        Pb(Mn<sub>1/3</sub>Nb<sub>2/3</sub>)O<sub>3</sub>-PbZrO<sub>3</sub>-PbTiO<sub>3</sub> 세라믹스의 압전특성에 미치는 Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>의 영향

        Piezoelectric properties of $Pb(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-PbZrO_3-PbTiO_3$ ceramics were investigated with $Al_2O_3$ content $(0.0-1.0 wt\%)$. The constituent phases, microstructure, electromechanical coupling factor, dielectric constant, piezoelectric charge and voltage constants were analyzed. Diffraction peaks for (002) and (200) planes were identified by X-ray diffractometer for all the specimens doped with $Al_2O_3$, indicating the MPB (morphotropic phase boundary) composition of tetragonal structures. The highest sintered density of $7.8 g/cm^3$ was obtained for $0.2wt\%\;Al_2O_3-doped$ specimen. Grain size increased by doping $Al_2O_3$ up to $0.3 wt\%$, and it decreased by more doping. Electromechanical coupling factor, dielectric constant, piezoelectric charge and voltage constants increased by doping $Al_2O_3$ up to $0.2wt\%$, and it decreased by more doping. This might result from the formation of oxygen vacancies due to defects in $O^{2-}$ ion sites and the substitution of $Al^{3+}$ ions.

        재현의 곤경, 설득의 서사 넘기 ― 5월 광주 서사의 현재와 과제 ―

        오늘날 재현을 질문하는 과정 자체가 아이러니하게도, 백래쉬와 경합하는 장이 되기도 한다. 재현에 대한 문제의식이 궁극적으로 어떤 언설과 연결될지 가늠하는 것도 중요해졌다. 본 논문은, 오늘날 재현의 윤리에 대한 질문이, 대중적 백래쉬의 정동과 교착하는 장면들에 대한 문제의식에서 출발했다. 최근 빈번히 발견되는 설득의 서사구조에서도 이런 우려를 생각해볼 수 있다. 이러한 서사구조는 백래쉬와 부정의 언설 앞에서 스스로를 증명해야 하는 강박과 관련될 것이다. 그런데 그 설득의 과정 자체가 재현에 대한 오인을 발생시키곤 한다.. 오늘날 서사 속 5월 광주 재현이 처한 곤경도 이러한 재현 일반의 문제와 연동한다. 1990년대 이후 제도화, 공식화한 언어와 상상력을 공회전하면서 5월 광주 재현은 부정, 백래쉬 앞에서 무력해지곤 한다. 이것은 같은 언어를 공유, 활용하고 있는 조건과 장의 문제이기도 하다. 이 글은, 영화 <김군>(2018), 최윤 소설 「저기 소리 없이 한 점 꽃잎이 지고」(1988)를 재독해하면서 이러한 5월 광주 서사의 현재와 과제를 가늠하고자 했다. This study started with the problem of the scenes where the question about the ethics of representation today intersects with the affect of popular backlash. Ironically, the process of questioning representation itself becomes a field to compete with opposing forces. Therefore, it is also necessary to carefully assess what kind of discourse will ultimately lead to the problem about representation today. This concern can also be considered in the narrative structure of persuasion, which is frequently discovered recently. This narrative structure will be related to the intention to prove oneself in front of backlash and denial. However, the process of persuasion itself causes misconceptions about representation. In today's narrative, the predicament of the May Gwangju uprising representation is also linked to this problem. Since the 1990s, the institutionalized and formalized language and imagination have been lethargy. This is also a matter of foundation and field sharing the same language. This article attempted to assess the present and tasks of the May Gwangju uprising narrative by reading the movie < Kim-Gun > (2018) and Choi Yoon's novel(1988).

