시각장애인의 학습을 위한 텍스트 추출 및 점자 변환 시스템

The number of visually impaired and blind people is increasing, but braille translation textbooks for them are insufficient, which violates their rights to education despite their will. In order to guarantee their rights, this paper develops a learning system, HunMinJeomUm, that helps them access textbooks, documents, and photographs that are not available in braille, without the assistance of others. In our system, a smart phone app and web pages are designed to promote the accessibility of the blind, and a braille kit is produced using Arduino and braille modules. The system supports the following functions. First, users select documents or pictures that they want, and the system extracts the text using OCR. Second, the extracted text is converted into voice and braille. Third, a membership registration function is provided so that the user can view the extracted text. Experiments have confirmed that our system generates braille and audio outputs successfully, and provides high OCR recognition rates. The study has also found that even completely blind users can easily access the smart phone app. 시각장애인의 수는 증가하고 있지만 시각장애인을 위한 점역 교재는 부족하여 본인의 의지에 관계 없이 교육권을 침해받는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 시각장애인의 교육권을 보장하기 위해 점자책으로 나오지 않는 교재나 문서, 사진 등을 보호자의 도움 없이도 혼자 쉽게 공부할 수 있게끔 도와주는 학습 시스템을 다룬다. 장애인 접근성을 고려하여 어플리케이션과 웹페이지를 설계하고 점자 키트는 아두이노와 점자 모듈을 이용하여 제작한다. 이 시스템은 다음과 같은 기능들을 지원한다. 첫째, 원하는 문서 또는 사진을 선택해 OCR을 이용하여 텍스트를 추출한다. 둘째, 추출한 텍스트를 음성과 점자로 변환한다. 셋째, 회원가입 기능을 제공하여 추출된 텍스트를 다시 볼 수 있도록 한다. 다양한 실험을 통해 점자 출력, 음성 출력이 정상적으로 작동하는 것을 확인하고 높은 OCR 인식률을 제공하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 시각이 완전히 차단된 상태에서도 어플리케이션이 손쉽게 이용 가능하다는 것을 확인했다.
중국 공유차량 디디추싱에 대한 북경 소비자의 수용요인에 관한 연구

The objective of this study is to analyze relevant factors associated with consumers’ acceptance for Didi Chuxing, a representative vehicle sharing company, in China, especially in Beijing area. In recent years sharing services have grown significantly around the world and thus studies have been conducted on acceptance factors of consumers’ services for these sharing services. In this study, we applied the Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) which have been used to analyze the acceptance factors of new IT products or services. Based on the perceived risk, price sensitivity, brand image, customer satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and ease of use were measured by a structural equation model. Perceived risk had negative effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use while online product reviews on the brand image had a positive effect on perceived ease and usefulness. However, price sensitivity does not have a statistically positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These results provide important implication for customer marketing of the vehicle sharing company in Korea as well as in China.

본 논문은 교정가속수명시험법을 이용하여 액슬구동축의 피로수명을 예측하는 법을 제안한다. 교정가속 수명시험법은 수명예측, 시험시간 절감, 신뢰성 정량화시에 매우 효과적이다. 피로시험은 두 개의 고 부하 수준과 한 개의 저 부하 수준에서 수행되고, 외삽법을 사용하여 사용수준에서의 수명시간을 예측하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 수행시험 결과로부터 획득한 수명시간, 가속지수, 형상모수, 척도모수등과 같은 주요 신뢰성 인자들을 보여주고 있다. 액슬구동축의 수명예측은 부하스펙트럼 데이터와 시험데이터와의 비교 연구를 수행하여 검증하였다. 교정가속수명시험법을 사용한 수명예측법은 짧은 시간내에 수명을 예측하는데 매우 효과적인 방법임을 확인하였다. In this paper, a method to predict the fatigue life of an axle drive shaft by the calibrated accelerated life test (CALT) method is proposed. The CALT method is very effective for predicting lifetimes, significantly reducing test time, and quantifying reliability. The fatigue test is performed by considering two high stress and one low stress levels, and the lifetime at the normal stress level is predicted by extrapolation. In addition, in this study, the major reliability parameters such as the lifetime, accelerated power index, shape parameter, and scale parameter are determined by conducting various experiments. The lifetime prediction of the axle drive shaft is verified by comparing the experimental results with load spectrum data. The results confirm that the CALT method is effective for lifetime prediction and requires a short test time.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the short and long term performances of Chinese IPO firms in several foreign exchanges. As Chinese firms have been expanding global wise in many business fields, needs for Chineses firms to be listed in the foreign exchanges are on the rise as well. Their short term performance has been found to be quite well exceeding market indexes. However, their long term performance has been found to be deteriorating. These findings are quite consistent with what other previous researches have reported. Now that more Chinese companies are preparing for overseas IPOs, the findings may shed a light on this field.
