        작업자의 직무사건이 심리적․신체적․행동적 반응에 미치는 영향

        The present study was to investigate the order of the stressful incidents related with jobs and to prove how the causes of job stress affect on the psychological․physical․behavioral aspects of workers. The data was collected from 383 workers and the analysis showed the six variables; inappropriate compensation, job demand, job autonomy, job insecurity, organizational culture, organization. The most stressful incident was to be fired without any notice. The causes of job stress by demographic traits are as follows; inappropriate compensation was verified by sex, age, the head of a family, the period of employment, status, and employment conditions; the job demand was relevant with sex, age, the head of a family and status; the job autonomy was relevant with sex, age, the head of a family, the period of employment and status, job insecurity was related with the scale of a enterprise; the organizational culture was relevant with sex, age, the head of a family, the period of employment, status, and employment conditions; the organization was relevant with sex and employment conditions. The explanation of a prediction factor that the cause of job stress affect on the psychological․physical․behavioral aspects of workers showed the pain 11%, depression 10%, insomnia 9%, cardiovascular disease 7%, job dissatisfaction 7%, low self-esteem 6%, turnover 6%, performance decline 5%. The most influential variables were job demand, organization and job insecurity. The job demand was influenced by depression, low self-esteem, pain; the performance decline was affected by job demand; insomnia was resulted by organization, organizational culture, and job insecurity; cardiovascular disease was influenced by job insecurity and organizational culture; the organization influenced on the turnover of workers. 본 연구는 작업자의 직무사건에 따른 스트레스의 순위를 조사하고 작업자가 지각하는 직무스트레스의 요인과 그에 따른 심리적․신체적․행동적 반응에 대한 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 15개 기업의 전문가, 사무직 등 총 383명을 대상으로 분석하였으며 자료분석은 독립표본 t검정, 일원배치분산분석, 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 작업자의 직무스트레스 요인은 보상부적절, 직무요구, 직무자율, 고용불안정, 조직문화, 조직체계 등 6개 변인들이 추출되었다. 작업자들의 직무사건에 따른 스트레스 순위는 작업자들이 ‘갑작스러운 해고를 당할 때’가 1위를 나타냈다. 그러나 20대는 자기능력인정, 30대는 직무 수행시 나타나는 사건, 40대 이상은 고용불안정성에서 높은 스트레스를 보였다. 보상부적절은 성별, 연령, 가장여부, 직급, 고용형태, 직무요구는 성별, 연령, 가장여부, 직급, 직무자율은 성별, 연령, 가장여부, 근무기간, 직급, 고용불안정은 기업규모, 조직문화는 성별, 연령, 가장여부, 근무기간, 직급, 고용형태, 조직체계는 성별, 고용형태 등에서 차이를 보였다. 직무스트레스 요인의 설명력을 보면 통증 11%, 우울 10%, 불면증 9%, 심혈관질환 7%, 직무불만족 7%, 낮은 자기존중감 6%, 이직 6%, 수행능력 저하 5% 등으로 나타났다. 또한 가장 영향력이 높은 변인은 직무요구, 조직체계, 고용불안정 등으로 드러났다. 영향력을 보면 우울은 낮은 자기존중감, 통증, 수행능력저하는 직무요구, 불면증은 조직체계, 조직문화, 고용불안정, 심혈관질환은 고용불안정, 조직문화, 이직은 조직체계 등의 순에 의해 영향을 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때, 청년들이 직업시장에 첫 진입시 현실적인 직업이해를 위한 직업정보를 제공함으로써 적응력을 높일 수 있으며, 청년들의 비정규직화로 인한 고용불안정성에 대한 취업지도 프로그램이 필요하다.

        일본 헤이안 문학에 보이는 늙음과 여성

        Aging is inevitable to human beings. People recognize and accept their aging in two ways –with more general and abstract concept or with physical, bodily experience. In case of bodily recognition, it seems that it had been related to the sense of beauty or ugliness and resulted in the preception “Old is ugly.” This had only been strengthened throughout the Heian period, whose aristocratic society known for its keen sense of beauty. Especially, women under the polygamous marital structure tended to see themselves to be an object of men’s desire and their existence valued with it. In reflection of this, in numbers of monogataries women, regardless of their age or how others see them, experience aging with their bodies, which equals the loss of femininity. This contrasts how men’s aging is described almost exclusively in abstract, with rare mentioning of their bodily changes. This gender gap can also be seen in medieval Japanese literature. Aged women are often portrayed as turning into a monster and then killed. This category of legends seems to result from layers of different perceptions: general belief of the ancient and medieval times that what is old can turn into a monster; the hatred against the ugliness of body and mind which accompanies aging; the perception that women who are not either fertile or sexually objectified are unwanted. Also, it can be interpreted as a reflection of desire to ostracize the unwanted, ugly old women by portraying them as monsters against the rule of the community.

      • BoBos 특성에 따라 분류한 집단 간 인구통계적 · 관광행태적 차이에 관한 연구

        With the advent of post-industrial society, a new social class called as BoBos has become a new icon. Though they have unique characteristics, few studies have investigated those aspects and their implications for tourism product development. This study implemented in order to fill the gap. More specifically, the purposes of this study were to examine demographic and tourism-related behavioral characteristics among social classes classified by BoBos traits and to suggest some practical implications for tourism product development geared to the niche market. A self-administered questionnaires was developed and distributed to Busan Metropolitan city residents conveniently during the period of May 8-11,2003. A total of 400 questionnaires were collected, but after discarding 5 incomplete ones, 395 valid questionnaires were used for data analysis. Results showed that groups classified by BoBos traits were mostly different from each other in terms of their demographic and tourism-related behaviors. Discussion on the results and their implication for tourism product development were briefly described.

Discussion on the results and their implication for tourism product development were briefly described. 새롭게 등장한 보보스족의 독특한 라이프스타일과 관광지 속성에 대한 선호, 그리고 관광지에서 주로 참여하는 활동 등에 대한 올바른 정보를 위한 본 연구를 통한 시사점으로, 첫째, 보보스족은 혼자만의 여행을 통해 자신의 ‘문명화’를 추구하며 이를 위해 기꺼이 지출할 수 있는 관광상품의 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 보보스족이 다른 집단과 차별되는 독특한 라이프스타일인 개인주의 추구와 사교성추구를 반영하여 개인의 사생활은 보장되면서도 다른 사람들과의 교류기회를 최대한 보장하는 관광상품의 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 이러한 보보스족에 소구할 수 있는 관광상품의 개발은 새로운 문화에의 직접적 관여(direct involvement)를 통해 얻을 수 있는 신비함(novelty)에 대한 욕구와 일상생활의 유지를 통해 얻을 수 있는 친숙성(familiarity)에 대한 욕구의 조화가 필요하다. 본 연구에 필요한 자료는 김해국제공항과 부산시 소재 특급호텔의 레스토랑 및 명품관을 이용한 사람들과 전문직 종사자를 대상으로 편의표본추출방법(convenience sampling method)을 통해 총 400매의 설문지 중 395부의 설문지가 사용되었다.
