        종목별 운동 특성과 ACE 유전자 다형의 관계

        본 연구는 운동적성 및 종목 선택에 필요한 기초자료 구축 및 활용 가능성을 진단하고자 엘리트 선수를 대상으로 종목별 운동 특성과 ACE 유전자 다형의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 국가대표 및 대학 남자선수로서 7개 종목 60명의 우수선수 중 지구력 종목(중·장거리) 22명, 순발력 종목(단거리, 투척, 체조, 역도) 20명, 혼합종목(필드하키, 유도) 18명이었으며, ACE유전자와 운동유형별 엘리트 선수들의 유전자 다형 분포 및 체력 변인의 관계를 비교 검토하였다. 최대심박수는 II형이 189.9±10.13회/분, ID형이 189.7±8.98회/분 그리고 DD형이 189.2±8.89회/분의 순으로 나타났으며, 운동지속시간은 DD형이 19.4±3.55분, ID형이 18.4±4.45분 그리고 II형이 17.5±3.62분의 순으로 나타났다. AT는 DD형이 72.2±4.56%VO2max, II형이 71.8±5.17%VO2max, 그리고 ID형이 69.5±5.34%VO2max의 순으로 나타났다. 지구력 유형의 선수 22명 중 ID 형이 54.5%(12명), II형이 27.3%(6명) 그리고 DD형이 18.2%(4명)이었다. 순발력 유형의 선수 20명 중 II형과 ID형이 각각 45.5%(9명)였으며, DD형은 10.0%(3명)이었다. 한편, 지구력과 순발력이 혼합된 혼합 유형의 선수 18명 중 ID형이 50.0%(9명), II형이 33.3%(6명) 그리고 DD형이 16.7%(3명)의 비율을 나타내었다. 이 세 운동유형 모두 ID형, II형, DD형의 순서로 분포비율을 나타냈으나, 운동 유형에 따른 ACE 유전자 분포의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(X2=1.667, p>.797). 이상의 결과에 따라 고강도의 훈련을 받은 엘리트 선수들의 경우 운동유형과 ACE 유전자 다형과는 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로 사료되었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between sports type and ACE gene polymorphism in order to find whether ACE gene polymorphism can be used to choose sports type according to athletic aptitude. The subjects for ACE gene polymorphism were 60 Korea national and collegiate athletic players selected from 22 endurance event players (middle and long distance running), 20 agility event players (short distance running, throwing, gymnastics, weight lifting) and 18 middle range event players (field hockey, judo). Graded exercise test and ACE gene polymorphism type test were conducted with these subjects. The maximum heart rates of type II, ID and DD were 189.9±10.13, 189.7±8.98 and 189.2±8.89, respectively. The respective exercise durations of type DD, ID and II were 19.4±3.55, 18.4±4.45 and 17.5±3.62 minutes. The ATs of type DD, II and ID were 72.2±4.56%VO2max, 71.8±5.17%VO2max and 69.5±5.34%VO2max, respectively. The endurance abilities of type ID, II, and DD were 54.5% (12 persons), 27.3% (6 persons) and 18.2% (4 persons), in order. The respective power abilities of type II, ID and DD were 45.5% (9 persons), 45.5% (9 persons), and 10.0% (3 persons). On the other hand, The combined abilities of endurance and power of type ID, II, and DD were 50.0% (9 persons), 33.3% (6 persons), and 16.7% (3 persons), respectively. The distribution ratios of all types of ID, II, and DD were in order of ID, II, and DD. But, the differences of ACE gene polymorphism with respect to exercise type were not statistically significant (X2=1.667, p>.797). By these results, exercise type and ACE gene polymorphism of elite athletes was not statistically related.

