Long Electrode Gap을 가진 Macro Cell에서의 고효율 PDP 특성 연구

Recently, applications of plasma display to the large public display and transparent display gain much attention. With this background, we report characteristics of opposite electrodes discharge cell with long electrode gap in comparison with conventional co-planar surface discharge. The cell size of test panel is 2950 ㎛ × 840 ㎛, which corresponds to that of the display having diagonal size of 130″ with XGA resolution. Electrode gap of co-planar and opposite electrode structure are 240 ㎛ and 500 ㎛ respectively. These gap dimensions provide similar driving voltage windows. Experimental results show that opposite discharge provides approximately four fold higher luminous efficacy compared with that of the surface discharge. Resulting efficacy is found to be higher than 19 lm/W in green phosphor with 10 ㎑ continuous pulse operation.
국내 건축사사무소 신입사원의 직무역량 평가에 관한 연구

최근 건축 분야는 글로벌화와 세분화로 인하여 실무역량을 갖춘 신입사원을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 대학에서의 건축교육은 실무와의 격차를 줄이려고 노력하고 있지만, 건축사사무소에서 필요로 하는 직무역량을 교육하기에 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 건축사사무소 신입사원의 직무역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해서는 현재 중요한 직무역량을 도출하고 이 중에서 시급히 보완이 필요한 것을 찾는 작업이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 건축사사무소 신입사원의 직무역량을 평가하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 건축사사무소의 실무자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문 결과를 바탕으로 건축사사무소 신입사원들에 대하여 실제 직무역량과 중요도 평가의 차이를 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과로써 직무역량요소들 중 책임감, 서류정리작성 및 보조능력이 시급한 개선이 필요한 직무역량으로 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과는 건축학 전공 학생들의 자기계발과 건축학과의 교육 커리큘럼 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. According to globalization and specialization, the architectural field have needed new employees having practical qualification. the architectural department in university tries to narrow a gab with actual task. But, the architectural education is insufficient to train job performances required by architectural firm. So, it is needed to find alternative plans to enhance job performances of new employees in architectural firm. Therefore, the objective of this study is to assesses and compares actural performance and importance of each item of practical qualifications. This study performed a questionnaire survey for experienced practitioners in architectural firm. As a result, responsibility, and filling and assistant ability need urgent improvement. The results of this study will be used as baseline data for undergraduates" self-improvement and architectural department"s educational reform.
Topological Configuration Design without Direct Solving Differential Equations

A new method for topological configuration design in electromagnetic systems without directly solving differential equation is proposed. Topology optimization is usually formulated using the finite element method, but the novel feature of this method is that no such partial differential equation solver is employed during the whole optimization process. To avoid solving the governing Maxwell equation numerically for analysis of electromagnetic systems, the concept of equivalent magnetizing current based on an equivalent source model is employed. As a specific application, we consider the design of two-dimensional fine-pattern coils of an optical pickup actuator that can maximize the Lorentz force. The proposed design method can be also applied to the design of electric coils and permanent magnet.
전/후방 복합 압출공정에서 마찰조건이 재료 유동에 미치는 영향

This study is concerned with an effect of frictional condition in a forward/backward combined extrusion process. Generally, the material flow of the billet is influenced by the corners of the die cavity, the ratio in reduction in area, and thickness ratio of backward can thickness to forward can thickness. In addition, the frictional condition in contact area between the billet and the punch/die also affect the material flow. This paper investigated the effect of frictional condition for variable friction factors. The FEM simulation has been carried out in order to examine the effect of frictional condition. Deformation patterns and flow characteristics were examined in terms of design parameters such as extruded length ratio etc. Die pressure exerted on the die-workpiece interface is calculated by the simulation results and analyzed for safe tooling. Therefore the numerical simulation works provide a combined extrusion process of stable cold forging process planning to avoid the severe damage on the tool.

In the high speed range for Vector control of Synchronous Reluctance Motor, the effect of Iron loss and the cross-coupling of dq axis currents IS dependent on the increase of the operating frequency can not be negligible<br/> In this paper, we propose a decupling Vector control of dq axis current that the effect of iron loss is eliminated, and confirm that through simulation results.
