Cost estimates are necessary for government acquisition program to support decisions about funding, to develop annual budget requests and to validate resource requirements at key decision points. Many researches have been done about cost estimating technique recently. Parametric cost estimating models based on CERs(Cost Estimating Relationships) have been mainly used using regression method with historical data. However, there are many restrictions in developing Korean version CERs because the number of data points are too small. Specially, data collection and data management system are unstable in Korean defense environment, when developing CERs. In this research, we analyzed the historical data, and found some cost drivers in guided weapon system area. We developed the Acquisition Unit Cost CER using the regression to remove multicollinearity in the historical data. So we could overcome the restriction of the insufficient sample number. This research as a first attempt is meaningful in terms of obtaining our own Acquisition Unit Cost CER using historical cost and physical characteristic in Korean development environment.

본 연구는 고난의 행군 시기 조선인민군의 사회적 역할을 유형별로 살펴보고 이것이 갖는 함의를 살펴보고자 한다. 『로동신문』을 연구의 주요 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 고난의 행군 이후 선군정치의 등장에서 주목할 점은 ‘혁명의 주력군’의 변화이다. ‘노동계급’에서 ‘인민군대’로의 변화는 사회주의 건설에서 군대가 차지하는 위상과 역할이 높아졌음을 의미한다. 특히 고난의 행군이라는 극심한 체제위기 속에서 군대는 가장 유일한 통제 가능한 조직이었다. 이 시기 대민지원과 일상의 영역에서 군대 의 역할은 강조되었다. 군대는 가장 모범적인 대상이었으며, 건설과 농업 분야에서 역할이 두드러졌다. 김일성 사망 후 그의 혁명사적지 건설에 적극적으로 참여한 대상도 군대였다. 이를 통해 북한 군대는 기존의 체제수호를 포함해 경제건설, 정치사상적 모범으로서의 역할을 맡게 되었다. 결국, 군대의 지위와 역할이 강조되면서 체제의 경직성과 군사적 사회질서는 더욱 강화되는 문제점을 낳고 있다. This study would investigate the social roles of the Korean People’s Army by each type during the Arduous March Time and their implications. The Rodong Sinmun was used as the main analysis data of the study. What should be noted in the appearance of the military-first policy after the Arduous March is a change in ‘the Main Force of the Revolution.’ The change from ‘the laboring classes’ to the ‘Korean People's Army’ means that the status and role of the army has increased in building socialism. In particular, in the extreme crisis of the system, the Arduous March, the army was the only controllable organization. During this time, the army’s role was emphasized in the military aid to civil authorities and the domain of everyday life. The army was the most exemplary subject, and its role was noticeable in the construction and agricultural sectors. The army was the subject that actively participated in the construction of the historic sites of the revolution after Kim Il-sung died. Through this, the North Korean Army came to take on roles in the construction of the economy and as a model of political ideology, including the protection of the existing system. Consequently, emphasizing the position and the role of the army has caused issues such as the rigidity of the system and the reinforcement of the military social order.
머신러닝을 활용한 EV NVH 최적 모델링에 관한 연구

In the rapidly evolving automotive industry, Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) control has become a critical aspect of vehicle development. Meeting consumers demands for a quieter and smoother driving experience while adhering to environmental and safety standards requires advanced optimization techniques. This study aims to compare the performance of two NVH optimization algorithms: AVL CAMEO Robust Neural Network and machine learning algorithms from the Python scikit-learn library. To achieve this, a comprehensive evaluation process was conducted. NVH data was collected and preprocessed to suit the requirements of both algorithms. The models were implemented and fine-tuned using appropriate hyperparameters and optimization techniques. Performance evaluation was conducted using test data, focusing on noise, vibration, and stiffness evaluation metrics. The results demonstrated that both AVL CAMEO Robust Neural Network and scikitlearn algorithms offered effective NVH optimization capabilities. However, their strengths and weaknesses differed in various scenarios. AVL CAMEO Robust Neural Network showed promising results in specific NVH aspects, while scikit-learn demonstrated versatility across multiple evaluation metrics. This study provides valuable insights into NVH optimization approaches, contributing to the advancement of vehicle motor development. The findings help automotive manufacturers and researchers choose the most suitable optimization algorithms based on their specific NVH requirements, promoting a smoother and more comfortable driving experience for consumers.
DoE 기반의 혁신적인 E-Drive 효율 자동화 시험 방법론

In this paper a Robust Neural Network (RNN) which is especially suited for EV test bench. The complex model algorithm can provide the superior model quality of result and simple optimization. The E-Drive test bench is consisted of real E-Drive test environment with the physical operation and optimized test/modeling methodology. The model and test are operated for best optimization during back-emf phase with managing the limit condition which must be avoided. Not only quality, but also the time efficiency, will be managed in the same process. When RNN model is used with battery test environment, uninterested areas of test will be ignored and during the test, DoE provides the fast way to anticipate the next nominated test point for the better model quality. Using RNN algorithm, this automatic test can provide the simple order to make a model prediction and the efficiency test using id and iq parameter.

대부분의 대학에서는 학문 목적 한국어 교육과정을 두어 외국인 학습자들의 학문적의사소통 능력 향상을 돕고 있다. 그러나 문법 수업, 학문적 글쓰기 수업, 발표나토론 등의 제한적인 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기 등의 수업이 주로 개설되어 있어 의사소통능력을 배양하기가 쉽지 않다. 또한 학문 목적 한국어교육은 단지 의사소통능력의 향상에만 목표를 두는 것이 아니라 학습자들의 종합적인 사고력에도 중점을 두어야 하지만 현실은 그렇지 못하다. 따라서 본고에서는 말하기, 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기 등 고른의사소통 능력을 배양할 수 있고 사고력 및 과제 수행 능력을 기를 수 있고 한국어의 구어와 문어의 차이를 이해할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 한국인 및 한국 문화 등에 대한이해의 폭을 확장시킬 수 있으며 학습자가 능동적으로 수업에 참여할 수 있게 하는 훌륭한 수업 도구인 인터뷰를 활용한 학문 목적 한국어 교육을 실시하였다. 실제교육에 적용하기에 앞서 우선 인터뷰의 개념과 한국어교육에서의 인터뷰 활용의 의의를 살펴보았으며 인터뷰 단계 모형과 수업 내용을 설계한 다음 학문 목적 한국어 교수요목을 제안하였다. 그리고 이를 실제 수업에 활용하였는데 그 결과 학습자들은 의사소통 능력, 사고력 및 과제 수행 능력 등의 대학 수학 기초 능력의 향상을 가져왔으며 한국인 사고방식의 이해, 구어와 문어의 차이 이해, 문법 및 어휘의 학습 등에 효과가 있다고 밝혔다. The objective of this study is to provide a method of Korean education for Academic Purposes using interview for KAP learners. Education utilizing interview can cultivate more communication skills and help students improve the ability to think and perform better in academics. In addition, KAP learners can understand the difference between written and spoken Korean to deepen the understanding of actively in class. A KAP syllabus was suggested to achieve these designed models of interview stage. This syllabus stated clearly the content of the classes and the role of both teacher and learner. It is divided into three steps: pre-interview, interview and post interview, as suggested on the actual syllabus. As a result, KAP learners have improved their communication skills, ability to think and perform better in academics. Furthermore, they said that Korean education for academic purposes using interview helps to comprehend the way Koreans think, to understand the difference of written and spoken Korean, and to learn vocabulary and grammar. This study is significant on that it is the first study of Korean education for Academic Purposes using interview for KAP learners. In addition, it is important because it comes with an actual KAP syllabus.
