재래식 버섯균사체메주로부터 제조된 재래식 버섯균사체 된장의 항종양성, 항산화성 및 항돌연변이성을 연구하였다. 항종양성(S-180 세포로 유발한 mouse ascites cancer)에서는 느타리, 영지, 상황, 신령버섯균사체된장이 각각 33, 30, 26, 25% 억제하여 재래식 된장(11%)에 비해 매우 우수한 항종 양성을 나타내었다. 버섯균사체된장은 S. typhimurium TA 98에 대한 IQ와 AFB1에 의한 돌연변이성을 각각 39.7~46.1%, 38.0~39.7% 억제하여 대조된장(32.0, 33.2%)에 비해 항돌연변이성이 우수하였다. S. typhimurium TA 100에 대해서는 IQ와 AFB1의 돌연변이성을 각각 31.9~35.6%, 24.9~30.4% 억제하여 대조된장(27.5, 22.5%)에 비해 항돌연변이성이 좋았다. 항산화성 역시 버섯균사체된장이 대조된장에 비해 효과가 우수하였다. 관련 물질로서 β-D-glucan 함량은 버섯균사체된장의 경우 재래식 된장에 비하여 3~8배, 총 phenol성 화합물과 isoflavone 함량은 느타리버섯균사체된장과 신령버섯균사체가 가장 높았다. Antitumorigenic and antimutagenic activities of the doenjangs prepared from mushroom mycelia-cultured traditional mejus (designated to MTDJ) were investigated using the model of Sarcoma-180-induced mouse ascites cancer, and 2-amino-3-methylimidazo[4,5-f]quinoline (IQ) and aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)-mediated S. typhimurium mutagenicity, respectively. Antioxidative activity of MTDJ was also investigated using the mouse liver microsome system. Mushroom stains used for the preparation of the mushroom mycelia-cultured traditional mejus were Synryeong (Agaricus blazei), Yeonggi (Ganoderma lucidum), Sanghwang (Phellinus linteus), and Neutari (Pleurotus ostreatus). All MTDJs showed the enhanced antitumorigenicities (12% by Synryeong, 13% by Sanghwang, 16% by Yeonggi, and 19% by Neutari), antimutagenicity (6.1~20.8% for IQ and 3.1~10.2% for AFB1), and antioxidative activity (6.6~46.5%), relative to the control doenjang. The β-D-glucan content (0.75~1.71 mg/g) of MTDJs was 3~8 times higher than that (0.22 mg/g) of the control doenjang. Genistein content (769~932 μg/g) of MTDJs was also higher than that (728 μg/g) of control doenjang. The content of β-D-glucan and genistein was not exactly correlated to the antitumorigenicity and antimutagenicity of MTDJs. These results indicate that antitumorigenicity and antimutagenicity of MTDJs were elevated in comparison with the control doenjang, and the observed functions were, in part, derived from β-glucan and/or genistein in the MTDJs.

본 연구에서는 통일한국의 지적재조사 방안모색을 위해 유사 국가사례로 이미 통일된 국가인 독일, 체제전환국가인 러시아, 지적재조사사업이 완료된 프랑스를 사례조사로 비교하였다. 또한 최근 북한의 연구동향과 2014년 10월의 남북물류포럼 세미나 참석 등을 통해 수집한 자료 등을 토대로 분석하였다. 따라서 연구결과를 요약하면 먼저 지적재조사사업의 추진과정에 있어 다목적 지적제도로 나아가고 있는 남한의 실정과 기준에 준하는 방향으로 접근하여야 한다. 그리고 기존에 존재하는 법률과 동일한 체계의 「북한지역 지적재조사 측별법」 제정‘북한토지조사국’ 또는 ‘북한토지조사청’ 의 추진기구 설립, 북한인력에 의한 지적재조사 및 제도정착, 입체지적에 걸맞는 일필지 조사범위의 다양화, 남북한 전체의 통합 지적정보 제공을 위한 시스템구축 등을 고려하여야 한다. In this study, For the seek of cadastral resurvey methods of unified Korea, a couple of similar cases were studied and compared such as already unified nation Germany, transition country Russia, and France which has completed survey. In addition, recent research trend of the North Korea and data collected through participating in South-North logistic forum on October, 2014 were analyzed. In summary of result, it should be approached to the direction equivalent to the situation and standards of South Korea which is approaching to multi purpose cadastral system. Further, we should consider to build a system to provide integrated cadastral information such as enacting special act on cadastral resurvey of North Korea which will be similar to the existing laws and establish 'North Korea Land Research Bureau' or 'North Korea Land Research Department', resurvey by North Korean labor and system settlement, diversifying the survey range which fits to the dimensional cadastre, etc.

To improve the efficiency of hairtail trolling, it is important to gain an accurate understanding of the distribution of fish based on their diurnal vertical migration patterns. This study evaluated the vertical distribution of hairtails through catch efficiency tests using vertical longlines. Five replicate tests of the efficiency were carried out on the eastern coast of Jeju Island from August to September 2016, from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM in the daytime and 11:00 PM to 03:00 AM in the nighttime. The fishing gear was composed of 20 hooks per line set, numbered in order from the first hook near the surface to the last hook on the seabed. The depth of the first hook was 18 m, and that of the last hook was 86 m. Pacific saury was used as the baits. In total, 10 sets of fishing gear were used per trip. After fishing, we counted the hairtails at each numbered hook, which were summed up both by number and in aggregate. A total of 232 hairtails were caught using 2,000 hooks: 193 individuals at daytime and 39 at nighttime. The hook rate was 11.5% : 9.6% at daytime; 2.0% at nighttime. For both daytime and nighttime catches, there were variations in the hook rates at each numbered hook. In the daytime, a maximum of 28.5% catches occurred at hook number 18, followed by 21.4% at number 20, and 10.7% at number 17, accounting for 60.6% of the daytime hook rates. In the nighttime, a maximum of 23.0% catches occurred at hook number 1, followed by 15.3% at hook number 4 and 9, accounting for 53.6% of the nighttime hook rate. Based on the above results, hairtails are usually distributed in deeper region in daytime, whereas they occur near the surface in nighttime. Therefore, it is necessary to position trolling lines according to diurnal vertical distribution layers of hairtails for fishing efficiency.

현행 地籍管理를 제도적, 기술적, 國土利用側面에서 향후 地籍再調査事業測量의 공신력제고를 위한 數値地籍 作成에 活用한다. 1단계, 각종 圖解地域 測量成果를 기초점에 의한 數値測量 方法으로 成果를 작성한다. 2단계, 기 좌표로 되어있는 土地의 인접측량의 필계좌표로 수정된 좌표 기록부를 活用 한다. 3단계, 국가통일기준망에 의한 全國的인 地籍再調査 事業에 적극 活用해야 할것이다.
