        The most important educational meanings should be endow that the childhood is the most important as human education as sex education. If sex education have to a goal seriously sex consciousness, sex attitude, sex habit, sex action, sex education have to start with the birth of a man a growth stage should take effect suitability. According to, this study give a help to guide a sex education of young children in desirable that the concepts of sex education and a object suggested a method of guidance concrete of sex education.

      • 프로젝트 접근에 관한 연구

        연구과제 접근법 (The Project Approach)은 유아 및 초등학교 아동을 위한 교수방법중의 하나로써 최근에 Katz와 Chard에 의해 미국과 캐나다를 중심으로 세계 각국에 널리 소개되고 있다. 그러나 사실상 연구과제 접근법은 Katz와 Chard에 의해 새롭게 고안된 교수 ·학습방법은 아니다. 1920년대에 미국의 저명한 진보주의 교육학자들인 Dewey와 Kilpatrick 이 유아 및 아동 올 위한 교수 ·학습방법으로 연구과제 접근법의 적합성올 주장했었고 한동안 각광을 받았었다. 또한 미국의 Bank Street프로그램, 영국에서 1950-1970년도 후반까지 널리 실시되었던 개방 교육 (Open education)과 매우 유사한 교수 ·학습방법이다(Katz,Chard, 1999). 따라서 연구과제 접근법은 현재 Katz와 Chard에 의해 재조명되고 다시 소개되는 것이므로 연구과제 접근법에 관한 과정을 고찰하고자 한다. The Project Approach program was evaluated young children’s ability of interest,self-confidence, sincerity, and respect for works, creative expression, etc. The Project Approach program meaningly evaluated young children's creativity. The Project Approach program exploring activities may be an effective way of teaching young children in education.

        A whole language approach program was evaluated young children’s ability of language expression and developed significantly sub-categorized items like the number of words, number of sentences, relation with contents, creative expression, etc. A whole language approach program meaningly evaluated young children’s creativity. It also made an progress in sub-categorized items such as fluency, flexibility, creativity, elaborateness, etc.

        국가 간 치과위생사의 업무 및 역량 비교: 한국, 미국, 캐나다를 중심으로

        Recently, the paradigm of oral care has been shifting from treatment to prevention. This thus urges a change in the dental hygienist’s role to accommodate such a shift. The purpose of this study was to propose the direction of change in dental hygienist’s legal duties and their standardized capability by conducting a comparative analysis among Korean, Canadian, and U.S hygienists. The data used for the comparison was collected through academic papers, government publications, research reports, and related web sites. Comparing the practices in three countries, this study draws the following conclusions. First, the legal definition of a dental hygienist in Korea is similar to that in Canada and the U.S. However, the legal duties of dental hygienists in Korea are not specified in detail, and their duties are more limited than that in Canada and the U.S. Furthermore, Korea has no officially announced standardized capability to build proper dental hygienist capabilities. To overcome this limitation, it is suggested that Korea needs to modify acts specifying the legal duties of a dental hygienist, as well as announce and spread standardized capabilities that reflects that change in legal duties.

      • 청소년이 지각한 자기결정성동기와 성취목표지향성이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        This study has purpose to analyse the influences of the Self-Determination and the Achievement Goal Orientation realized by adolescents on the Academic Self-Efficacy and to examine theirs structural relation. The following is the summary of this study's result. Firstly, the study for the effects of Self-Determination on Achievement Goal Orientation shows that the proficiency-approach goal is greatly influenced by the internal motivation in a case of boys, and by the identified motivation for girls on the other hand. Secondly, as examining the influences of the Self-Determination on the Academic Self-Efficacy, we can find out that for every adolescent the internal motivation has its major influence on the task difficulty preference. The self-regulatory is intensely influenced by the internal motivation for male adolescents and by identified motivation for female adolescents1. In addition, the fact that the external motivation for boys and the introjected motivation for girls have a negative effect on their self-confidence. Thirdly, The study for the effect of the Achievement Goal Orientation on the Academic Self-Efficacy shows that in all adolescents, the more they aim the proficiency-approach goal, the more positive influence on task difficulty preference and the self-regulatory they get. Also The more they aim the performance-avoidance goal, the more negative influence on task the difficulty preference, the self-regulatory and the self-confidence they get. Fourthly, after examining of structural relation among the Self-Determination, the Achievement Goal Orientation and the Academic Self-Efficacy, a goodness of fit of research model seems to be satisfactory. The Self-Determination influences on the Achievement Goal Orientation, the Achievement Goal Orientation influences on the Academic Self-Efficacy, and the Self-Determination influences also on the Academic Self-Efficacy through a medium of the Achievement Goal Orientation. This study has its significance to show that the Self-Determination based on autonomy and the Achievement Goal Orientation giving value on the process influence on positive development of Academic Self-Efficacy. At the same time it provides useful basic data for middle·high school adolescents to have a healthy ego being more satisfied and more voluntary in the school.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the medium on preschool children's recall and comprehension of a story. The results of this study are as follows There are mutual interaction between the kinds of medium and children’s recall of story categories. The children is the oral story telling recalled major categories better than those in the medium group. The children in the medium group recalled categories of direct consequence significantly better than those in the oral story telling.

      • 영아와 교사 및 또래와의 상호작용에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze toddlers' verbal, nonverbal interactions with their peers and teachers according to the toddlers' age. The results of this study are as follows First, one-year-olds had more individual activities in their free playing than two-year-olds. Two-year-old had more interaction activities which gave them a lot more verbal interactions. Second, the total frequancy of toddler-teacher verbal/nonverbal interactions was higher in two-year-old’s interactions with teachers than one-year-old’s interactions. One-year-olds used nonverbal interaction more than two-year-olds. There was significant differance in function of verbal interactions between teachers and toddlers.

        식초음료의 Candida albicans에 대한 성장억제 기전에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the antifungal inhibition mechanism of fruit vinegar drinks against Candida albicans. To evaluate the effect of vinegar drinks on the growth and morphological changes of C. albicans, we performed real-time PCR and phase contrast microscopy. All the groups added vinegar drink showed the inhibitory effect of C. albicans on growth compared to the control. The expression of genes ALS3, ECE1, HWP1, and Sap5 were decreased by vinegar drink. As a result of phase contrast microscopy, the group to which vinegar drink was added showed significant quantitative decrease, morphological change and inhibition of C. albicans. This study can be provided as basic data for the development of antibiotics by verifying the antifungal activity of vinegar drinks. 이 연구는 Candida albicans에 대한 과일식초음료의 항진균 억제 기전에 관하여 알아보고자 하였다. 식초음료가 C. albicans의 성장, 유전자 억제와 형태 변화에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 위상차현미경, Real-Time PCR 등을 시행하여 평가하였다. C. albicans의 생장력 검사 결과 식초 음료 첨가시 모두 성장이 억제되는 결과를 보였다. 또한 ALS3, ECE1, HWP1, Sap5의 발현 수준을 측정한 결과 식초 음료를 첨가한 경우 유전자 발현이 모두 감소되었다. 위상차 현미경으로 검사한 결과, 식초 음료를 첨가한 그룹은 C. albicans의 현저한 양적 감소, 형태학적 변화 및 억제를 보였다. 이 연구 결과는 식초 음료에 항진균 활성을 나타내는 성분이 있으며 구강 건강을 위한 항진균제 개발의 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study was suggested the educare program schedule, educational contents of program, physical environment, and teachers staff and family relationship of the educare program. This study make a contribution to improved management efficiency of the educare program.