      • 유방 부분 절제술 후 방사선 치료 시 TOMO Direct를 이용한 접선 조사의 선량적 유용성에 관한 고찰

        Purpose: Investigation of the clinical use of tangential fields technique using TOMO direct in comparison to conventional LINAC based radiation therapy after breast partial mastectomy. Materials and Methods: Treatment plans were created for 3 left-sided breast cancer patients who had radiation therapy after breast partial mastectomy by using wedged tangential fields technique, field in field technique (FIF), TOMO Direct, TOMO Direct intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) under the normalized prescription condition ($D_{90%}$: 50.4 Gy/28 fx within CTV). Dose volume histogram (DVH) and isodose curve were used to evaluate the dose to the clinical target volume (CTV), organ at risk (OAR). We compared and analyzed dosimetric parameters of CTV and OAR. Dosimetric parameters of CTV are $D_{99}$, $D_{95}$, Dose homogeneity index (DHI: $D_{10}/D_{90}$) and $V_{105}$, $V_{110}$. And dosimetric parameters of OAR are $V_{10}$, $V_{20}$, $V_{30}$, $V_{40}$ of the heart and $V_{10}$, $V_{20}$, $V_{30}$ of left lung. Results: Dosimetric results of CTV, the average value of $D_{99}$, $D_{95}$ were $47.7{\pm}1.1Gy$, $49.4{\pm}0.1Gy$ from wedged tangential fields technique (W) and FIF (F) were $47.1{\pm}0.6Gy$, $49.2{\pm}0.4Gy$. And it was $49.2{\pm}0.4$ vs. $48.6{\pm}0.8Gy$, $49.9{\pm}0.4$ vs. $49.5{\pm}0.3Gy$ Gy for the TOMO Direct (D) and TOMO Direct IMRT (I). The average value of dose homogeneity index was W: $1.1{\pm}0.02$, F: $1.07{\pm}0.02$, D: $1.03{\pm}0.001$, I: $1.05{\pm}0.02$. When we compared the average value of $V_{105}$, $V_{110}$ using each technique, it was the highest as $34.6{\pm}9.3%$, $7.5{\pm}7.9%$ for wedged tangential fields technique and the value dropped for FIF as $16.5{\pm}14.8%$, $2.1{\pm}3.5%$, TOMO direct IMRT as $7.5{\pm}8.3%$, $0.1{\pm}0.1%$ and the TOMO direct showed the lowest values for both as 0%. Dosimetric results of OAR was no significant difference among each technique. Conclusion: TOMO direct provides improved target dose homogeneity over wedged tangential field technique. It is no increase the amount of normal tissue volumes receiving low doses, as oppose to IMRT or Helical TOMO IMRT. Also, it simply performs treatment plan procedure than FIF. TOMO Direct is a clinical useful technique for breast cancer patients after partial mastectomy.

        파종시기별 유효적산온도(GDD)가 옥수수의 생육 및 수량변화에 미치는 영향

        A total of 15 different corn hybrids, Kwangpyeongok, Gangdaok, Yanganok, Singwangok, Jangdaok, Cheonganok, Cheongdaok, Andaok, Dapyeongok, Pyeongkangok, Pyeonganok, Daanok, Sunwon 184, Gangilok, and P3394 was used to investigate the growth and yield depending on the sowing date. The sowing dates were April 5, June 25, and July 5 and each experiments was performed in triplicste. The growth of Gangdaok was the highest. However, although the growth of Kwangpyeongok, was lower thanthar of Gangdaok, its stem height to ear height ratio was lower than that of Gangdaok, thus, Kwangpyeongok may be more suitable for stable cultivation. Both growth and yield of Daanok were low, regardless of planting date, but yield and ear shape of Pyeongkangok and Dapyeongok were for fresh corn. Growth and yield of the 15 different corn hybrids varied depending on the planting date, However, the growth degree days (GDD) was the most important factor governing the maturity of corn. More than $1500^{\circ}C$ of GDD was sufficient to harvest mature corn hybrids in the central region of Korea. Besides yield and growth, other characteristics, such as sweetness and taste of the hybrids, should be investigated further the selection of the best corn hybrid.