        소아 안면골 골절의 임상 분석; 10년 동안 201례의 경험

        The proper management of the pediatric facial bone fracture is critical in the facial bone development. This study characterizes the surgically treated patient population suffering from facial bone fractures by the use of current data from a large series consisting of 201 cases. The data was gathered through a retrospective chart review of patients surgically treated for facial bone fractures at the department of plastic and reconstructive surgery, Sanggye Paik hospital, Inje university medical center, collected over 10-years period from January, 1993 to December, 2002. Data regarding patient demographics(age, sex), seasonal distribution, location of fractures, and the causes of injury with admission periods, were collected. In total, there were 201cases of pediatric facial bone fractures. Male patients outnumbered female patients by a 5.48: 1 ratio and were found to engage in a wider range of behaviors that resulted in facial bone fractures. Physical violence was the leading cause of pediatric facial bone fractures(27.9%), followed by sports-related mechanisms (22.9%) and falling down(17.9%). The most prevalent age group was 11-15 years-old(71.1%) and there was a 14.3% prevalence in March. Among the location of fractures, the nasal bone was the most prevalent, accounting for 82.3% of injuries, followed by the orbit(9.95%), and the mandible fractures(7.5%). Most patients(59.7%) were treated within 6-9 days after trauma and the mean hospitalization period was 8-11 days. We should follow up the surgically treated patients, and they will be further evaluated about postoperative sequele and effect on the facial bone development. These studies demonstrate differences in the demographics and clinical presentation that, if applied to patients, will enable a more accurate diagnosis and proper management.

        2009 개정과 2015 개정 과학과 교육과정에 따른 생명과학Ⅰ 교과서의 개념 관계망 비교 - 생명의 연속성 단원을 중심으로 -

        This research compared and analyzed the 'Continuity of Life' unit's content in the biology Ⅰ textbooks. For the research, we chose three biology Ⅰ textbooks under the 2009 and 2015 revised science curriculum. The conceptual networks representing the contents of the textbook were analyzed and compared. Research results are as follows: First, As the curriculum was revised, the concepts and the number of links in the textbook decreased significantly. Second, due to many concepts and relations were eliminated through curriculum revision, the sub-component and the hub concepts in the textbook's conceptual network also changed. Third, the structure and composition of conceptual networks showed different characteristics through curriculum revision. The research results can give directions about a teaching method of the continuity of life unit in biology Ⅰ textbook to biology teachers. Also, these can help students meaningful learning.

      • 전통된장의 생리기능 특성

        우리나라 대두 발효식품의 하나인 전통된장의 우수성을 입증하고자 전통된장의 glucose 투과 억제 효과, fibrinolytic activity, ACE 저해활성 측정, 장내세균 이용성을 조사하였다. 된장의 Glucose 흡수지연 효과는 1시간에 21%의 효과를 보였다. 된장의 fibrinolytic activity는 산처리(pH 3.0)하였을 경우 된장의 혈전 용해활성이 145%로 나타났다. 열처리 하였을 경우 55℃에서 30분에서는 반응이 나타나지 않았으나 100℃에서 10분간과 30분간 열처리 하였을 경우 각각 110.97%와 190%의 높은 혈전용해 활성을 나타내었다. 된장의 ACE 저해활성은 20.92%의 저해능을 나타내었다. 된장의 장내세균의 생육 측정 결과 5% 된장 첨가 시 생균수 측정에서 유익균인 Bifidobacterium aldolescentis에서는 대조구에 비해 1 log CFU/mL 균이 증가하였고 Bifidobacterium bifidum에서는 4 log CFU/mL 균이 증가하였으나 유해균인 Bacteroides fragilis는 대조구에 비해 증식 24시간째 4 log CFU/mL균의 증식 억제 효과를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 전통된장의 생리기능 특성에 대한 우수성이 입증되었다. We investigated physiological properties (glucose retardation effect, fibrinogen activity, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory effect, and intestinal microflora bioavailability) of traditional doenjang. The retardation effects of doenjang on glucose were 21% at 1 hr. Fibrinolytic activitis of doenjang were 145% at pH 3.0 and 190% at 100℃ for 30min. ACE inhibitory effect of doenjang was 20.92%. The traditional doenjang activated growth in Bifidobacterium adolescentis and Bifidobacterium bifidum, increasing by 1 log CFU/mL and 4 log CFU/mL, respectively, whereas they inhibited growth in Bacteroides fragilis by 4 log CFU/mL in RCM medium. However, Doenjang did not affect growth of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Clostridium perfringens, E. coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. The results show that traditional doenjang is a good traditional fermented food providing various physiological properties.

