우리나라 고등 직업교육기관으로서 전문대학의 형성과 발전 과정에 관한 연구

That the industry keep pace with the College to perform a variety of vocational education has been secured, and the depth and width. Vocational College to do this, you block the process and formative years in gestation, growth, and generators, such as innovation and jumping period to step 3 can be. 3 stages ’College’ is a sweetened as the name before 1979, 1979-1996, has since 1997. College 3-step process that goes through the system, and flexible undergraduate majordeepening, and various international exchange programs, specialization, and specialized work, such as university-industry cooperation has been a breakthrough. For the recent college admission resources, lack of education and open markets are facing a crisis of factors. But this innovation is college bound and can survive as an opportunity to treat them. 우리나라 전문대학은 근대 대학 학제와 함께 시작하여 21 세기 교육시장 개방 및 무한경쟁 체제에 이르기까지 고등 직업 교육 기관 으로서 중심축을 담당해왔다. 특히 해방 이후 비약적인 경제성장에 힘입어 괄목할 발전을 이룩하였다. 이후 최근에 이르기 까지 다매체다문화시대, 지식정보화사회라는 내·외적 교육환경 변화(paradigm shift) 에 긴밀하게 부응하며 전문 직업인을 양성 하는 산파역으로서 그 소임을 다해 온 것이다. 즉 전문대학은 산업발전에 대응하는 노동시장의 수요 탄력성에 발맞춰 다양한 종류 의 직업교육을 수행하며 깊이와 넓이를 확보해 왔다고 할 수 있다. 우리나라 전문대학은 국립 2개교 공립 8개교 사립 136 개교 총 146개 대학으로 사립이 절대적인 숫자를 점유하고 있다. 국립 2개교는 한국철도대학과 한국재활복지대학으로 모두 경기도에 소재하고 있다. 공립대학은 지역자치제도가 정착하면서 1969년 설립된 인천전문대학을 제외한 8개교 모두 1990년대 후반에 개교했다. 전문대학은 20세기 초 배화학교, 숭의 여학교를 비롯한 6개 대학에서 근대 학제로서 처음 출발하였다. 1970년대엔 48개교가 설립되었으며, 1995년엔 ‘5.31 교육개혁’ 후속 조치로 고등교육법이 개정된 1990년대엔 대학설립 준칙주의 영향으로 50개교가 설립되는 등 두 연대에 걸쳐 가장많은 대학이 설립되었다.

자기회전 압력계를 이용한 2중관 열교환기내의 유동층 내에서 압력손실에 관한 실험적 연구

The objective of this study is to investigate the characteristics of pressure drop in vertical double pipe fluidized bed heat exchanger, using Alumina beads as fluidizing material The effect of particle sizes(dp=0.41, 0.54, 0.65, 0.77mm), static bed heights(Ho=50, 100, 200, 250mm)and shape of inner tube on pressure drop are evaluated. The pressure drop through the bed is equal to particle weight per unit cross-sectional area. And the effect of particle size and shape of the inner tube on pressure drop could be negligible. The minimum fluidized velocity decreases as the particle size decreases. And the empirical correlation for the minimum fluidized velocity is given in terms of the Archimedes number. According to this equation, U mf is proportional to the square of particle size. The terminal fluidized velocity decreases as the static bed height increases and particle size decreases.

한국적 이미지 캐릭터 개발과 활성화 전략에 관한 연구

The character is a visual matter which is distinctively characteristic in itself. We create character to symbolize things such as enterprises, organizations, products, services, ideas, and so on, Sometimes it exists for itself. And we can create a character by adding graphic ingredients to products. By doing this, a product is renewed and vitalized. Bacause the visual satisfaction of purchasers as well as the function of product can enhance the purchasing power, the character plays an important role in purchase behavior. Although the fancy industy in Korea is influenced by Japan and America, we seil tend to import popular characters which sere successful. This is the reason why character industry in Korea is stagnant As the character is based on intercommunication, the character invented abroad is naturally imitated on the basis of our own culture, So, the delicate teenagers who are the main target of fancy goods can have a flunkyism which is widespread all over the country. Therefore, to encourage the designers who have professional experience and originality, decisive investment in development is needed. And we must try to improve the quality and make price of goods reasonable. It is a pressing question to develop independent character of our own, which reflects Korean folkways and feelings. We must reconstruct Korean character in combination with modem image so that teenagers may have a proper pride of our own culture.

