        광원의 특성에 따른 Boron-doped p-type Cz-Si 태양전지의 광열화 현상 분석

        When sunlight irradiates a boron-doped p-type solar cell, the formation of BsO2i decreases the power-conversion efficiency in a phenomenon named light-induced degradation (LID). In this study, we used boron-doped p-type Cz-Si solar cells to monitor this degradation process in relation to irradiation wavelength, intensity and duration of the light source, and investigated the reliability of the LID effects, as well. When halogen light irradiated a substrate, the LID rate increased more rapidly than for irradiation with xenon light. For different intensities of halogen light (e.g., 1 SUN and 0.1 SUN), a lower-limit value of LID showed a similar trend in each case; however, the rate reached at the intensity of 0.1 SUN was three times slower than that at 1 SUN. Open-circuit voltage increased with increasing duration of irradiation because the defect-formation rate of LID was slow. Therefore, we suppose that sufficient time is needed to increase LID defects. After a recovery process to restore the initial value, the lower-limit open-circuit voltage exhibited during the re-degradation process showed a trend similar to that in the first degradation process. We suggest that the proportion of the LID in boron-doped p-type Cz-Si solar cells has high correlation with the normalized defect concentrations (NDC) of BsO2i. This can be calculated using the extracted minority-carrier diffusion-length with internal quantum efficiency (IQE) analysis.

        뇌졸중 환자의 물리치료 결과에 관한 연구

        The authors studied 74 patients with cal therapy Kosin University Medical March 1994 through February 1995. The results were, as follows: 1. Average age of the subject patients was 59.3 years old, their age ranged from 20 to 84 years old, and the incidence between male and female was 1:1.24 2. In respect to the economy level the middle class revealed the highest incidence, 40(54%) in 74cases. 3. The cause of injury revealed the highest incidence in hypertension 52 patients(72 %), more than all revealed the highest incidence 23 patients(44 %) in 60th years old. 4. The form of injury revealed the highest incidence in infarction 36 patients(49 %), more then all revealed the highest incidence 13 patients (36 %) in 60th years old. 5. As for the region cerebral artery of infarction patients, middle cerebral artery was the highest region of injury 72 %. 6. As for the physical paralysis side, the left side showed higher incidence 40 patients(54 %) compared to the right side 31 patients (42 %). 7. The period of therapy was 56 days, in average extending from 7 days to II months, nore then all there were the most numerous patients within 3 weeks 28 patients(38 %). 8. The upper side of the upper lims had improved 67 patients(91 %), the lower side 48(65 %). In the cases of the lower limb, the upper side had improved 70(95 %), the lower side 58(78 %). In short, patients had improved more the lower limb than the upper limb, the upper side(elbow and shoulder part) then the lower side(wrist and finger) of the upper limb. In the cases of the lower limb, patients had improved more the upper side (knee and hip part) then the lower side(foot and ankle) 9. In the cases of patients can be walking among subject patients 55(74 %) and patients cannot be walking 19 (26 %), In the cases of patients utilized assistant apparatus 34 (62 %) among self-walking, completely patients can be self-walking 21(28 %).

        Treatment of infected mandibular fracture is confronted with various difficult problem, e.g. nosocomial wound infection, non-union of fracture, osteomyelitis. Recently, nosocomial infection has become a major health problem because of excessive morbidity, personal distress, and cost. Frequently, isolated causative microorganisms of nosocomial infection were staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, klebsiella species. The various manifestation of the disease related to the pathogenesis and the clinical course tend to give a bad prognosis after operation. This is a report of case that post-operative infected mandibular fracture in 53-year-old man was not healed even through aggressive I & D and antibiotic treatment.

        자가 재활운동이 장애노인의 일상활동 수행능력에 미치는 영향

        Background: It's very important method of treatment to improve physical activity for Activities of Daily Living(ADL) disability elder. So, We educated them Self rehabilition exercise and they did it by themselves, Then studied the influence in ADL disability elder. Methods: The participants of this study consited of 185 ADL disability elder in 18 located in Pusan & Kyungnam of elderly care hospital. We provided them 4 weeks of rehabilitation exercise training, and 4 weeks later we collected The state of ADL. Results: The ADL disability elder Who was educated and practiced Self rehabilition exercise, showed improvement on the several items of ADL, especially in Bathing. Conclusion: Self rehabilition exercise proved that it can improve ADL for disability elder I thank the system of Self exercise program has to be progressed.

