      • Apoplastic Phloem Loading of Photoassimilate

        Photoassimilates translocate from regions of carbohydrate synthensis(source) to regions of carbohydrate utilization or storage(sink). In the source, assimilate loads into the phloem for long-distance transport. Current evidence suggests that there are twig loading mechanisms : one involves assimilate transfer via the apoplasm and then load into the phloem by carrier-mediated proton-sucrose cotransport, while the other involves movement through the continuous symplastic connections between the mesophyll cells and the phloem. Inspite of problems associated with the interpretation of experiments, the evidence for apoplastic loading remains convincing because the apoplastic loading systems explains well the observed accumulation capacity arid the selectivity of assimilate uptake by tile phloem.

        유도선수의 성취목표성향이 운동열정과 운동의욕에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 초·중·고등학교 유도선수들의 성취목표성향과 운동열정 및 운동의욕의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2016년 강원도 교육감배 유도대회에 참여한 선수들(초·중·고등학생)을 모집단으로 설정한 후 자료를 수집·분석(빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 상관분석, 다변량분석, t-test 및 중다회귀분석)하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 초·중·고 학년 등급에 따른 성취목표성향, 운동열정, 운동의욕의 차이는 고등학교 등급은 성취목표에서 자아성향이, 운동열정에서 강박열정이, 운동의욕에서 상대적 의욕이 각각 초등학교 등급과 중학교 등급에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선수경력에 따라 운동열정만 각각 4년 이내 선수경력을 가진 집단이 3년 이내 선수경력을 가진 집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시·도·전국대회 우승경험에 따른 성취목표성향, 운동열정, 운동의욕의 차이는 성취목표성향의 자아성향과 운동열정의 강박열정만 우승경험을 가진 집단에서 각각 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 유도선수들의 성취목표성향에 따른 운동열정과 운동의욕에 미치는 영향은 과제성향은 운동열정의 조화열정, 강박열정에서 그리고 운동의욕의 절대적 의욕, 상대적 의욕에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 자아성향은 운동열정의 강박열정과 운동의욕의 상대적 의욕에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to examine relationship among Judo player`s achievement goal orientation, exercise passion and exercise volition. For this, youth players who participated in 2016 Gang-Won do athlete event were chosen for the population. The result from analysis of frequency, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multivariate analysis of variance, t-test and multiple regression analysis was as follows. First, the difference among achievement-goal orientation, exercise passion and exercise volition according to the school year was there were much higher ego-tendency in achievement-goal, obsessive passion in exercise passion, relative desire in exercise volition from high school students compared to elementary and middle school students. Second, a subject with career within 4 years had statistically higher exercise passion than the one with career within 3 years depending on career. Third, the difference among achievement -goal orientation, exercise passion and exercise volition was that ego-tendency in achievement-goal orientation, obsessive passion in exercise passion were higher in a subject with championship in city of province competition than the one with no championship. Fourth, the effect on exercise passion and exercise volition according to achievement-goal orientation was correlated with harmonious passion, obsessive passion in exercise passion and absolute desire, relative desire in exercise volition Finally, ego-tendency had a effect on obsessive passion in exercise passion and relative desire in exercise volition.

