본 논문은 해외 성공 사례를 통해 문화산업클러스터의 작동원리 및 성공요인과 관련 평가지표를 도출하고 광주 문화콘텐츠기업의 설문조사와 비교하여 문화산업클러스터 성공적 조성을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다 본 논문의 정책적 시사점은 성공기업을 리딩기업으로 하는 연계, 클러스터 배후지로서 대도시인접 조성, 창의적 인재 양성, 벤처자금 운영, 주력업종(게임, 애니메이션, 모바일콘텐츠) 중심으로 문화산업 육성, 적극적인 네트워크 활성화, 비전제시자로서 시와 정보문화산업진흥원의 역할 강화, 기업 유치를 위한 과감한 인센티브 부여를 들 수 있다. This paper derives the evaluation indicators relating to the mechanism and success factors of culture industrial cluster from the successful cases of culture industry in foreign countries and provides policy implications for the successful construction of culture industrial cluster by comparing with the survey of Gwang-Ju citys culture content companies. This paper shows that policy implications are linkage by leading firm of successful companies, securing huge hinterlands nearby metro city, cultivating of creative talented persons, operating of capital funds, promoting main force business(game, animation, mobile)-oriented culture industry, positive vitalization of network, role strengthening of city or Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency as vision provider, and aggressive granting of incentives for attracting companies.

Objectives: Despite the general assumption that the fewer hours of sleeping results in the higher severity of fatigue, few objective studies on the relevancy between the sleep quality and the level of fatigue severity of students in a medical school were made. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship with the level of fatigue severity to subjective sleep quality by making a survey on medical school students. Methods: During the period from September 1 to 24, 2012, a survey is conducted on lifestyle, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and fatigue severity scale for 180 students in their first to fourth year of OO university in Namwon, Jeollabukdo. To verify the relevancy between the level of fatigue severity and lifestyle of students of the medical school including the quality of sleep, the chi square test is conducted and to corroborate the relationship between the sleep quality and the level of fatigue severity, the multivariate logistic regression is made. Results: The multivariate logistic regression shows the fatigue severity of students over 5 in PSQI (odds ratio 16.701 95% confidence interval, 5.845-47.720; P<0.001) is significantly high compared to the others under 5 in PSQI while other life habits do not have any relevancy to the level of fatigue severity. Conclusion: In this study, many students in the medical school claim their sense of fatigue and in particular, the group without appropriate sleep shows the significantly high level of fatigue.
Estradiol valerate와 Letrozole에 의해 유발되는 다낭성난소증후군의 난소변화 비교

목적: 다낭성난소증후군(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)을 estradiol valerate (EV)와 letrozole (LE)로 유발할 수 있는데 인간의 다낭성난소증후군과 가장 유사한 질환동물 모델이 무엇인가를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: EV와 LE를 각각 랫드에 처리하여 PCOS를 유발시킨 후 희생시켜 난소를 적출하였다. 난소를 조직학적으로 관찰하여 다낭성 난소 변화 유발유무, 난소의 크기, 난포낭의 크기 및 수를 측정하고 난포 및 간질세포의 황체화 등을 비교 관찰하였다. 결과: LE처리군은 EV처리군에 비하여 난소의 크기 및 난포낭의 수가 유의하게 증가하고 난포막세포의 황체화가 뚜렷하여 인간의 PCOS와 더유사한 소견을 보였다. 결론: 랫드에서 LE처리에 의한 PCOS는 PCOS질환유발 동물 모델로 더 적합한 것으로 평가된다. Objective: To compare ovarian morphology of the estradiol valerate (EV)-and the letrozole (LE)-induced polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in rat models. Methods: EV were injected (IM) to 10 Sprague-Dawley rats and LE were administered (PO) to the other 10 Sprague-Dawley rats for 21 days. Sixty days after single injection of EV and 21 days after LE administration, the animals were sacrifi ced and the ovaries were sectioned, measured and analyzed histopathologically. Results: LE-treated group showed larger ovary bearing more abundant cystic follicles with luteinized theca cells. These fi ndings were more similar to human PCOS ovarian morphology. Conclusion: LE-induced PCOS model is recommended to conduct PCOS-related animal experiments.
대나무 분말 첨가가 돼지생산성, 도체특성, 혈액성상, 돈분의 가스발생량 및 미생균 균총에 미치는 영향

In this study, we investigated the effects of dietary supplementation (n = 40 pigs/treatment) with bamboo powder (0, 1, 2 and 3%) for 38 days. We evaluated growth performance, blood metabolites, and carcass characteristics of fattening pigs and gas emission and microbial populations in pig manure, to obtain data on pork producers for environmental management. We obtained the following results. First, supplementation with increasing amounts of bamboo powder had a significant (P < 0.05) effect on feed intake, feed efficiency, and glucose contents (except for initial and final body weight, weight gain, carcass characteristics, and blood urea nitrogen). In terms of blood metabolites, glucose and blood urea nitrogen tended to decrease with increasing amounts of bamboo powder. Second, the amounts of ammonia, methane, amine, hydrogen sulfide, and acetic acid were reduced by increasing amounts of bamboo powder when compared with the controls (P < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences in pH, propionic acid, iso-butyric acid, butyric acid, iso-valeric acid, and valeric acid among all treatments. The lowest gas emission was observed when 3% bamboo powder was used. Third, supplementation with increasing amounts of bamboo powder tended (P < 0.05) to increase the total number of bacteria, Lactobacillus spp., and yeast, but E. coli, Salmonella spp., and Shigella spp. were not detected in any treatment. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that supplementation with bamboo powder was effective in reducing gas emission and inhibiting pathogen populations in pig manure by lowering the pH of the manure.
