        국어의 로마자 표기법과 관련된 몇 가지 쟁점

        The purpose of this paper is to revisit some issues on the choice of Korean Romanization Regulation in terms of graphemics and language policy, in order to present new things to be considered in evaluating or revising it. As a result, I propose the followings: Firstly, the term ``romanization``, not ``English-characterization`` is proper. Secondly, we`d better differentiate the main users of orthographical regulations from those of orthography. Thirdly, we should remind ourselves that the main function of a phonemic writing system is sufficient visual discrimination among words. Meanwhile, the following points should be considered when making orthographical regulation with other phonemic characters that are not one`s own: Firstly, transliterational orthography would be better than transcriptional one in terms of referential consistency(consistency of things to transcribe). Secondly, the owners name with personal right should be excluded as orthographical objects in case there exists possible intrusion of the right. Thirdly, excessive usage of hyphen like that in the current Korean Romanization Regulation is not reasonable from the perspective of aesthetic and morphophonemical principles. Fourthly, examples should not be included in the regulation or should be given the exact status on account of the fact that their status could be debated whether they are fixed norm or not.

        외래어 표기법의 한계와 극복 방안

        The purpose of this article is to reveal shortcomings and to prepare their overcoming ways of RHTL. RHTL is closer to the method of hangeulizing `foreign words` than that of hangeulizing `loanwords`. It is because it was made for unifying the spelling of foreign words coming in future. But it could function to unify competing vulgar spellings of loanwords or foreign words. So it would not be necessary to ament the title of the regulation. Moreover, the fact that `loanword` is ambiguous in Korean is another reason of it. RHTL has several defects in terms of expression and content. And we can find out that the managing attitude of the authorities so far has had a problem which is excessive sound fundamentalism. That is, authorizing common vulgar spellings is the most important act considering the purpose of national language (and writing) policy, but there has been some cases that some eminent vulgar spellings were ignored. And we think sound fundamentalism may not have to enforce us that the regulations are to be applied whenever the source undergoes language change. All of these controversial points could be settled with add of some explanations and modification of managing attitude of regulations.

      • 발음교육의 내용에 대한 일고찰

        There exist some differences between TKFL(Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language) and TKMT(Teaching Korean as a Mother Tongue). Amongst them, whether realistic Korean is adopted or not is the most prominent one. This should be a serious problem we have to try to solve, and we think prescriptive attitude to Korean is to be prohibited sometime. Pronunciation part of dictionaries may play a role as a helping material, but it is our problem that Korean dictionaries don`t have current linguistic realities. So we discussed the new desirable directions of editing Korean dictionaries for language education. And we concluded that the present part of pronunciation teaching and learning is necessary to be reduced because realistic Korean is learned as a mother tongue or is enough to be learned to the level of average communication. Instead, we think that various speech skills as a profound functional Korean could replace that. Those skills are to be examined by a linguistic attitude research and to be studied according to the social and educational needs.

        GIS를 활용한 은행점포의 입지선정과 시장점유율 추정에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 대상지역의 GIS분석을 이용하여 기존 은행점포의 버퍼 존 분석을 통한 경쟁권역 분석을 진행하고, 추정소득, 토가격, 주거인구의 커널 밀도 추정 결과를 중첩분석한 이후 실증분석을 통하여 선정된 은행점포의 입지요인을 적용하여, 경쟁력 있는 신규 은행점포의 출점을 위한 대상지역을 추출한다. 그리고 허프모형을 이용하여 추출된 대상지역의 예상 시장점유율을 비교·분석하여 최적의 은행점포의 입지를 선정하고자 한다. 중랑구 은행점포의 GIS 공간분석을 진행하고, 선행연구와 실증분석을 통하여 선정된 은행점포의 입지요인을 적용한 결과 신규 은행점포 출점 대상지역 A, B, C 지점 중 A지점 가장 적합한 입지로 나타났다 . A지점은 왕복 24m 8차선 도로에 접하고 있으며, 혜원사거리 교차로에 위치하고 있어 접근성이 우수하고 교통이 편리하다. 그리고 A지점은 추정소득, 토지가격, 주거인구 커널 밀도 추정의 중첩분석 결과 5분위 등급 중 가장 높은 5분위 등급의 입지이다. 그리고, 허프모형을 이용하여 신규 은행점포 출점 대상지역 A, B, C 지점의 시장점유율을 추정한 결과 A지점의 시장점유율은 2.23%로 가장 높게 추정되었다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of our study is to choose the optimal location for new bank branches. We started from analyzing competing regions by the buffer zone analysis of the existing bank branches based on GIS analysis. After analyzing the estimated income, land prices, and the overlay analysis of kernel density of the residential population, we proceed to analyze the requirements for chosen bank branches to extract the target location for new branches. We, finally, come to the optimal location for new bank branches by comparing expected market shares. (2) RESEARCH METHOD First, we used GIS spatial analysis to determine three new locations for bank branch. Secondly, the Huff model was used to calculate the market share of three locations. Thirdly, we choose the optimal location for bank branches by comparing market shares. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS By performing the GIS analysis on bank branches in Jungrang Gu area and analyzing locational characteristics established bank branches based on previous research and empirical analysis, we could choose location A among three candidate location A, B and C. The location A excelled in accessibility and traffic because it shared the border with a 24m 8-lane two-way road and located on the HyeWon crossroad. The location A belonged to the highest quintile in the estimated income, land prices, and the overlay analysis of kernel density of the residential population. 2. RESULTS According the Huff model, the market share of the location A turned out to be 2.23 percent, the highest among three candidate locations.

