The system engineering should be actively applied to successfully develop a complex and advanced weapon system, because the system engineering uses a multidisciplinary approach. Therefore, this study proposed a system engineering process for a successful weapon system development. According to the national standard policy, an IPT aspect system engineering standard must adapt the ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288. It also asks for tailoring with considering the IPT characteristics as a weapon system acquisition institution. The IPT aspect system engineering process to acquire a weapon system can be expressed with 3 process groups (Agreement, Technical Management, Technical) and 20 processes. There was a need for an institutional framework to hire retired experts from related organizations as consultants to apply the low-cost and high efficiency system engineering in the weapon system acquisition field.

Pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS) is a rare proliferative disorder that affects synovium, tendon sheath and bursa. Although the condition can present in any joint, knee joint is the most commonly affected site and only 2.5% of cases occur in foot and ankle joint. PVNS occurs in two types: localized and diffuse. Localized type is characterized by focal involvement of the synovium with either nodular or pedunculated masses, Diffuse type affects virtually the entire synovium. Diffuse type has reported more recurrence rate. We have experienced a patient who has diffuse type PVNS of ankle joint and report an optimal method of surgical treatment.

박정희시대 지배체제의 통치 전략과 기술

이글은 1970년대 새마을운동(주로 농촌새마을운동) 속에서 박정희시대 지배체제의 통치 전략과 기술을 고찰한다. 연구의 방법은 지배체제가 생산한 담론과 재현물, 행정문서, 새마을운동 경험자의 구술 등을 분석하는 것이다, 당시 지배체제의 통치에서 주목할 만한 면모들은 주의주의적 생활관과 자조론의 주입, 지도자 중심의 정치, 포상과 물질적 유인의 활용, 삶을 노동과 금전으로 환원하는 경향 등이다. 이러한 특징들에 주목할 때 근대화와 경제발전 등의 진척을 이유로 박정희시대를 규범적으로 긍정하는 경향은 재고를 필요로 한다. 또한 ‘민주화’ 이전 국가주의적 개발연대 지배체제의 통치가 의외로, ‘민주화’ 이후 신자유주의 국면으로 불리는 현 시기 지배체제의 통치와 많은 공통점들을 가지고 있음을 알게 된다. This paper is to study the governing strategy and its technologies of the dominating regime by a consideration of Saemaeul Movement in the 1970s. Its method is an analysis of discourses, representations, and documents been produced by the dominating regime, and verbal statements of some participants of Saemaeul Movement in the same era. Main features of that strategy and its technologies grasped through the above-mentioned method are the cultivation of voluntaristic conducts and self-helping spirit, the leader-centric politics, the employment of reward programs, the tendency reducing life to work and money. etc. Taking notice these characteristics, you will realize the need to reconsider the trend normatively accepting the era of Park, Jung-Hee for reason of an advance in modernization or economic development. Furthermore, you will unexpectedly recognize some specific continuities between the government of the dominating regime in the 1790s and that of neoliberal today.

Acutrak 나사를 이용한 대퇴골두 골절의 고정

Femoral head fracture with posterior dislocation of the hip occurs relatively infrequently. Many treatment options exist for this condition. The fracture fragments of the femoral head can be internally fixed or removed depending on the severity of fracture comminution, fragment size, and location on the weight-bearing surface of the femoral head. In Pipkin type I and II fractures, the fragments are typically located anteriorly. Hence, it is important to strongly fix the fracture fragments to the femoral head rather than to excise them, in the interest of securing a better outcome. Even if the fragments are caudal to the fovea centralis, the discarding of large portions of the femoral head that are amenable to rigid fixation is not preferred. Three femoral head fractures were treated using Acutrak screws incorporated with a self-compression mechanism. We report the results and consider ways to use Acutrak screws.

해태제과 여성들의 ‘8시간 노동제’ 실현 : 삶을 노동으로 환원하는 체제에 저항하다

본 연구는 1979년 7월 - 1980년 2월 중에 해태제과 여성들이 실천한 ‘8시간 노동’ 투쟁의 조건과 내용, 관련 행위자들을 서술한다. 서술은 문헌자료 조사와 구술자료 수집을 통해 파악한 사실관계들을 바탕으로 이루어지고 특히 다음의 세 부분들에 무게를 둔다. ① ‘자본주의 정신’과 ‘시간’의 위상(투쟁의 발단 조건), ② 근로기준법(투쟁의 무기), ③ 남성 통치(억압의 질서). 서술은 그 투쟁의 의미와 함께 박정희 정부 시기 노동운동, 경제성장의 조건 및 성격에 관한 논의·성찰과 연결된다. This study describes the conditions, details, and actors of eight-hour day movement waged by the women at the Haitai Confectionery from July 1979 to February 1980 based on the facts identified from existing literature and through oral data collection. In particular, this study emphasizes the following three aspects: ① the ‘spirit of capitalism’ and the status of ‘time’ (the conditions that gave rise to the movement), ② the Labor Standards Act (the main weapon wielded by the actors of the movement), ③ masculine governance(the order of oppression). In doing so, this study connects to the discussion and reflection on the meaning of the eight-hour day movement as well as the nature and characteristics of the labor movement and economic growth during the Park Chung-hee administration.

