        다물체 연성효과를 고려한 부유체의 동적거동 안전성 해석

        Recently, there are several problems in space, contiguity and facility of the existing harbors issued due to the trend of enlarging the container capacity of the large container vessel, the Mobile Harbor has been proposed conceptually as an effective solution for those problems. This concept is a kind of transfer loader of the containers from the large container ship, which is a floating barge with a catamaran type in the underwater part, and so prompt maneuverability and work effectiveness. For the safe mooring of two floating bodies, a container and the mobile harbor, in the near sea apart from the quay, a robot arm mooring facility specially devised would be designed and verified through comparison study under various environmental sea condition in the inner and outer harbor. DP system (Dynamic Positioning System) using the azimuth thruster and a pneumatic fender, etc, will be considered as a next research topic for the mooring security of multi-body floaters.

        Application of Korean Alphabet Domain-Names for Convenient Information Access in a Ubiquitous Information Network

        The mobile user interface becomes important to access information fast and conveniently, especially in the ubiquitous computing environment. Among many new services in the mobile computing environment, ubiquitous information networking service was studied using korean alphabet (consonant or vowel) domain-names including Korean single-character domain-names. Instead of handling long English/Korean URL-strings, as convenient user interface for information access, the Korean single-character/alphabet domain names are more convenient than long URL strings to retrieve information and to send information in the wired Internet as well as in the mobile Internet. We studied the convenience of Korean alphabet domain names with PCs as well as with mobile phones. We introduce the Implementation and the application of ubiquitous information portal, which has the functionality of Text to Speech (TTS) and is accessible with Korean single - character/alphabet domain - names. 모바일 사용자 인터페이스가, 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서, 정보를 빨리 그리고 편리하게 액세스하는데 중요해지고 있다. 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 많은 신규서비스들 중에서, 한글1자 도메인명을 포함하여, 한글알파벳(자음과 모음) 도메인명을 이용한 유비쿼터스 정보네트워킹서비스가 연구되었다. 긴 영어나 한글의 URL 스트링 대신에, 정보 액세스를 위한 편리한 사용자 인터페이스로서, 유선 인터넷에서 뿐만아니라 모바일 인터넷에서, 한글1자/자음/모음 도메인명이 정보를 액세스하고 정보를 알리는데 긴 URL스트링보다 더 편리하다. PC뿐만아니라 휴대폰에서 한글1자/자음/모음 도메인명의 편리함을 연구하였고, 음성변환(TTS) 기능을 가지고 있으며 한글1자/자음/모음 도메인명으로 액세스할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 정보포털의 구현과 응용을 소개한다

        세종대왕의 발명: 한글과 실시간 한민족 정보 네트워크

        인터넷, 특히 모바일 인터넷이 인류사회의 많은 분야, 특히 지식정보의 교환 속도에서 큰 영향을 끼치고 있다. 새로운 지식정보사회는 가치 있는 지식과 정보를 기반으로 한 많은 새로운 서비스 형태를 출현 시킬 것이다. 모바일 환경에서의 많은 새로운 서비스 중, 유선과 모바일 인터넷을 이용해서, 세종대왕이 창제한 한글을 이용한 실시간 전세계 한민족 네트워킹 서비스가 언제 어디에서나 가능하게 되었다. 모바일 환경에서 한글을 이용한 유저 인터페이스를 연구하였고, 또한 한글 도메인 명을 사용하여 실시간 한민족 정보 네트워킹을 실제 구현한 유용한 결과를 새로운 성능분석 메트릭과 함께 소개한다. The Internet, especially the mobile Internet influences enormously in many areas in human societym espeially in terms of the exchanging speed of knowledge and information. This new society of knowledge and information will introduce many new types of services based on valuable knowlwdge and information. Among many new services in this mobile computing environment, the real-time worldwide korean information networking service using the Korean characters invented by the mobile computing environment, the real-time worldwide Korean information networking service using the Koean characters invented by the King Sejong is possible ubiquitously with wired and mobile Internet. We studied the user interface with Korean characters in the mobile computing environment, and introduce the useful results with new metrics of performance analysis after real implementation for real-time Korean information networking using Korean domain names.

