        포도막 흑색종에 대한 감마나이프 방사선수술 - 증례보고 -

        Uveal melanoma is uncommon but life-threatening intraocular malignancy and has been treated by irradiation, local excision and enucleation. Gamma-Knife radiosurgery allows a high dose of radiation to be delivered to an intracranial target with a very high spatial accuracy and has been used for the treatment of ocular melanomas. We have treated two cases of uveal melanoma between October 1994 and December 1999. They include one man and one woman(34, 62 years, respectively). They were followed up for 12 momths. Mean maximal dose was 65Gy. In one case, the tumor disappeared 7 months after gamma-knife radiosurgery. In another case, multiple tumors (uveal, suprasellar and cerebellar tumor) had decreased in size. These results show that single and high dose gamma-knife radiosurgery is may be an option in the local control of uveal melanoma which can spare the eyeball and vision.

        두부자세에 따른 근활성과 측모두부방사선계측치의 변화에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to investigate the factors affecting muscle activity and cephalometric variables according to change of head postures. For this study, 150 patients with temporomandibular disorders and 80 dental students without any signs and symptoms of temporomandibular disorders were selected as the patients group and as the normal group, respectively. Head position to body-midline in frontal plane and upper quarter posture to body plumb line in sagittal plane were observed clinically and electromyographic(EMG) activity of anterior temporalis, masseter, sternocleidomastoideus, and trapezius on clenching were recorded with $BioEMG^{(R)}$ in four head postures, which were natural head posture(NHP), forward head posture(FHP), $20^{\circ}$ upward head posture(UHP), and $20^{\circ}$ downward head posture(DHP). Cephaloradiographs were also taken in the same head postures as in EMG taking, but that was taken only in NHP for the patient group. Cephalometric variables measured were SN angle, CVT angle, atlas inclination angle, occlusal plane angle, Me-C2 angle, pharyngeal width, occiput~axis distance, area of pharyngeal space, and cervical curvature. The data were analyzed by SAS statistical program. The results of this study were as follows : 1. Between the patient and the normal group, there were significant difference in distance from plumb line to acromion, eye-tragus angle, electromyographic activity of the four muscles, and cephalometric variables of linear measurement. 2. There was no consistent pattern of correlation between upper quarter posture, EMG activity and cephalometric variables in any case without relation to cervical curvature and head position in frontal plane. 3. Sternocleidomastoid muscle only showed variation of electromyographic activty with changes of head postures, but all the muscles did show correlation with head postures. 4. All the cephalometric variables measured in this study showed difference of mean value by head posture, and CVT angle, pharyngeal width, occiput-atlas distance, and area of pharyngeal space showed correlation between these variables with change from NHP to FHP, and from NHP to UHP.

        기저대역 채널선택 필터를 위한 전압 안정화 회로

        기저대역 채널선택 필터는 외부의 잡음이나 공정상의 변화에 따라 각각의 통신 채널을 선택하기 위해 인가되는 제어 전압이 변동될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제어 전압을 일정하게 유지시키기 위해, 전류의 흐름을 감지하여 채널선택 필터의 차단주파수가 자동으로 조정되어 필터 동작이 원활하게 유지되면서 최소 면적을 갖는 전류 비교 방식 전압 안정화 회로를 설계하였다. Control voltage for baseband channel selection filter to select one of communication channels can be easily fluctuated according to external noise or variation of fabrication. In this paper, we design a voltage regulator with small chip area to keep control voltage constantly using current comparative method. Cut-off frequency of channel selection filter is automatically controlled by detecting current flow using the proposed voltage regulator.

      • MPI 기반의 병렬 성층${\cdot}$회전 난류 시뮬레이션

        본 논문에서는 MPI 기반이 성층${\cdot}$회전 난류 시뮬레이션을 위한 LES코드의 기법에 대해 연구하며 그 결과를 실험한다. 본 논문에서는 병렬화 기법을 위해서 순차 LES코드에 내재되어 있는 Tridiagonal solver의 제거를 통한 병렬화의 성능 향상과 포아선 방정식의 병렬화를 위한 영역 분할 방법을 소개한다. 또한 본 논문에서 연구되어진 병렬 LES 코드를 슈퍼컴퓨터에서 다양한 영역 분할에 대한 실험을 수행하며 그 결과에 대해 나타낸다. 실험 환경은 CRAY-T3E에서 수행하였으며, 다양한 영역 분할에 대해 프로세서의 개수를 변화시키며 수행속도와 그에 따른 속도의 향상을 측정하였다. 그 결과 단일 프로세서에서 순차 LES를 수행하는 것보다 병렬 LES코드에서 최고 16배에 해당되는 속도의 향상의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. We describe a parallel implementation for the large-eddy simulation(LES) of stratified and rotating turbulence based on MPI. The parallelization strategy is specified by eliminating the tridiagonal solver with explicit method and by domain decompositions for solving the poisson equation. In this simulation we have run on CRAY-T3E under the message passing platform MPI with a various domain decomposition and the scalability of this parallel code of LES are also presented. The result shows that we can gain up to 16 times faster speed up on 64 processors with xyz-directional domain decomposition and scalable up to $128{\times}128{\times}$ which processing time is almost similar to that of $40{\times}40{\times}40$ on a single processor machine with a sequential code.

        잠수함 수동소나에서 방사소음의 간섭패턴 분석

        Passive sonar in submarine can detect the target in long range and can attack using it. There are many noises which can be received at passive sonar of submarine. When noise received in the sonar it make diverse interference pattern depend on the ocean ambient and movement scenario. Interference pattern can be explained by theory of waveguide invariant. In this paper, analyze the interference pattern according to the relative motions of surface ship and submarine. And analyze the occurrence reason of 2 kinds of interference patterns those are usually display on the submarine console. The results show that if relative speed of submarine and target increase then gradient of interference pattern will increase. And closest point approach of submarine and target decrease then gradient of interference pattern will increase. Bathtube pattern usually appear when target pass though close to submarine and Pinetree pattern appear target pass though above of submarine.

        선형 캐스코드 전류모드 적분기

        This paper proposes a low-voltage current-mode integrator for a continuous-time current-mode baseband channel selection filter. The low-voltage current-mode linear cascode integrator is introduced to offer advantages of high current gain and improved unity-gain frequency. The proposed current-mode integrator has fully differential input and output structure consisting of CMOS complementary circuit. Additional cascode transistors which are operated in linear region are inserted for bias to achieve the low-voltage feature. Frequency range is also controllable by selecting proper bias voltage. From simulation results, it can be noticed that the implemented integrator achieves design specification such as low-voltage operation, current gain, and unity gain frequency. 연속시간 전류모드 기저대역 채널선택 필터 설계를 위하여 전류이득과 단위이득 주파수를 개선시킨 저전압 선형 캐스코드 전류모드 적분기를 제안하였다. 제안된 전류모드 적분기는 CMOS 상보형 회로로 구성된 완전 차동 형태의 입 출력단으로 구성하였으며, 여기에 캐스코드 트랜지스터를 추가시킴으로써 바이어스 단을 구성하여 선형영역에서 동작시켜 저전압 구조에 적합하도록 설계하였다. 이 때 바이어스 전압을 선택적으로 제어하여 주파수 대역이 가변될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 설계한 선형 캐스코드 전류모드 적분기가 저전압 동작, 전류 이득 및 단위이득 주파수 등 모두 만족할 만한 특성을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다.