      • 앉은 자세에서 일어서기(Sit to stand)과제의 동작시간과 지면반발력 분석

        Purpose : Sit-to-stand (STS) is one of the important activities of daily living (ADL) and each of its parameters is used frequently. This study aimed to examine the influence of different seat height on performance time and floor reaction force strength during an STS movement. Methods : Fifteen young-adult male subjects participated in this study. The subjects were divided into three groups based on lower leg length. Subjects performed an STS movement twice from chairs at height adjusted by the lower leg length of each subject. To examine the influence of the chair seat height, ground reaction forces during a STS performed with 3 chair heights adjusted to each subjects lower leg length were compared. Results : Vertical ground reaction force and time during an STS movement were measured to evaluate. Parameters regarding ground reaction force were selected for analyses. Significant differences were found in ground reaction force at G1 was greater than G2 and G3. Conclusion : The STS movement achievement strategy differed since chair seat height changes relatively by the difference in lower leg length. When conducting the ability to achieve STS movement rating test, chair seat height considering each subject's lower leg length may be needed.

        노계육 ( 老鷄肉 ) 추출단백질의 유화특성에 관한 연구

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of ultimate pH on emulsifying characteristics of extractable proteins during postmortem storage. Spent fowl (18 months age) were slaughtered and divided into two groups, insulin injected and control. The results obtained are summarized as follows: In breast meat, the pH decline of control tended to be slow, however pH of insulin-injected sample declined rapidly after 3hr postmortem. In leg meat, insulin-injected showed same tendency as the breast meat. Emulsifying capacities of salt-soluble protein from two groups were slightly different before rigormortis, but it appeared to be similar thereafter. Emulsion stability of salt-soluble protein decreased slowly with storage time, irrespective of insulin treatment. The emulsifying capacity of salt-soluble protein was significantly greater than that of water-soluble protein. Extractability of salt-soluble protein appeared to decrease slowly with postmortem storage, but extractability of water-soluble protein stayed to be same through postmortem storage, irrespective of ultimate pH. Pre-rigor salt-soluble protein has a greater emulsifying capacity than post-rigor salt-soluble protein, irrespective of insulin treatment and muscle type. The emulsifying capacity of breast meat was less than that of leg meat, even though the extractability of salt-soluble protein of breast meat was significantly higher. The emulsifying capacity and emulsion activity increased at adjusted pH values to 5.9 ultimated pH of insulin-injected meat, but decreased at adjusted pH values to 5.6 ultimated pH of control meat.

      • 고령 편마비 환자에 대한 호흡운동 적용의 효과

        Objective : Respiratory muscle weakness and decreased chest mobility has been suggested to result from the deconditioning that accompanied activity level in chronic elderly stokes. The benefits of respiratory exercise programmes on exercise capacity and muscle strength in hemiplegia. This study aimed to determine the effects of selective inspiratory and expiratory muscles training and chest mobility exercise on patients with strokes to establish if an improved exercise capacity can be obtained in patients that are not limited in their daily activities. Methods & Intervention : Twelve patients were assigned to the intensive respiratory exercise group participated in a measures design that evaluated the subjects with pre-treatment and post-treatment. Thirteen subjects who were assigned to a control group received training with breathing exercise and resistance exercise of skeletal muscles. The subjects performed spirometry then undertook a 6-week programme of respiratory muscle and chest mobility training. Training for the two groups was carried out 2 times a week for 6 weeks. Measurements and Results : Spirometry(Forced Vital Capacity: FVC and Closed Circuit Spiromety: CCS) and thoracic mobility were measured before and after the 6 weeks. The experimental group improved significantly compared to control group in FVC, $FEV_1$, MVV, IRV and ERV, and upper chest wall expansion(p<0.05). No significant improvement was seen in thoracic mobility or lung function in control group(p>0.05). Conclusion : The major findings in this study were that a intensive 6week exercise programme of resistive breathing and chest mobility in patients with hemiplegia led to an increase in lung capacity. The resistive breathing exercise programme used here resulted in a significant increase in the chest excursion during breathing.

