        만 5세 유아의 또래놀이행동과 초등학교 1학년의 학업수행능력에 대한 단기종단연구

        Objectives: This study analyzes the long lasting effects of preschooler’s peer play behaviors on their academic ability in primary school. Preschooler’s social competence is the control variable and their basic academic skills is the mediating variable. Methods: 7 th year and 8 th year data from the Panel Study on Korean Children were used for the analysis. The structural equation model was analyzed for 859 children. Results: Controlling of preschooler’s social competence and preschooler’s peer play behaviors influenced academic skills in primary school. Also, preschooler’s basic academic skill mediated the relationship between peer play behaviors and children’s academic ability in primary school. Conclusions: This study implies that children’s play behavior influences long lasting academic competence. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on organizing children’s play at the preschool period. 연구목적: 본 연구에서는 유아의 취학 전 또래놀이행동이 초등 1학년 때의 학업수행능력과 관계가 있는지 분석해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사회적 유능감을 통제변인으로 하고, 만 5세 유아의 기초학업능력을 매개변인으로 하여, 만 5세 유아의 또래놀이행동이 초등학교 1학년의 학업수행능력에 미치는 직⋅간접적인 영향력을 분석해보았다. 방법: 한국아동패널의 7-8차년도 자료 중 결측값이 없는 859명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 자료의 기술통계, 상관분석을 실시하고, AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석 및 구조모형의 적합도를 평가하였으며, 구조모형의 직간접효과 및 총효과와 유의성 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping) 방법을 사용하였다. 결과: 만 5세 유아의 또래놀이행동은 사회적 유능감의 효과를 통제한 후에도 초등학교 1학년 학업수행능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 때 만 5세 유아의 기초학업능력이 만 5세 시기의 또래놀이행동과 초등학교 1학년 학업수행능력 간 영향 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 유아기 또래놀이를 통해 문해력 및 수학적 사고력과 같은 기초학업능력을 자연스럽게 기룰 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 학업수행능력을 기르는데 보다 효과적일수 있음을 시사한다. 그러므로 유아가 일상에서 활발한 놀이경험을 통해 미래 학업 역량의토대를 갖출 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 유아 놀이권을 더욱 보장할 필요가 있을 것이다.

        Clinical Utility of a New Automated Hepatitis C Virus Core Antigen Assay for Prediction of Treatment Response in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis C

        Hepatitis C virus core antigen (HCV Ag) is a recently developed marker of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. We investigated the clinical utility of the new HCV Ag assay for prediction of treatment response in HCV infection. We analyzed serum from 92 patients with HCV infection who had been treated with pegylated interferon and ribavirin. HCV Ag levels were determined at baseline in all enrolled patients and at week 4 in 15 patients. Baseline HCV Ag levels showed good correlations with HCV RNA (r = 0.79, P < 0.001). Mean HCV Ag levels at baseline were significantly lower in patients with a sustained virologic response (SVR) than in those with a non SVR (relapse plus non responder) based on HCV RNA analysis (2.8 log10fmol/L vs. 3.27 log10fmol/L, P = 0.023). Monitoring of the viral kinetics by determination of HCV RNA and HCV Ag levels resulted in similarly shaped curves. Patients with undetectable HCV Ag levels at week 4 had a 92.3% probability of achieving SVR based on HCV RNA assay results. The HCV Ag assay may be used as a supplement for predicting treatment response in HCV infection, but not as an alternative to the HCV RNA assay.

        제주도 법정감염병 신고 현황: 2001~2018

        Jejudo has unique geographical and climatologic characteristics compared with other areas in Korea. The aim was to evaluate differences of the nationwide notifiable infectious diseases (NND) occurred in Jejudo, 2011~2018. The source of data was on the Infectious Disease Statistics System operated by Centers for Diseases Control & Prevention in Korea between 1 January 2001 and 30 September 2018. After calculating the proportion of sum of years showing a higher incidence in Jejudo than nationwide divided by sum of comparing years(PSYH), authors defined the infectious diseases for control in Jejudo (IDCJ) with PSYH over 75%. In addition, the infectious diseases showing increasing trends during recent 2 years(2015~2018) were defined as sudden increase Infectious diseases for control (SIDCJ). IDCJ in 2001~2018 included 3 NNDs such as chicken pox, syphilis, and Streptococcus pneumoniae. The results support main evidences to plan strategies and distribute community resources for control and prevention of NNDs in Jejudo, Korea.