        Al 그리드와 ZnO 투명전도막 의 공정변화에 따른 Cu(In,Ga)Se<sub>2</sub> 박막태양전지의 특성 연구

        CIGS solar cell consisted of various films. In this research, we investigated electrode materials in $Cu(In,Ga)Se_2$ (CIGS) cells, including Al-doped ZnO (ZnO:Al), intrinsic ZnO (i-ZnO), and Al films. The sputtered ZnO:Al film with a sputtering power at 200W showed the lowest series resistance and highest cell efficiency. The electrical resistivity of the 200-W sputtered ZnO:Al film was $5.2{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ by the rapid thermal annealing at $200^{\circ}C$ for 1 min. The electrical resistivity of i-ZnO was not measurable due to its high resistance. But the optical transmittance was highest with less oxygen supply and high efficiency cell was achieved with $O_2/(Ar+O_2)$ ratio was 1% due to the increase of short-circuit current. No significant change in the cell performance by inserting a Ni layer between Al and ZnO:Al films was observed.

        표고는 우리나라를 포함한 동북아시아 전역에서 오랫동안 식용으로 애용되고 있는 대중적 버섯으로 맛과 향이 독특하다. 또한 약리적인 효능이 과학적으로 밝혀졌다. 표고는 원목재배와 톱밥재배에 의해 생산되며 원목재배 기간은 4~5년인데 반해 톱밥재배는 6개월로 재배기간이 짧아 원목재배에서 톱밥재배로 빠르게 전환되고 있다. 특히 산조 701호는 중고온성 품종으로 우리나라의 표고 톱밥재배 대표적인 여름철 품종으로 재배임가에 널리 알려져 있으며, 임가 소득에 기여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표고 톱밥재배 품종 중에서 산조 701호의 육성내력과 다양한 실증시험, 국산품종 보급확대 등 우리나라 표고산업 발전에 기여한 성과를 기술하였다. The oak mushroom (Lentinula edodes) is a popular edible mushroom that has long been cultivated and eaten throughout Northeast Asia (including Korea). Its taste and flavor are unique. Oak mushrooms are cultivated on logs and in sawdust. The cultivation period on logs is 4-5 years, while the cultivation period in sawdust is 6 months, which is rapidly driving a shift from log to sawdust based cultivation. In particular, the Sanjo 701ho cultivar of L. edodes is a mid-range to high-temperature variety that is widely known for its suitability for summer cultivation on sawdust in Korea. This study summarizes new developments and achievements in the oak mushroom industry in Korea, and details the cultivation history of Sanjo 701ho, its culturing characteristics, various demonstration tests, and the expansion of domestic varieties.

        가야시대 고분 및 부장품 내에 존재하는 미생물의 다양성 조사

        Microbial diversity of soil samples from ancient stone-lined tombs was investigated. The tombs, discovered at Eoryung Ocheon-Ri site, Korea, were estimated to be belonged to middle class people from an ancient country, Gaya, which existed till AD 559 at the southern part of Korea. Nine fungal stains and 70 bacterial strains were isolated from the twelve soil samples, which were collected from the tomb Nos. 5 and 6. Ribosomal DNA sequence analysis discovered 5 fungal and 22 bacterial strains belonged to 10 genus groups from the tomb No. 5 while 1 fungal and 28 bacterial strains belonged to 6 genus from the tomb No. 6. The higher microbial diversity suggests that the tomb No. 5 was constructed warmer season than the tomb No. 6. Moreover, the discovery of Staphylococcus warneri, which is found as part of the skin flora on human and animals, and Bacillus aquimaris, which is a marine bacterium and can be discovered from tidal flat, from the surface of large dagger suggests that the ancient people may use meat and seafood at the burial ceremony.