        기상/액상 계면에서의 SF<sub>6</sub> 하이드레이트 필름 성장거동 연구

        $SF_6$ 가스는 아크방지능력과 절연 특성이 탁월하기 때문에 단열, 세척, 차폐등과 같은 여러 공업적인 영역에서 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 $SF_6$의 지구온난화지수는 $CO_2$의 23,900배에 달하며 3,200년 이상 공기중에 잔존한다. 이러한 이유로 하이드레이트 형성 원리를 이용하여 복합 가스에서 $SF_6$를 분리해 내는 방법이 기술적, 경제적인 면에 영향을 끼칠 것이다. 본 연구에서 $SF_6$ 하이드레이트 결정의 형성과 성장에 대한 이해를 위하여 형태학적 분석을 수행하였다. $SF_6$ 하이드레이트 필름은 용액과 기상의 계면에서 먼저 생성되었고, 이후에 수지상 가지의 형태로 성장하는 것이 관찰 되었다. 수지상 성장 결정은 기상의 방향으로 성장하였는데 이것은 객체 분자의 농도 차이에 근거한 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 기/액 계면에서의 핵생성, 유동, 성장과 같은 $SF_6$ 하이드레이트 결정의 형태학적 특성에 대하여 기술하였다. $SF_6$ gas has been widely used in many industrial fields as insulating, cleaning and covering gases due to its outstanding arc-extinguishing and insulating properties. However, global warming potential of $SF_6$ gas is 23,900 times more than that of $CO_2$ and it remains in the air during 3,200 years. For these reason, technological and economical effects could be expected for the separation of $SF_6$ from gas mixtures by hydrate forming process. In this study, we carried out morphological studies for the $SF_6$ hydrate crystal to understand its formation and growth mechanisms. $SF_6$ hydrate film was initially formed at the interfacial boundary between gas and liquid regions, and then subsequent dendrite crystals growth was observed. The dendrite crystals grew to the direction of gas region probably due to the guest gas concentration gradient. The detailed growth characteristics of $SF_6$ hydrate crystals such as nucleation, migration, growth and interference were discussed in this study.

      • 편마비 환자의 보행 특성과 기능적 보행지수 변화

        Purpose : Improved walking is a common goal after stroke. Although the neurodevelopmental intervention(PNF) is the most widely used approach in the walking training of hemiparetic subjects. There is little neurophysiological evidence for its presumed effects on gait symmetry and facilitation of paretic muscles during the therapeutic intervention. The study, therefore, investigated the immediate effects of gait entrainment by a PNF techniques. Methods : Included persons with stroke who were living in the community. Sixteen subjects were assigned to the experimental group participated in a measures design that evaluated the subjects with pre-treatment, post-treatment(8 weeks). Temporal-spatial parameter of gait were analysed for using the computerized GAITRite system. Intervention : Training for the experimental group was carried out 3 times a week for 8 weeks. The training sessions were comprised of 50 minutes of walking with pattern and techniques in PNF. Results : The experimental group had improvements in the functional walking ability after 8 weeks treatment and Post-treatment test scores were more significant than the pre-treatment score. The treatment group demonstrated significantly post-treatment test improvement in gait velocity, cadence and FAP. Post-treatment test scores were more significant than the pre-treatment score(p<0.05). Conclusion : The results of this study showed that the PNF exercise intervention can improve functional gait ability. This study provides evidence for the efficacy of PNF treatment at improving locomotor function in chronic stroke.

      • 지역사회 고령자의 낙상경험에 따른 위험요인 비교

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the factors that increase fall risk in the residential environment and the perceived fall risk among community-dwelling elderly through comparisons between fallers and non-fallers. Methods: The subjects were 95 community-dwelling elderly aged 65 years and over residing in the metropolitan city of Ulsan. A structured questionnaire consisting of items on sociodemographics and health- and fall-related characteristics was used and data were collected from July to August 2015. The data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN program. Results: Among recent fallers, 38.9% had diagnosed diseases when the fall occurred, 56.87% were fearful of a recurrent fall, and 86.5% stated that they were increasing their carefulness but that had led to a decrease in activity. There were significant differences between elders who had fallen at least once and elders who had no falls in age, health status, depression, the experience of falling, fear of falling, diseases, and medications. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to assess risk factors to identify older adults with a high risk for falling and the need to develop multifactorial intervention programs that consider both environmental and perceived risk factors as well as physical risk factors to reduce and prevent falls among the elderly.
