시니어산업(Senior Industry)에 관한 동향 분석: 신문기사 분석을 중심으로

연구목적 : 본 연구에서는 신문기사의 내용분석을 통해 시니어산업의 동향을 인식과 대응을 중심으로 살펴보고, 그에 따른 우리나라 시니어산업의 향후 정책과제를 도출하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 조선일보, 중앙일보, 동아일보, 경향신문 등 4개 주요 일간지를 대상으로 2005년부터 2019년까지 발행된 시니어산업에 관한 499건의 기사에 대해 빈도분석과 인식과 대응에 대한 내용분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 시니어산업에 대한 관심의 비중이 지속적으로 증가하고 있음을 기사의 빈도를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 산업분류 측면에서는 시니어 용품과 주거에 대한 관심이, 활성화 측면에선 시니어산업에 대한 사회적인 인식 변화, 시니어 산업 관련 마케팅 전략 수립과 전시회 개최, 전문가 육성과 고령자들의 인력활용이 필요하다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 또한 인구구조의 변화와 정부 정책적 측면의 사회적 이슈가 발생함에 따라 시니어산업에 대한 대응을 제시하는 기사가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 분석 결과에 대한 고찰을 바탕으로 본 연구를 통해 제시하는 정책 과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시니어 산업의 사회적 인식 제고를 위한 산업 영역별 선도기업의 발굴과 육성이 필요하다. 둘째, 최근 4차산업혁명의 시대에 접어든 시대적 분위기를 반영한 시니어산업 관련 정책 및 제도 개선이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 셋째, 시니어산업을 이끌어가는 기업체, 기관, 개인 등 개별적 산업단위의 적극적인 마케팅 활동이 이루어져야 한다. 마지막으로, 시니어산업 분야의 전문인력을 양성하고, 고령자들의 숙련된 경험과 기술을 활용할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 한계점으로 시니어산업에 대한 인식과 대응에 대한 양적인 데이터로 파악되기 어려운 부분이 있어 향후 질적인 측면의 연구도 진행되어야 할 것이다. Objective : This study examines the trends of the senior industry through content analysis of newspaper articles, focusing on recognition and countermeasures, and derives future policy tasks of the senior industry in Korea. Methods : This study analyzed 499 articles on senior industry published from 2005 to 2019 for 4 major daily newspapers, as well as content analysis on perceptions and countermeasures. Results : It was confirmed through the frequency of articles that the proportion of interest in the senior industry is continuously increasing. In terms of industry classification, it is necessary to have interest in senior goods and housing, and in terms of activation, change in social perception of the senior industry, establishment of marketing strategies related to the senior industry, holding exhibitions, fostering experts, and utilizing the workforce of the elderly are necessary. In addition, as the demographic changes and social issues in the aspect of government policy arise, the number of articles suggesting countermeasures for the senior industry has been found to increase. Conclusion : Based on the consideration of the analysis results, the policy tasks presented through this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to discover and foster leading companies by industry field to raise social awareness of the senior industry. Second, it is necessary to improve policies and systems related to the senior industry reflecting the atmosphere of the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Third, active marketing activities of individual industry units such as companies, institutions, and individuals leading the senior industry should be carried out. Lastly, it is necessary to cultivate experts in the field of the senior industry and utilize the skilled experience and skills of the elderly. As a limitation of this study, there is a part that is difficult to grasp as quantitative data on the perception of the senior industry and countermeasures, so a qualitative study should be conducted in the future.

In the shipbuilding industry, IMO (International Maritime Organization) has concerned about global warming so they has forced the people in this field to fallow the protocol, “The International Convention for The Prevention of Pollution from Ships.” To reduce greenhouse gases, the nuclear power source is considered as an alternative for a ship engine. Among many element technologies related to unclear powered ship, we have developed passive residual heat removal system (PRHRS) because of its importance. In our study, many other concepts, ideas, and designs were reviewed and the new concept of PRHRS was proposed. To evaluate our concept, numerical analysis was performed. The results indicated that our concept of PRHRS is proper to be installed in a ship. The result will be used as the reference data for a passive heat removal system design of a nuclear powered ship.

저자 등은 하벽 심근경색증의 합병증으로 기저하부에 발생한 좌심실류와 심실중격 파열을 동반한 1예를 경험하였기에 아직 국내에 보고된 예가 없어 문헌고찰과 함께 보고 하는 바이다. The incidence of left ventricular aneurysm following acute myocardial infarction is 5 to 10 percent. Eighty % of aneurysms involve the anteroapical wall of the left ventricle: They are four times more frequent in this wall than in the inferior or posterior wall. Anterior myocardial infarction causes aneurysm in the anteroapical wall of the left ventricle, while inferior myocardial infarction causes aneurysm in the posterobasal wall of the left ventricle. Yet the aneurysmal complications in the interventricular septum after myocardial infarction are very rare. A 74-year-old woman with inferior myocardial infarction presented with both an aneurysm of the inferobasal wall and a ventricular septal rupture, and these were detected by two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography. The aneurysm originated from the inferobasal portion of the left ventricular wall. The short-axis view of the two-dimensional echocardiography revealed an abrupt discontinuity of the junctional area of the inferoseptum and the inferior segment, and a large aneurysm at the inferior portion of the left ventricular cavity. The communication orifice was 4 cm wide. Color Doppler echocardiography showed a left-to-right shunt flow from the aneurysm to the right ventricle. We report here on a case of an aneurysm of the inferobasal wall and a ventricular septal rupture, and these lesions were detected by two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography.(Korean J Med 73:86-91, 2007)
