소셜 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 통한 평택 주한미군 인식 변화에 관한 연구

이 연구는 평택 주한미군기지 이전에 따른 시민들의 인식을 빅데이터 감성 분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 평택 주한미군에 대한 인식을 분석하고 단계별 데이터 분석을 활용하는 방법으로써 소셜 네트워크 분석의 적용가능성을 확인하고자 한다. 또한 긍정요인과 부정요인의 인자들을 도출하여 향후 평택 지역사회와 주한미군이 상생할 수 있는 정책이 입안되고 집행될 수 있는 방안의 기초를 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과, 주한미군 평택 이전 후, 지역 분야, 경제개발 분야, 행정복지 분야에 있어 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있으며, 군사 분야와 환경 분야에서 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 주한미군 평택 이전 후 새롭게 도출된 환경 분야의 부정적 인식이 매우 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 주한미군 평택 이전에 따른 갈등 유발에 대한 사전 예방 및 대비책 마련에 있어 평택시가 당면한 중요한 과제를 해결할 수 있는 기초자료로 그 역할을 할 수 있다. This study analyzed the perception of citizens following the relocation of USFK base in Pyeongtaek using big data sentiment analysis. To analyze the perception of USFK in Pyeongtaek and to check the applicability of social network analysis as a method of utilizing step-by-step data analysis. In addition, by deriving the factors of positive and negative factors, it is intended to present the basis of a plan for the future coexistence of the Pyeongtaek community and USFK policy to be formulated and implemented. As a result of the analysis, after the USFK relocation to Pyeongtaek, there was a positive perception in the field of regional, economic development, and administrative welfare. On the other hand, it was found to have negative perceptions in the military and environmental fields. In particular, the negative perception of the environment field newly derived after the USFK relocation to Pyeongtaek was very high. The results of this study can serve as basic data that can solve the important tasks facing Pyeongtaek City in the preparation of preventive measures and countermeasures for conflict caused by the relocation of USFK to Pyeongtaek.

최근 양파를 많이 섭취한 사람들의 경우 암, 심혈관계질환 등 노화관련 질환의 발생률이 현저히 떨어진다는 보고가 잇따르면서 건강기능성 소재로서 양파에 대한 소비자들이 인식이 매우 높아져 있다. 현재 양파의 국내 자급률은 100%에 이르기 때문에 양파를 소재로 한 다양한 기능성식품의 개발은 국내에서 생산되는 농산물을 이용한 건강식품시장의 활성화에 밑거름이 될 것이며, 국내외적으로 우리 나라 농산물의 고부가가치화를 추구하는데 크게 기여할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우수한 기능성 소재로 입증된 양파를 이용하여 음료의 제조공정 개발 및 최적화시키고자 하였으며, 발효 양파 착즙액에 사과즙, 당, 산, 올리고당 등을 첨가하여 유산 발효 양파음료 시제품을 제조하여 1차, 2차 및 3차 관능평가를 실시한 결과 최종적으로 가장 우수한 배합은 양파 착즙액 27%, 사과즙 27%, 액상 과당 3.8%, β-cyclodextrin 1.86%, 올리고당 0.9%, 사과향 0.2%, 정제수 39.25%였다. Fermented functional onion juice was developed using lactic acid bacteria as a fermentation starter of onion. From the preliminary studies, we selected the bacterium KC-007 (named as Pediococcus pentosaceus based on morphological and physiological characteristics, carbon utilization pattern, and molecular genetic characteristics) as a fermentation starter. The optimum recipe of functional fermented onion juice based on manufacturing process and sensory evaluation were determined as 27% of fermentation liquer, 27% of apple juice, 3.7% of HFCS, 1.86% of β-cyclodextrin, 0.9% of oligosaccharide, 0.2% of apple flavor, 0.09% of citric acid, and 39.25% of water.