        고등학생에서 체질량지수에 따른 비만에 대한 인식과 생활습관의 차이에 관한 조사

        목 적: 남녀 고등학생들의 비만에 대한 인식도를 알아보고 그리고 비만에 대한 지식 정도와 실제 생활과의 연관관계 등을 조사하여 비만의 예방과 치료 방향 설정에 도움을 주고자 시행하였다. 방 법 : 연구 대상은 대구광역시 북구에 위치한 고등학교 1, 2학년 남녀 각각 882명, 668명 총 1,550명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 시행하였으며 이중 성실하게 응답한 1514명을 본 연구의 대상으로 하였다. 설문지는 무기명으로, 본인이 직접 기입하도록 하였다. 성별 연령에 따른 체질량지수가 85 백분위수 이하를 1군(정상 체중군), 85-95 백분위수를 2군(비만 위험군), 95 백분위수 이상을 3군(비만군)으로 나누어 비교 분석하였다. 결 과 : 1) 비만에 대한 인식도 : 비만에 대한 인식정도는 남학생의 경우 심각한 질병으로 인식하는 경우가 1군에서 30.6%, 2군에서 37.4%, 3군에서 48.4%로 정상 체중군보다 비만군에서 비만을 질병으로 인식하는 경우가 통계학적으로 유의하게 높았으며(P=0.00), 여학생에서는 비만을 매우 심각한 질병으로 인식하는 경우가 1군에서 8%, 2군에서 15.8%, 3군에서 14.3%이었고, 심각한 질병으로 인식하는 경우가 1군에서 44.4%, 2군에서 55.3%, 3군에서 57.1%이었고, 각 군간의 비만에 대한 인식정도는 차이가 없었다(P=0.332). 2) 비만에 대한 지식 : 비만 지식에 대한 점수는 1군에서 남학생이 9.68, 여학생이 10.42이었으며, 2군에서는 남학생이 10.06, 여학생이 11.38이었으며, 3군에서는 남학생이 10.11, 여학생이 10.57이었다. 각 군간의 비만에 대한 지식은 남녀 모두 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 3) 건강한 식습관과 비만에 대한 지식과의 상관관계 : 건전한 식습관과 비만에 대한 지식과의 상관관계는 남, 여학생 모두에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 4) 규칙적인 운동 습관 : 남학생의 경우 규칙적인 운동을 하는 경우가 1군, 2군, 3군에서 각각 38.7%, 36.7%, 34.9%로 통계학적 유의성은 없었고(P=0.795), 여학생 역시 각각 14.5%, 12.8%, 30.8%로 통계학적 유의성은 없었다. 5) 규칙적인 운동 유무와 비만에 대한 지식과의 관련성 : 남학생의 경우 규칙적인 운동을 하는 경우가 9.98점, 규칙적인 운동을 하지 않는 경우가 9.64점이었고, 여학생은 규칙적인 운동을 하는 경우가 10.73점, 규칙적인 운동을 하지 않는 경우가 10.50점으로 규칙적인 운동 유무와 비만에 대한 지식 정도는 남녀 모두 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결 론 : 비록 일부 지역의 고등학생을 대상으로 한조사이나 고등학생들의 비만의 심각성에 대한 인식과 운동과 식습관의 관련성을 분석하는 의의가 있다. 고등학생들이 비만의 심각성에 대해서는 어느 정도 인식하고 있으나, 정상 체중 학생과 비만 학생사이에 비만에 대한 지식의 차이가 없었으며, 비만에 대한 지식정도와 건강한 식습관이나 규칙적인 운동의 유무와는 관련성이 없었다. Purpose : This study was performed to investigate the level of obesity awareness and to help to prevent and to treat obesity by examining the relationship between knowledge of obesity and life style. Methods : Of the students who were surveyed, 1514 answered seriously and were accepted as subjects for the study. The questionaire was anonymous and was filled in by the students themselves. Body mass index was used to compare and analyze the subjects according to gender and age, with 85 percentiles or lower as group one, 86-94 percentiles as group two, and 95 percentiles or higher as group three. Results : Among the boys, level of obesity-awareness was significantly higher(P<0.01) in the obese group than in the normal-weight group. Among the girls, there was no difference in the level of obesity-awareness among the groups(P=0.332). The knowledge of obesity between the groups was not significantly different in either boys or girls. As for the relationship between healthy eating habits and knowledge of obesity, there were no significant differences in either boys or girls. There was no significant difference between the habit of regular exercise and the knowledge level of obesity in either boys or girls. Conclusion : Although this was a localized study and the students were aware of the seriousness of obesity to a certain extent, there was no difference in knowledge of obesity between normal-weight students and obese students. Also, there was no relationship between knowledge of obesity and healthy eating habits or the presence/absence of regular exercises.

        Ni-doped $CoSb_3$ was prepared by the hot pressing, and its doping effects on the thermoelectric properties were investigated. Single phase ${\delta}-CoSb_3$ was successfully obtained by encapsulated induction melting and the subsequent heat treatment at 773 K for 24 hrs, followed by the hot pressing under 60 MPa at 773 K for 2 hrs. Nickel atoms acted as electron donors by substituting cobalt atoms. Thermoelectric properties were remarkably improved by the Ni doping.