        구독경제 유형과 제품 유형 차이가 구독 의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: While most of the studies on subscription economy focus on online media streaming services, consumer goods subscription services are already actively being implemented in the market. In this study, the type of subscription service (replenishment vs. curated) and product type (hedonic vs. utilitarian) examined the effect of subscription intention in the consumer goods subscription economy. Furthermore, based on previous studies, the factors mediating this relationship were classified into shopping convenience and perceived enjoyment, and the relationship was examined. Research design, data, and methodology: Consumers’ opinions on consumer products subscription services were collected through the pretest, and based on this, advertisement stimuli for drugstore’s Health & Beauty subscription service and Super supermarkets’ Food & Groceries subscription were produced. Subsequently, an experiment was conducted on 822 randomly recruited people through Amazon MTurk. Experiment 2 (Subscription service type: Replenishment subscription vs. Curated subscription) × 2 (product type: Hedonic goods vs. Utilitarian goods) was designed between groups, and experimental participants were exposed to advertising stimulation of subscription services were asked to respond to the measurement questions of Subscription intention, Shopping convenience, and Perceived enjoyment. Results: As a result of the experiment, the interaction effect of the subscription service types and product types on the subscription intention was confirmed. In addition, through PROCESS macro, the partial mediating effect of shopping convenience was proved in the relationship between subscription service types and subscription intention, and the complete mediating effect of perceived enjoyment was found in the relationship between product type and subscription intention. Conclusions: The study provides the following academic and practical implications. First, for the performance of product subscription services, companies need to change the types of subscription services depending on whether the supplied products are hedonic or utilitarian products. Second, when the subscription service type is Replenishment subscription, it is necessary to focus on the convenience for consumers, and when the product type is hedonic, it is important to improve customers’ enjoyment of shopping. Third, this study has verified the role of factors dealt with in existing shopping studies through experimental studies on subscription services, which are attracting attention as a new trend following the sharing economy. Finally, the influence of perceived enjoyment and shopping convenience, which have been studied as important parameters or regulatory variables related to shopping, was expanded to consumer goods subscription services.

        “要”的惯常体标记用法与其语法化研究

        The multifunctional word ‘Yao(要)’ has many semantic meanings in modern Chinese, one of which is its use as a habitual marker. However, there is not enough research on the habitual marker ‘Yao(要)Hab’, especially on the grammaticalization process of ‘Yao(要)Hab’. This paper first analyzes the positioning and features of ‘Yao(要)Hab’ and then examines its grammaticalization process. The results of the examination are as follows: First, habitual markers in Chinese are introduced. Then, the positioning of the Habitual Marker ‘Yao(要)Hab’ is examined. Previous studies have categorized it into either the modality category or the aspect category. Based on the distinction between the aspect and modality categories, this paper categorizes it into the aspect category. Second, ‘Yao(要)Hab’ is divided into past habitual and present habitual. The past habitual expresses events that occurred in a past time period and carries [+realis], while the present habitual aspect represents events occurring from the past to the future and carries [±realis]. Third, ‘Yao(要)Hab’ appeared in the Qing Dynasty with limited usage. In the Republic of China period, the usage of ‘Yao(要)Hab’ gradually matured, and then it began to be widely used. Fourth, the grammaticalization process of the ‘Yao(要)Hab’ can be divided into two stages. In the first stage, the epistemic modality auxiliary verb ‘Yao(要)Aux-epistemic’ appears in the construction [(S/SP)+Yao(要)Aux-epistemic+VP]. However, when a frequency word appears in the sentence, the semantics of the sentence change from representing a one-time event to representing multiple repeated events. At this point, the balance between the semantics of the sentence as a whole and the semantics of the auxiliary verb ‘Yao(要)Aux-epistemic’ itself is broken, prompting the sentence to be reanalyzed and grammaticalized. Thus, ‘Yao(要)Aux-epistemic’ grammaticalized from a modality auxiliary expressing recognition to a habitual marker, forming the construction [(S/SP)+Xfrequency word+Yao(要)Hab+VP]. In the second stage, not only does the sentence contain a frequency word, but it also includes a ‘temporal frame’ in the sentence, resulting in the structure [‘time frame’+(S/SP)+Xfrequency word+Yao(要)Hab+VP]. After grammaticalization, subjects co-occurring with ‘Yao(要)Hab’ can include agent subjects, in addition to patient subjects.

      • 임신부의 구강보건교육 경험 및 요구도와 구강건강관련행위

        Objectives: The aim of the present research was to enhance pregnant women' oral hygiene condition by identifying their experience and needs of oral hygiene care education and oral health related behavior. Methods: From August 1st to 31th in 2014, a total of 217 pregnant women from 8 obstetrics clinics and 1 maternity class located across Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon were conducted by a self-recoding-questionnaire. Results: 1. 4.1% of the participants had experience a oral hygiene care education and 95.9% did not. 80.2% of the participants wanted to involve themselves in the research and 19.8% did not. 2. For the oral health related behavior, 75.1% of participants reported that they are currently using rotation toothbrushing method, 55.3% of participants with use of oral hygiene products, 16.6% of participants with doing regular oral examination, 11.5% of participants had dental treatments, and 76.5% of participants are having their dietary regulation. 3. Regular oral examination differed by age and experience with oral health education while dietary regulation differed by the needs for oral health education. But they did not show any difference depending on the pregnancy related features. Conclusions: The present research showed that the oral hygiene care education opportunity need to be set for pregnant women and the provision information of how to manage their oral health also need to be offered.

        Influences of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Factors on Consumer Acceptance of Orange Juice Using Consumer Liking Testing and Kano Analysis Techniques

        Influences of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on consumer liking and purchase intent of orange juice (OJ) products were studied. Two days of consumer acceptance testing was conducted. On day 1 consumers (N=96) evaluated 7 OJ products under blind tasting conditions. On day 2 consumers (N=95) evaluated the same 7 OJ products under informed conditions. Kano analysis (N=98) was conducted to investigate information on the package that drives consumer OJ product satisfaction. Products with high overall sensorial acceptability scores showed minimal brand effects. Similarly, products with low consumer acceptance scores showed minimal brand and package effects, even if a product was clearly labeled as “organic.” Kano analysis was used to identify important information driving consumer OJ product satisfaction. OJ flavor, rather than extrinsic factors, was identified as the driver of consumer liking and satisfaction.
