가상현실의 활용도는 게임뿐만 아니라 재활 치료와 같은 의료에서도 높아지고 있다. 편리성으로 인하여 비디오를 활용한 비접촉 방식과 핸드 헬드 타입의 마우스 등을 사용하여 상지 움직임을 감지한다. 본 논문에서는 접힌 정도에 따라 저항값이 변화되는 휘어짐센서와 공간에서의 방향 정보를 얻을 수 있는 관성센서를 사용하여 손가락 움직임과 함께 상지 동작도 획득할 수 있는 장갑을 구현하였다. 구현된 장갑에서 얻은 신호로 오픈 소스 플랫폼인 Processing을 사용하여 손가락 움직임을 포함한 상지 동작을 실시간으로 표현하였다. 각 손가락 움직임의 감도는 0.5deg, 상지 동작 감도는 0.6deg였다. The utilization of virtual reality is increasing not only in games but also in medical care such as rehabilitation. Due to the convenience, the motion of the upper limb is detected using a non-contact method using video or a handheld type mouse, etc. In this paper, we implemented a glove which can measure finger movements and upper limb movements by using flex sensors whose resistance value changes according to the degree of folding and inertial sensors which can obtain direction information in space. We showed the upper arm movements including finger movements with signals obtained from the implemented glove on the open software platform, Processing. The sensitivity of each finger movement was 0.5deg, and the sensitivity of the upper limb motion was 0.6deg.

The surface modification of polyimide films fabricated by using an inductively coupled plasma (ICP), which uses a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen gases, was investigated to enhance the adhesive strength of sputtered copper. The results of the contact angle, atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements showed an increase in the surface roughness, as indicated by a decrease in the contact angle and the formation of oxygen complexes and functional groups on the ICP - treated surfaces. The 90˚ peel test showed that the highest peel strength obtained was 9.3 N/cm.

Quaternary CrTiAlN nanocomposite thin films were synthesized by closed field unbalanced magnetron sputtering (CFUBMS) at various N2 partial pressures, and their properties were evaluated. The preferred orientations of the CrTiAlN nanocomposite films were in the CrN (111) and CrN (200) directions. The black spots in the CrTiAlN nanocomposite films were proven by using a fast-Fourier transform (FFT) method to be a nanocomposite having in the [.113] direction. The hardness of the CrTiAlN nanocomposite films ranged from about 30 39 GPa, with the highest hardness corresponding to a grain size of about 2.9 nm. The resistance to plastic deformation and the fracture toughness depended on the hardness and the grain size. The critical grain size needed to maximize the hardness, dc, was also determined.寓

It has been fifteen years since military science was introduced into private and public universities since 2004. The department focuses on the improvements of the South Korean Army quality based on the Korean Army's traits including: an increase of power in the armed force and operations through research, development, and the expansion of a cooperation between the public (civilians) and military. Approximately, four hundred students from various universities in the military science department graduate in order to become an officer. The fourth industrial revolution causes structural transformation to our lives. Through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI,) war and the military as a whole will be altered significantly particularly with regard to efficiency. Nevertheless, it is important for us to train officers in creative ways so that they can deal with situations where machines will be unable to handle situations. Considering this change in our lives, it is necessary for the military science departments to change the way to teach and train their students. In order to accomplish this goal, we need to introduce a method called "Flipped Learning" and during the process all the members need to participate and communicate in an interactive way. By doing this, the military science departments will play an important role by improving human resource in terms of military and national security.
북한의 제4세대전쟁 위협전망과 극복방안 연구: 향토예비군 운용 개선을 중심으로

우리는 전쟁에서 당연히 강한 자가 약한 자에게 승리한다고 생각한다. 그러나 현대전쟁에서 약한 자가 강한 자를 상대로 승리한 사례들이 많음을 알 수 있다. 이는 제4세대전쟁 이론을 통해 논리적으로 이해할 수 있다. 북한은 열세한 국력임에도 한반도 무력통일 정책을 포기하지 않고 있다. 그들은 국제사회와 남한을 상대로 다양한 정치 사회 군사적 수준의 도발을 계속하고 있다. 최근에 북한은 5차례의 핵실험, 대륙간탄도미사일 시험발사와, DMZ 도발 등을 자행하였으며, 앞으로도 제4세대전쟁 차원의 도발을 계속할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 점증하고 있는 북한의 제4세대전쟁 위협과 도발에 대한 본질을 이해해야 한다. 이를 통해 그들의 제4세대전쟁 위협에 대한 근본적인 대책중 하나인 향토예비군제도에 대한 가치를 재인식하고 관련 제도를 보완해야 한다. 우리는 개선된 향토예비군제도를 통해 한반도에 세력균형 변화와 힘의 전환점으로 이행을 단호 거부할 수 있다. 즉 예상되는 북한의 제4세대전쟁 위협에 대하여, 우리의 향토예비군제도는 우리의 단호한 전쟁 수행을 위한 의지(意志)이자, 정치 사회 경제 군사적인 수단이며, 최적의 대안으로 기능발휘가 가능하다. We take it for granted that strong sides defeat weaker counterparts, while predicting the outcome of the battles. But in modern war, we can find plenty of evidence that weak sides won against the strong. This phenomenon can be understood logically by the fourth-generation war theory. the North Korean does not give up its unification strategy, which is unification by force, even though its inferior power. It is continuing various political, social and military levels of provocations toward both the international community and South Korea. Recently, North Korea did nuclear test, launched ICBM test, provoked the DMZ, and expecting to continue the provocations of the fourth-generation war level. We have to understand the nature of North Korea's fourth-generation war threats and provocations that it is focusing on. Based on this, have a new understanding of the value of the Homeland Defense Reservists as fundamental measures as the fourth-generation war threat and supplement related systems. We can firmly refuse the balance of power and power shift of the Korean Peninsula through improved Homeland Defense Reservists. As the expected North Korea's the fourth-generation war threats, our Homeland Defense Reservists is a firm will of conduct war, and political-social-economic-military means, it is possible to display as the best alternative.

Quaternary TiZrAlN nanocomposite thin films were synthesized by Closed-Field Unbalanced Magnetron Sputtering (CFUBMS), and their microstructure and mechanical characteristics were examined. The grain refinement of the TiZrAlN nanocomposite thin films was controlled by adjusting the N₂ partial pressure. The hardness of the film varied with the N₂ partial pressure and the maximum value was obtained approximately 47 ㎬. It was also confirmed that there is a critical value of the grain size (dc) to need maximum hardness.