        HPLC를 이용(利用)한 축산식품중(畜産食品中) 잔류(殘留) 설폰아 미드제의 동시분석법(同時分析法) 연구(硏究)

        This study was carried out to explore the most sensitive and useful method for simultaneous determination of five sulfa drugs (sulfamethazine, sulfamerazine, sulfamonomethoxine, sulfadimethoxine, sulfaquinoxaline) in livestock productions (pork muscle, bovine muscle, chicken muscle, milk) by HPLC with UV detector and reverse phase column. The results obtained were as follows: 1. For mobile phase acetonitrile-0.01M ammonium acetate (23:77) showed more applicable sensitivity and retention times than acetonitrile-1% acetic acid (23:77). Thus acetonitrile-0.01M ammonium acetate(23:77) selected and applied to the modification test, from which it was found pH 6.75 was the most adequate. 2. Optimal wavelength of UV for SMT(sulfamethazine), SMR(sulfamerazine), SMM(sulfamonomethoxine), SD(sulfadimethoxine), and SQ(sulfaquinoxaline) were 266, 266, 265, 269 and 250nm, respectivery, and that for simultaneous application it was 263nm. 3. The average recovery rate by extractant(chloroform, dichloromethane, chlorform+dichloromethane) in the classic method was not significantly different(p>0.05) but that by chloroform higher than the others. Thus chloroform was found to be adequate as extractant in this classic method. 4. The average recovery rate was 86.5% by the MSPD(matrix solid phase disperse) method, which was significantly higher than that by the classic method(p<0.05). Also the recovery rates by method were significantly different(p<0.05) in accordance with sample and type of drug. The MSPD method was much superior to classic method on clean-up.

      • 버섯을 첨가한 전통고추장의 품질특성

        느타리버섯과 표고버섯을 전통고추장 제조 원료로 첨가하여 고추장 발효과정 중의 품질특성 변화를 조사하였다. 수분 함량은 버섯 첨가량이 많을수록 유의적으로 높았으며, 적정산도는 발효기간이 경과함에 따라 점진적으로 증가하는 양상을 보였으며 표고버섯 9% 첨가 고추장에서 가장 높았다. 알콜 함량은 느타리버섯 9% 첨가 고추장이 다른 고추장에 비해 유의적으로 높았으며, 느타리버섯 첨가 고추장의 경우 버섯 첨가량이 많을수록 알콜 함량이 낮았으나 표고버섯 첨가 고추장에서는 반대 양상을 나타냈다. 아미노산성질소 함량은 발효가 진행됨에 따라 점진적으로 증가하였으며, 버섯 9% 첨가 고추장에서 유의적으로 높았다. 고추장 색도에서는 버섯 첨가에 관계없이 발효기간동안 a같의 감소폭이 가장 컸으며, 버섯첨가량이 많을수록 L, a 및 b값 모두 대조구에 비해 유의적으로 높았다. 버섯 첨가 고추장에서는 세균 증식이 약간 지연되었고 버섯 종류에 따라 효모 증식 양상에서 차이가 있었으나 발효 말기의 세균수와 효모수에서는 차이가 없었다. 버섯 첨가 고추장의 관능평가에서 색과 향에 대한 평점이 높았으며, 대체로 표고버섯보다 느타리버섯 첨가 고추장에서 높은 점수를 얻었다. The traditional kochujang supplemented with mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes) was prepared, and changes in quality characteristics during fermentation at ambient temperature were investigated. The moisture content of kochujang increased by addition of mushroom. The titratable acidity of mushroom-added kochujang was gradually increased during fermentation. Ethanol contents of mushroom-added kochujang decreased with the addition of oyster mushroom, but increased with the addition of oak mushroom. The amino-nitrogen contents increased gradually during fermentation, resulting in significantly higher contents of 9% mushroom-added kochujang than others. The a value of kochujang decreased greatly during fermentation, but L, a and b values showed significantly higher than the control. The growth of bacteria in kochujang was delayed by the addition of mushrooms. Bacterial and yeast counts at the end of fermentation were not influenced by the addition of mushrooms. Sensory evaluation test revealed that color and flavour of kochujang were improved by the addition of mushrooms, and higher score was obtained from the addition of oyster mushroom compared to oak mushroom.

