관상동맥 중재술은 카테터를 통해 협착부위에 스텐트를 삽입하여 치료를 할 수 있는 대표적 검사방법이다. 중재술의 시행에 있어 어려운 점으로는 다양한 스텐트의 종류로 인해 스텐트의 선택에 어려움이 있다. 때문에 협착부위의 혈관 폭을 정확히 측정하여 시술자로 하여금 알맞은 크기의 스텐트를 선택할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사용자가 지정한 지점에서 혈관의 중심선을 그린 후, 유클리드 거리 측정법을 이용하여 혈관의 폭을 측정하여 혈관의 폭을 픽셀기반의 프로파일로 나타내었다. 본 실험은 시술자로 하여금 알맞은 크기의 스텐트를 선택할 수 있는 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The Percutaneous Coronary intervention is a typical way of testing which could be performance to treat a stenosed region by inserting a stent using catheter. In this case, choosing the best stent amongst various kinds of stent for performing an intervention is the most difficult process. For the reason, a width of the blood vessel which is stenosed must be correctly measured to help an operator choose right size of stent. So based on pixel, a width of the blood vessel measured by using the way of Euclidean distance after designing a center-line of vessel from a certain point assigned by operator is shown as a profile in this study. This study would be used as a goof reference for operators when choosing right size of stent.

관상동맥 중재술은 관상동맥 조영술과 동시에 치료를 시행하는 방법으로 심도관 검사의 핵심으로 자리잡았다. 관상동맥중재술 시에는 혈관의 협착지점에 스텐트를 삽입하여야 하기 때문에 혈관의 손상이나 파열에 주의하여야 한다. 이에 시술자는 혈관의 손상이나 파열의 문제를 해결하기 위해 혈관의 경로를 정확하게 인식하여야 한다. 하지만 영상의 화질에 따른 문제들로 인하여 혈관의 경로추출에 오류를 범할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 영상의 화질에 영향을 미치는 영상잡음에 대한 성능평가를 위하여 전처리 과정으로 미디언 필터링을 실시하였고 비교 실험을 위해 소벨 에지 추출 기법을 이용하여 퍼지 에지 추출 기법의 성능을 실험하였다. 그 결과 미디언 필터링을 적용한 퍼지 에지추출 기법의 영상이 잡음 제거와 신호의 검출 성능이 우수하게 나타났다. Coronary Intervention treatment has become the core that is the test of cardiac catheterization to conduct treatment with Coronary Arteriography. Operators must be careful in Coronary Intervention treatment because the stent is inserted into the point of narrowing of blood vessel. So, the operator must correctly recognize the path of blood vessel to deal with the problems which are damages and ruptures of blood vessel, and there would be some errors of finding the path of blood vessel by bad qualify of the image. Therefore in this paper, median filtering is conducted by preprocessing to evaluate the performance of the effect of noise of the image that affects quality of the image and Fuzzy Edge Extraction Techniques is tested by using Soble Edge Extraction Techniques to compare the performance with The Fuzzy Edge Extraction Techniques. In result, the performance, removing the noise and extracting the signal of Fuzzy Edge Extraction Techniques using median filtering, demonstrates the superiority.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the 2017 Ulsan Summer Festival servicescape, festival images and behavioral intention. The survey was conducted for 7 days from, 400 questionnaires were distributed to tourists visiting the Ulsan summer festival from 2017 July 22 to 29. And finally the valid data from 344 was collected for analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. first, it is important to have all festival operations, products, facilities and services in order to enhance the behavioral intention of visitors to the 2017 Ulsan Summer Festival. In particular, it was analyzed that operations and products should take precedence over facilities and services. Second, it was suggested that the festival s various activities, attractiveness, convenience, environment and safety are all important to enhance the behavioral intention of visitors to the 2017 Ulsan Summer Festival. In particular, things to enjoy and see are very important. Third, a strong marketing strategy is needed to attract major visitors to the 2017 Ulsan Summer Festival.

기술공간의 급속한 발전은 전세계적으로 많은 산업에 몇 가지 이점을 창출했다. 계속해서 증가하는 기술의 사용은 해운부문 내 비즈니스 운영의 필수적인 부분이 되어 시스템의 효율성을 높였다. 그러나 당연히 이는 현재 해운 관련 회사가 직면한 다양한 사이버 위험의 온상이기도 하다. 사이버기술은 선박에 탑재된 수많은 시스템 및 프로세스의 운영 및 관리뿐만 아니라 선박, 승무원, 화물 및 해양 환경의 안전, 보안 및 보호를 위해 필수적이며 중요하다. 이러한 기술은 네트워킹 및 인터넷 연결을 통해 선박에 IT(정보기술) 및 OT(운영기술)를 통합했다. 그러나 이러한 시스템의 접속, 연결 및 네트워킹은 사이버보안 위협과 위험을 초래하고 있다. 결론적으로, 사이버위험은 해운업계에 실제적이고 현재의 위협이 되며 업계가 이를 방지하기 위해 노력하지만 최근의 사이버공격에 주의를 기울이고 이러한 위험을 줄이기 위한 예방조치를 적극적으로 취하는 것은 궁극적으로 개별 회사의 손에 달려 있다. 결국, 업계는 예방은 본질적으로 구제책보다 더 낫다는 것에 유의하면서 이러한 위험을 줄이기 위한 예방조치를 적극적으로 취할 필요가 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해운업계에서 사이버공격의 증가에 따른 사이버위험관리에 대한 대응방안을 제시한다. This study aims to analyse the cyber risk management measures due to the increase in cyber attacks in the shipping industry. Rapid developments in the technological space has brought about several benefits globally to many industries. The ever-increasing use of technology has become an integral part of business operations within the shipping sector resulting in systems of greater efficiency. Unsurprisingly, however, it has also provided a breeding ground for a variety of different cyber risks now facing shipping related companies. Cyber technologies have become essential and critical not just to the operation and management of numerous systems and processes on board ships but also for the safety, security and protection of the ship, the crew, the cargo, and the marine environment. These technologies have integrated IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) on board ships through networking and connectivity to the internet. The access, connectivity and networking of these systems has however led to cyber security threats and risks. To conclude, cyber risks pose a real and present threat to the maritime world and whilst the industry endeavours to protect against them, it is ultimately in the hands of individual companies themselves to take heed of the recent cyber-attacks and actively take preventative steps to reduce these risks-after all, prevention is intrinsically better than a cure.