      • 산란계사내부 열환경 분석

        In this study, the thermal environmental factors in a layer f(arm such as dry bulb temperature, relative humidity, black globe temperature and illumination intensity were measured and analyzed to serve as basis for effective design and plan of poultry houses. The correlation analysis between the different factors was also done. Heat Index as measure of the thermal stress was also calculated and analyzed. A $1,000m^2$ laying house, 4 meters high with 52,000 layers in six-stage type cages was used in the measurement of the different environmental parameters. The results were as follows; 1. The temperature of the inside air and materials was directly related to the increase in aerial temperature based on the dry-bulb, black globe temperature reading. The correlation factor of the outside to inside air based on dry bulb setting was very significant at 0.927 The dry bulb temperature for inside temperature ranged from $19.9\~28.8^{\circ}C\;with\;SD+2.2^{\circ}C$ while that of the outside air was $16.2\~33.1^{\circ}C,\;SD+3.5^{\circ}C$. In addition, the temperature of the inside air was very stable. 2. The black globe temperature of the inside air ranged from $20.1\~28.8^{\circ}C,\;SD+2.3^{\circ}C$ while that of the outside air was $16.2\~47.5^{\circ}C,\;SD+6.0^{\circ}C$. 3. The relative humidity of the outside and inside air was $72.4\~100\;and\;50.2\~85.6\%$ with an average of $89.2\;and\;71.7\%$, respectively. 4. The illumination intensity in the laying house was less than 7 lux, with an average of $1.2\~2.5lux$ relative to height indicating that the laying house was well isolated from outside radiation. 5. The heat index of the inside air of the laying house had a high variation from $20.5^{\circ}C,\;SD+2.5^{\circ}C$ while that of the outside air was $13.1\~45.5^{\circ}C$, with an average of $21.6^{\circ}C,\;SD+6.3^{\circ}C$.

        5083-H321 알루미늄 합금의 해수 내 전류밀도의 변화에 따른 전식 특성 연구

        Electrolytic corrosion of the ship's hull can be occurred due to stray current during welding work using shore power and electrical leakage using shore power supply. The electrolytic corrosion characteristics were investigated for Al5083-H321 through potentiodynamic polarization and galvanostatic corrosion test in natural seawater. Experiments of electrolytic corrosion were tested at various current densities ranging from $0.01mA/cm^2$ to $10mA/cm^2$ for 30 minutes, and at various applied time ranging from 60 to 240 minutes. Evaluation of electrolytic corrosion was carried out by Tafel extrapolation, weight loss, surface analysis after the experiment. In the electrolytic corrosion characteristics of Al5083-H321 as the current density increased, the surface damage tended to proportionally increase. In the current density of $0.01mA/cm^2$ for a applied long time, the damage tended to grow on the surface. In the case of $10mA/cm^2$ current density for a applied long time, the damage progressed to the depth direction of the surface, and the amount of weight loss per hour increased to 4 mg/hr.

        선박안정성 향상을 위한 횡동요 방지 장치 개발에 관한 연구

        선박 횡동요는 물적 손실을 초래할 뿐만 아니라, 승선자의 거주성, 안전성 및 작업능률을 저하시키는 가장 큰 요인이 된다. 횡동요억제를 위한 많은 연구는 다양한 형태의 장치개발이라는 결과를 가져왔으며 상당한 효과를 얻고 있다. 지금까지 개발 된 대부분의 장치는 그 성능을 고려하지 야더라도 특수한 목적의 선박을 대상으로 설치$\cdot$운영되고 있으며, 고가이고 복잡하여 설치 상에도 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선박의 선미측에 설치한 플랩을 이용하여 운항중인 선박의 횡동요 억제에 관해 고찰하고 있다. 본 장치는 중$\cdot$소형의 선박에도 쉽게 설치하여 운용이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 적절한 제어시스템 구축으로 피칭운동도 제어할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 장치를 설치한 선박에 대해 실험적 기법을 이용하여 모델링을 행하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 장치의 횡동요 억제효과를 검증하고 있다. We have investigated the usefulness cf active stabilizing system to reduce ship rolling under disturbances, using varying reaction cf the flaps. In the proposed anti-rolling system for a ship, the flaps as the actuator are installed on the stem to reject rolling motion induced by disturbances like wave. The action induced by flaps which depends on power of disturbances am take the ship balance. Especially, in this study we identify the controlled system under the undefined system structure using spectral analysis and experimental studies. Based on these informations, we design the controller to evaluate the usefulness of the proposed system.
