The effects of amphotericin B (150 $\mu$g/ml) and cycloheximide (10 $\mu$g/ml) on the biosynthesis of phospholipid and their fatty acid composition in chloroplast isolated from Chlorella were analyzed to compare with control. The levels of total lipid, phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), and phosphatidylcholine (PC) in the group treated with antibiotics were decreased. However, the biosynthesis of phosphatidylinositol (PI) was not affected by antibiotics. The major fatty acid in chloroplast envelope was linolenic acid (27.71%) in control and stearic acid (21.59%) in the group treated with amphotericin B. It was showed that the group treated with cycloheximide contained more unsaturated fatty acid than the control.

We analyzed the clinical data of 31 neonates who were treated with Mechanical Ventilation in NICU at WonKwang University Hospital (WUG) from Feb. 1987 to Jan. 1989. The results were as follows ; 1) According to diagnostic categories, hyaline membrane disease was the most common in 20 cases (64.5%), and then postasphyxia syndrome 4 cases (12.9%), apnea of prematurity 2 cases (6.5%), sepsis 2 cases (6.5%), in their order. 2) Twenty cases (64.5%) were born at WUH and others were born elesewhere, and male to female ratio was about 1.4 : 1. 3) Premature infants below 37 wks of gestational age were 24 cases (77.4%), and hyaline membrane disease were premature in 19 cases (95.0%). 4) Low birth weight infants below 2,500 gm were 26 cases (83.9%) and very low birth weight infants below 1,500 gm were 12 cases (38.7%). In 20 cases of hyaline membrane disease, all cases were below 2,500 gm and 11 cases (55.0%) were below 1,500 gm. 5) According to selected mode of mechanical ventilation, CPAP mode was used in 4 cases (12.9%) and IPPB in 27 cases (87.1%). In 29 cases (93.6%), assist ventilation was initiated before 24 hours of age and in total duration of mechanical ventilation, 22 cases (71.0%) were below 3 days and 4 cases (12.9%) above 7 days. 6) Complications were seen during mechanical ventilation were intracranial hemorrhage (32.3%), infection including sepsis and pneumonia (29.0%), extrapulmonary air leaks (9.7%), in their order. 7) Total survival rate was 45.2%. For each diagnostic categories, the survival rate in hyaline membrane disease was 40.0%, postasphyxia syndrome 50.0% and apnea of prematurity 100%. The survival rate in infants less than 999 gm was 0%, 1,000-1,499 gm 50.0%, and more than 2,500 gm 20.0%, and in infants of gestational age below 28 weeks was 0%, 29-32 weeks 57.1%, 33-36 weeks 63.6%, and above 37 weeks 42.9%. 8) Follow up observations were performed in 12 survival infants for the period of 16 months to 3 years and long term sequalae were observed in 4 cases (33.3%). They were spastic quadriplegia, seizure disorder, retinopathy of prematurity and bronchopulmonary dysplasia.

The main expression of a study on the word field nouns 〈sigak(seeing act)〉is a substructure that is characterized as 〈daesang(object)〉. Some words that related to this characteristics are (Ⅰ)〈look〉 and 〈see〉- archilexem, and (2)[견:見], [관:觀], [람:覽], [시:視], [찰:察]- Chinese characters. From those above investigations, word field nouns expressing 〈sigak〉can be summurized as below. ⑴ The word field nouns expressing 〈sigak〉is characterized as 〈animated〉and 〈non - animated〉. ⑵ 〈animated〉is structurized by 〈act〉and 〈body〉. ⑶ 〈act〉is structurized by 〈performance〉and〈play〉, 〈body〉is structurized by〈inside〉and 〈outside〉, 〈ouside〉is structurized by 〈patient〉and 〈others〉. And then there are structurized by 〈body〉and〈face〉. ⑷ 〈non - animated〉is structurized by 〈nature〉and 〈artificial〉, but occationaly it is related to the substructure 〈nature+artificial〉.

The main expression of this study on the word-field of the nouns <시각 (seeing act)> is the substructure which is characterized as <관심 (concern)>. <concern> is characterized as the nouns related to the mental attitude of person who see.(1) At first, the word-field of the nouns expressing <관심> is characterized as <positive concern> and <negative concern>.(2) <positive concern> is characterized as <good will> and <ill will>.(3) <negative concern> is characterized as <only watching> and <look on unconcerned>.

Chlorella ellipsoidea의 원형질막의 인지질 생합성과 그의 지방산 조성에 미치는 항생제의 작용을 분석하기 위하여 amphotericin B와 cycloheximide를 처리한 배지에서 세포를 배양하였다. 배양초와 배양중간기에 세포를 수확하여 이들 세포로부터 원형질막을 분리하여 이 막을 구성하고 있는 인지질과 그의 지방산 조성을 대조구와 비교 분석하였다. Total lipid와 Phosphatidylethanolamine, Phosphatidylcholine양은 대조구에 비해 처리구에서 현저히 감소하였으나 Phosphatidylinositol는 항생제의 영향을 별로 받지않았다. 원형질막은 대조구의 경우 평균 24.93%의 stearic acid가 인지질 생합성에 이용되었고, cycloheximide 처리구는 평균 26.40% palmitic acid 가 인지질 형성에 도입되었다. Amphotericin B 처리구의 주요 지방산으로는 평균 25.11%의 stearic acid인 것이 확인되었다. A study on the biosynthesis of phospholipid and fatty acids composition of plasma membrane in Chlorella ellipsoidea. The effects of amphotericin B and cycloheximide on biosynthesis of phospholipid as composition of fatty acid of plasma membrane isolated from chlorella ellipsoidea. The contents of total lipid, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine of antibiotics treated group had than those of control. However, the biosynthesis of phosphatidylinositol was not affected by amphotericin B and cycloheximide. For the phospholipid formation in plasma membrane, chlorella ellipsoidea mainly were utilized 24.93% stearic acid in control, 26.40% palmitic acid in cycloheximide treated group. Major fatty acid in amphotericin B treated group was analyzed 21.59% stearic acid.