지방자치단체 CI 디자인 개발 사례연구

Local government which is revived in 1995 is required to participation of residents and interest because of indispensible precondition not only self-government autonomy of administration power but also economical independence and culture autogenesis. Now. C.I design development that make a fine cultural life of residents, and encourage local patriotism , and enhance efficiency of local administration for unique culture and characteristic of local government to induce simplified local image and distinction is drived in the local government. This study participated in C.I development of made Damyang-Gun and proressing Muan Gun and this study established design concept and making an alternative plan, showing of problem s and generalization analysis environment research and characteristic of district. This study show various design idea, and develope symbol and 10 go of each district. base on that, by making generalize manual, we develope application design that we use variously. we have a distinction and efficiency increase of administration business of local government and we newly create district image and we actually aid economy activity of inhabitant by means of direct and indirect. Because of C.I have a the side of visual, and the side of mind, and the side of action, it must. accompany with Sufficient recognition of administration officer who is responsible for active thinking of district residents and publicity activities.

방진고무와 자동차 정숙성

As the noise and vibration performance becomes more important, the rubber mount applied to vehicle in order to reduce the vibration of engine, driveline and road input should be more carefully with the points of view of transmitting vibration to body. This paper presents a review of basic theory, development and application in the field, 1) engine mount system 2) driveline system 3) rubber dynamic characteristics 4) exhaust system 5) suspension system.

A Probe Development for Detection and Quantitation of C. thermocellum by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)

여러 가지 혐기성 박테리아들이 섞여있는 속에서 Clostridium thermocellum 만을 정성 및 정량할 수 있는 빠른 방법을 개발하기 위한 probe가 개발되었다. 효소와 항체를 이용한 간접분석법 (ELISA)으로서 다양한 모양의 detector 항체를 이용했다. 이 다양한 모양의 항혈청은 조사된 다른 종류의 박테리아에 대해 약간의 상호반응성을 보였다. 이 상호반응성은 흡착볍에 의해서 제거되었고, 항혈청은 ammonium sulfate 침전법을 이용하여 IgG를 얻었다. 위 두 가지 과정은 ELISA test의 특이성 (specificity)과 민감성 (sensitivity)을 증가시켰다. 염소에서 뽑아낸 토끼에 대한 면역체인 IgG에 alkaline-phosphatase를 부착시켜 detection하는데 사용하였다. 적정 조건은 IgG 용액을 1000배 희석하여 pH 7.2로 사용하는 것이다.

미국의 건축설계 교육과 실무에 관한 연구

In accordance with the UIA/UNESCO Charter for Architectural Education, the UIA(International Union of Architects) advocate that education for architects be of no less that 5 years duration, delivered on a full-time basis in an accredited, recognized architectural program. And graduates of architecture will be required to have completed at least 2 years of acceptable internship prior to licensing to practice as an architect. This study is trying to show a perspective of the architectural education and IDP in U.S.A For this purpose, NAAB(National Architectural Accrediting Board) and Practice of Architecture and education system is reviewed. The direction for the improvement of architectural education in Korea is suggested based on global trends and U.S.A.

생태도시화를 위한 환경정책에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to clarify the concept and definition of an ecological city. In addition, it was to present alternatives for environmental policy in each part. This study was focused on Dam-yang Gun to build an ecological city, as well as items of legal and institutional innovation, roles of residents, entrepreneurs and local governments, and programs of awareness to reform residents The review of the introduction possibility in Dam-yang Gun and the mean theory of ecological city was conducted by studying foreign literature, developed countries’examples, field investigation and residential survey. According to the results of the survey for 1,332 Dam-yang Gun dwellers, they recognized that Chu-wol and Kum-sung mountains, Dam-Yang dam and Young-San river were the most important environrnental resources and pointed out the Kwan-bang Je and Ga-sa cultural inheritance as the historical and cultural resources. They wanted a green, rural city and wanted Dam-Yang Gun to be a cultural and artistic center in the 21st century. They point out that urgent problems were how to control the outflow of population and make a balanced development.

주유동에서 난류 비예혼합 분류 화염의 특성

An experimental study of the characteristics related to stability of a propane turbulent nonpremixed jet flame discharged normal to a free stream of air with a uniform velocity profile is described. Experimental observations are presented on the flame shape, stability curve considering two kinds flames, lift-off distance and flame length as functions of velocity ratios. In order to investigate the mixing structure of the flame base at the lower limit, we employed the RMS technique and measured the species concentration by a gas chromatography. In analysis results of the stability curve and lifted flame, a plausible explanation can be made that the dependency of nozzle diameter is related to the large-scale vortical structure representing counter-rotating vortices pair in this study. Also, the detailed study of the flame stability, especially the phenomenon of blowout due to this large vortical motion is need.
