence that the presence of the magnetic nano particle of the magnetic fluid inside reaches to the dielectric strength has to be understood in order to use the magnetic fluid as the insulating oil. In this study, we try to consider whether the magnetic nano particle volume concentration and magnetic field reach any influence to the insulating oil insulation property by measuring the puncture voltage according to the magnetic nano particle volume concentration of the magnetic nanofluid inside and the applied magnetic field according to the mixing ratio of the transformer oil and magnetic nanofluid or not. It confirmed to show the insulating power higher than the transformer oil in which the magnetic nanofluid is used in an existing. Because of acting in the electron scavenger within the insulating oil in which the added conductivity nano particle is electrically stressed, this is considered.
방전관 형태 및 열화 조건에 따른 세라믹 메탈할라이드 램프의 흑화원인 분석

In order to analyze the reason of wall blackening, which affect the decline of lifetime in a ceramic metal halide lamp, we carried out the deterioration of ceramic tubes by a change in operating conditions with arc tubes of two types of spherical and cylindrical, and we have confirmed the cause of wall blackening through the analysis of element composition and spectrum from SEM/EDS and spectrum analyzer. Wall blackening of tungsten was shown by sputtering from ignition in 20 minute on/off condition and wall blackening from chemical reaction between PCA wall and rare earth halides was shown significantly in a condition without on/off test. Especially, the wall blackening and the decline of luminous flux were reduced by inner convection in spherical type arc tube. Moreover, the color temperature and color coordinate were changed by reduction of emission spectrum of Dy which causes the chemical reaction with PCA wall.