      • 뇌유래신경영양인자에 작용하는 한약에 대한 고찰

        Background: Although neurological disease is the high Global burden diseases in the worldwide, it is difficult to develop new drugs. Many reviews have been assessed on whether herbal medicine has the potential to be developed as a treatment for neurological diseases and BDNF target. Method: A total of 242 articles were searched using “Herbs and BDNF” as the keyword among the articles searched in PUBMED since 2003. The final 164 articles were selected and analyzed. Result: A total of 61 herbs, 9 fractions, 40 compounds, and 56 formulae were evaluated to act on BDNF, and BDNF expression was increased in almost herbal medicines and suggest the possibilities of nerve regeneration effects. Conclusion: The results that herbal medicines increase the expression of BDNF suggest that it can be developed as a therapeutic agent for BDNF-related neurological diseases-Dementia, Parkinson's, neuralgia, epilepsy etc.

        백금 나노 처리된 원적외선 방출 기능성 압박 운동복 이 에너지 소모량 및 생리적 관련요인과 주관적 착용감에 미치는 효과

        이 연구의 목적은 백금 나노기술로 처리되어 원적외선 방사율 0.892㎛, 방사에너지 3.44×102W/m2을 방출하는 기능성 압박 운동복을 착용하고 지구성 운동(6.5km/h, 30분간조깅) 수행 시, 에너지소모량과 생리적 관련 요인 그리고 주관적 착용감이 일반 압박 운동복과 그 효능에서 어떤 차이가 있는지를 검증하는데 있다. 피험자는 서울시 소재 30~40대 성인 여성 20명을 대상으로 무선방법에 의해 실험군(EG)과 통제군(CG) 각각 10명씩 분류하였으며 이중맹검법에 의한 실험설계에 의해 측정 및 분석을 실시하였다. 두 집단에 대한 1차 측정결과는 동질성검사를 실시하였으며 1~2차 측정 결과에 대해서 반복측정 변량분석과 사후검증인 LSD로 처리한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 동일 강도(시속 6.5km)에서 30분간 지구성 운동 수행 시 원적외선을 방출하는 기능성 압박 운동복(223kcal)은 일반 압박운동복(198kcal)을 착용할 때 보다 에너지 소모가 13%(25kcal)) 더 소비되는 것으로 나타나 동일 시간의 운동에서 더 많은 에너지소비가 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 생리적 관련 요인인 체온, 체열에 있어서도 유의한 차이의 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기능성 압박운동복은 일반 압박운동복보다 주관적 착용감에 있어서 세부 착용감 항목별 요인(착용 용이성, 활동성, 편안감, 소재질 만족감, 압박감, 자세교정 압박감)에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 전체적인 주관적 착용감 요인에서는 유의하게(p=.038) 착용감이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 백금 나노 처리된 원적외선 방출 기능성 압박 운동복 착용에 의한 운동 시 일반 압박 운동복에 비해 에너지 소비 칼로리 증가, 생리적 관련요인인 체온 증가와 발한량 증가에 의한 체중 감소 그리고 체열 상승에 의해 긍정적인 효능 결과를 도출하여 동일 시간 운동에서 일반 압박 운동복보다 운동 에너지 소비 증가에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. To verify the efficiency of the nano platinum functional sportswear, a test of energy consumption during exercising was conducted on twenty adult women aged 30-40 who live in K district of Seoul, who were divided into two groups of ten subjects. In this test, the subjects would exercise on a treadmill for 30 minutes at a load speed of 6.5km/h(108.33m/m). At this time, changes in body temperature, respiratory exchange rate, heart rate, calories consumed, and body heat were observed through the Respiratory Gas Automatic Analyzer. And a test of the sense of wearing was conducted by preparing a questionnaire on related factors. Based on the results of the tests, the following conclusion was made. 1) In the continuous workout for 30 minutes at the same intensity (6.5km/h), the energy consumption of subjects in the nano platinum functional sportswear(223.75kcal) was 25kcal(13%) higher than that of subjects in the common sportswear (198.29kcal). Therefore, the functional sportswear is effective as a diet sportswear. 2) In the test for satisfaction with the sense of wearing, there was no significant difference between the functional sportswear and the common sportswear in any factor relating to sense of wearing, such as wear-ability, activity readiness, comfort, fabrt, satisfaction, and sense of pressure. However, in the overall satisfaction for sense of wearing, satisfaction with the functional sportswear was higher than satisfaction with the common sportswear, by a significant amount (p=0.38). Considering the test results so far, it is deemed that more calories were consumed in the functional sportswear than in the common sportswear while exercising because the far infrared rays emitted from the functional sportswear resulted in an increase of metabolism, through a rise in body temperature as well as an increase in perspiration.