개발연대 중동건설현장 취업자의 경제와 정치 ― 돈과 노동, 조국과 가정

이 글은 `중동건설 붐` 시기 중동현지 취업 경력을 가진 사람들의 구술 자료들과 그들의 기고문들로 이루어진 문헌 자료들을 통해 당시의 한국 경제와 정치를 파악 한다. 따라서 중동건설 붐의 내역과 사회·경제적 위상에 미처 주목하지 못했거나 법·제도와 엘리트 행위자들을 중심으로 접근한 종전의 연구들과는 상당히 다른 서술의 색조와 논점을 제시한다. 이 글은 행위자들 간의 갈등과 적대, 분열이 아니라 협력과 유대, 이로부터 귀결된 특정 체제의 존속을 말한다. 그리고 여기에서 행위자들 간의 갈등과 체제의 균열 및 변형에 대해 사유할 단서를 찾고자 한다. 이 글은 중동건설 붐을 매개로 삼아 해당 시기 발전체제(지배체제)를 구성·지탱한 행위자들의 핵심적 연결선으로서 `금전 추구`를 우선시하는 `경제주의적 합리성`을 확인한다. 그 동안 선행 연구들이 논해온 대로 민족주의 또는 국가주의가 고도성장기 발전주의 지배체제의 주요 요소였다면, 이 민족주의·국가주의의 존속과 영향력은 국가와 기업, 개인을 관통한 경제주의적 사고/행위의 준칙에 힘입은 것들이다. 그래서 `근면과 성실`, `고난 극복의 의지` 등으로 표상된 도덕주의적 한국 인상은 기실 민족주의·국가주의 담론들과 결합한 경제주의적 합리성이 `장시간·고강도 노동의 의지`로 귀결됐다는 사실을 보여준다. 그 한국인상은 돈의 복합적 기능들 및 효과들을 통해 사람들의 일상을 임금노동으로 환원하려 한 지배체제의 욕망과 이에 포섭된 대중의 생활도덕을 함께 실증한다. 이 글의 또 한 가지 과제는 참고 자료들이 반복적으로 보여준 특유의 가정 담론을 서술하고 그 의미와 지위를 논하는 것이다. 그 담론은 민족주의·국가주의와 연결된 경제성장주의의 부속적 기능물로 배치돼 있었고, 근대화의 와중에 초래될지 모르는 사회적 가부장성의 위기를 예방하려는 젠더 정치적 실천이었다. 가부장주의적 가정 담론과 도덕률은 박정희-전두환 정부 시기의 민족주의·국가주의 그리고 지배체제에 내구성을 불어넣은 중요한 또 다른 요소들이다. This study uses oral materials and literature of people who worked in the Middle East to examine the South Korean economy and politics during the Middle East Construction Boom. Therefore, it gives a vibrantly detailed account that differs from previous studies, which have often oversimplified the South Korean economy and politics of the same period with a focus on laws, institutions and elite actors. This study confirms the `economic rationality` that prioritizes `pursuit of money` as a key link for actors who had organized and sustained the developmental regime (governing regime) during the Middle East Construction Boom. While nationalism/ statism were main elements of the governing regime in the Hyper-Growth Age, their existence and influence were consequential of the very economic-rational regulations of thought/ conduct governing the state, corporations and individuals. South Korean`s moralistic image of `diligence and sincerity` and the `will to overcome sufferings` led to a nationalist/ statist discourse-related economic rationality of the `will to do more work and work harder.` The South Korean image demonstrates a desire of the governing regime to reduce people`s everyday life to wage-labor function. This study also engages with family discourses. Such discourses served subsidiary functions of growth-fetishism combined with nationalism/ statism, and sustained gender-political practices that prevented the crisis of social patriarchism associated with rapid modernization. Patriarchal family discourses and morality were other important factors that provided durability to nationalism/ statism and the governing regime during the Hyper-Growth Age.