        Skutterudite $CoSb_3$ doped with nickel was prepared by encapsulated induction melting, and its doping effects on thermoelectric properties were investigated. Single phase ${\delta}-CoSb_3$ was successfully obtained by encapsulated induction melting and subsequent heat treatment at 773 K for 24 h. Nickel atoms acted as electron donors by substituting cobalt atoms. Thermoelectric properties were remarkably improved by appropriate heat treatment and doping, and they were closely related to phase transitions and dopant activation. The maximum ZT(dimensionless figure of merit) was achieved as 0.2 at 600 K for the $Co_{0.93}Ni_{0.07}Sb_3$ specimen.

        Te-doped $CoSb_3$ was prepared by the encapsulated induction melting, and its doping effects on the thermoelectric properties were investigated. Single phase ${\delta}-CoSb_3$ was successfully obtained by the subsequent annealing at 773 K for 24 hrs. Tellurium atoms acted as electron donors by substituting antimony atoms. Thermoelectric properties were remarkably improved by the appropriate doping. Dimensionless figure of merit was obtained to be 0.83 at 700K for the $CoSb_{2.8}Te_{0.2}$ specimen.

      • Properties of Alkaline Protease Isolated from Nocardiopsis dassonvillei

        ATCC 21944인 노카디옵시스 다손빌레이 균주로부터 새로운 알칼리언 단백질분해효소를 분리하였다. 크로마토그래피 방법과 이온교환 HPLC를 사용하여 분리한 효소는 SDS-전기영동 젤상에서 순수한 것으로 나타났으며, 겉보기 분자량은 33,500 달톤인 것으로 나타났다. 이 효소의 pI는 6.3는 부근으로 나타났으며 효소의 활성은 PMSF 및 chymostatin과 같은 Serine 단백질 분해효소의 억제제들에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 온도에 따른 효소활성 실험결과 $55^{\circ}C$에서 활성이 가장 크며 $65^{\circ}C$까지는 최대 활성의 70%를 유지하며 또한 pH 11에서도 활성을 계속 유지하는 것으로 보여졌다. 분리된 단백질분해효소는 높은 온도에서 그리고 강한 알칼리성에서도 활성을 유지하므로 산업적으로 이용할 가치를 포함하고 있는 것으로 사료된다. We have purified a novel alkaline protease from actinomycete Nocardiopsis dassonvillei, ATCC 21944, using conventional chromatographic methods and an ion-exchange HPLC at the final stage. SDS-PAGE of purified enzyme showed that the enzyme is homogeneous, and the apparent molecular weight is 33,500 daltons. Isoelectricfocusing indicates its pI is around 6.3. The enzyme is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors such as phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride and chymostatin. Temperature-dependent activity profile of the protease indicates that it is thermally stable and retains 70% of the activity at $65^{\circ}C$ compared to the maximum activity shown at $55^{\circ}C$. It also appears to be highly alkalophilic, maintaining almost full activity at pH 11.

        2형 당뇨병환자의 만성 치주염 치은조직에서 골흡수 인자의 발현 양상 비교

        Purpose: The purposes of this study were to compare and quantify the expression of MMP-3, $PGE_2$ and IL-6 in the gingival tissues of patients with $type_2$ diabetes mellitus and healthy adults with chronic periodontitis. Material and methods: Gingival tissue samples were obtained during periodontal surgery or tooth extraction. According to the patient's systemic condition & clinical criteria of gingiva, each gingival sample was devided into three groups. Group 1(n=8) is clinically healthy gingiva without bleeding and no evidence of bone resorption or periodontal pockets, obtained from systemically healthy 8 patients. Group 2(n=8) is inflamed gingiva from patients with chronic periodontitis. Group 3(n=8) is inflamed gingiva from patients with chronic periodontitis associated with type 2 DM. Tissue samples were prepared and analyzed by Westernblotting. The quantification of MMP-3, $PGE_2$ and IL-6 were performed using a densitometer and statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey test. Results: 1. The expression levels of MMP-3 were shown highest in group 3 compared to group 1 and 2, and It showed increasing tendency in group 2 and 3. 2. The expressions of $PGE_2$ and IL-6 were shown increasing tendency in group 2 and 3, and It was highest in group 3. 3. As expressions of MMP-3 were increased, $PGE_2$ and IL-6 expressions showed increasing tendency in group 3 than group1 and 2, although there were no proportional relationship. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the expression levels of MMP-3, $PGE_2$ and IL-6 will be inflammatory markers of periodonta linflamed tissue and DM. It can be assumed that MMP-3 affect to expressions of $PGE_2$ and IL-6 in progression of periodontal inflammation with alveolar bone resorption to type 2 DM.