        유소년태권도 수련에 따른 스트레스, 스트레스대처, 사회적지지가 전환의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구목적은 유소년태권도 수련생의 전환의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 심리적 변인들을 분석하여 이를 최소화 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 유소년 태권도 수련생 303명을 대상으로 수련스트레스, 스트레스대처, 사회적지지, 전환의도를 측정한 다음 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 중다회귀분석 및 변량분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도 수련빈도에 따른 수련스트레스, 사회적지지, 스트레스대처, 전환의도의 차이에서 스트레스는 사범스트레스를 제외한 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 주5회 이상 빈도가 주3회 이내 빈도보다 높게 나타났다. 사회적 지지는 사범, 친구, 가족 변인에서 5회 이상의 빈도가 3회 이내와 5회 이내보다 높게 나타났다. 전환의도에도 주5회 이상의 빈도가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 반면에 스트레스대처는 통계적으로 유의미 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 수련의 스트레스가 전환의도에 미치는 영향은 심사스트레스와 친구스트레스 하위변인에서만 전환의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 수련의 사회적 지지가 전환의도에 미치는 영향은 사범지지와 가족지지의 하위 변인에서만 전환의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 태권도 수련에 대한 스트레스 대처가 전환의도에 미치는 영향은 문제중심적 대처의 하위변인에서만 전환의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychological factors which affects on switching intention of Taekwondo youth trainees and to provide the preliminary data to minimize the factors. For this, 300 youths training Taekwondo were chosen for the subject. The measurement for practice stress, stress management, social support and switching intention was carried out to resolve this study inquiries by using multiple regression analysis and ANOVA. The result was as follows. First, there was a higher stress in frequency over 5 times a week than 3 times under all factors except for master`s stress. There was higher social support under factors including master, friend and family in frequency over 5 times a week than frequency within 3 times, 5 times a week. The other hands, coping strategy statistically had no connection. Second, stress from practicing Taekwondo had an influence on switching intention in lower-rank factors like judging stress, friend stress. Third, social support had an influence on switching intention im lower-rank factors like master`s support, family`s support. Finally, coping strategy had an influence on switching intention in lower-rank factors like problem-focused coping.

        내러티브를 통한 여자태권도 선수의 경험탐색

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the female Taekwondo athlete’s experience in a narrative way to understand the difficulties and problems of athlete life. Method: The narrative search was to derive the daily life of the athletes through the experience of one female university Taekwondo athlete. The study participants interviewed the subject using the configuration space of zoom with semi-structured questions, and after transcription of the recorded material, the following results were given by peer review. Results: First, based on the time of year, she indicated that the talents of Taekwondo players and the help of the coaches who helped them were absolutely necessary. Second, the importance of coaching was evident in the involvement of female Taekwondo athletes in physical, psychological, and peer relations issues. Third, the importance of rational coping with problems caused by the injury of female Taekwondo athletes and the sexual difference had been shown. Fourth, it appeared that female Taekwondo athletes needed to prepare for retirement. Fifth, it is suggested that narrative experience exploration can be a methodical tool for emotional stability for female Taekwondo athletes. Conclusion: The difficulty of female university Taekwondo athletes through the experience of spatial narrative and understanding of the process of restoring performance helped female Taekwondo athletes to be more professional and well-taught. In the first place, the institutions and schools for female Taekwondo athletes need to apply a reasonable education and training system.

        체육계열 전공 대학생들의 규칙적인 운동참여와 긍정적인 운동정서가 학교생활건강성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate how sports related majoring students’ participation in regular exercising and the positive exercise emotion can affect on school life healthiness. To achieve this purpose, 340 university students majoring in sports related department were selected by the convenient sampling. And an average value and the standard deviation were calculated through SPSS statistical program. The results from one-way MANOVA and regression analysis were as follows: First, the difference of school life health was higher in the female group than the male. The result was from the difference the end of the adolescence and the beginning of the adulthood(university student). Second, for encouraging the sports related majoring students to participate in exercise, dwelling pattern like studio/living apart from the family had a positive effect on the school life healthiness compared to other dwelling pattern because of the geographical advantage. Third, the much time of participating in exercise had a positive effect on a friendship that was the sub facto r of the school life healthiness. Fourth, the higher frequency of participating in exercise had a positive effect on a friendship, school activities and school rules that were the sub factor of the school life healthiness. Fifth, the higher intensity and frequency of participating in the exercise which helps the university students to learn value on the school life healthiness had a positive effect on the socialization process to know the obligation and the responsibility as a university student. Finally, the positive exercise emotion could affect on school rules and a friendship that were the sub factor of the school life healthiness.
