가마학(가정-마을-학교) 파트너십이 학생 내적 발달자산 형성에 미치는 영향

2008년부터 2011년까지 과천시 2개 초등학교를 중심으로 가정-마을-학교의 파트너십 활동이 학생의 발달자산 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 가마학 파트너십 참여 모형은 학부모교육 및 훈육, 소통, 학교볼런티어, 가정학습지원, 참여, 지역협동이다. 이러한 가마학 파트너십 구축을 위한 클래스맘, 학교볼런티어, 지역특별강사의 수업지원, 지역 기관 및 단체와의 파트너로 창의적 체험활동 추진을 통해 기본능력과 발달자산을 동시에 축적하도록 하였다. 학교의 구조나 기능적 개방보다 학교의 목적에 맞는 가정과 마을의 네트워크, 파트너십을 통해 추진하면 학교와 지역 모두 윈윈할 수 있다는 것이다. 또한, 고학년으로 올라갈수록 긍정적 가치, 집중력, 규범의식, 사회성이 떨어지고 있어 가정과 학교의 역할분담과 책임공유의 파트너십이 필요하다는 사실을 밝혀냈다. The type of involvement in Gamahak Partnership consists of six major components: parenting, communicating, volunteering, learning at home, participating and collaborating. This model has been structured to support and foster the student's personal growth in order to ensure their academic success. By implementing various volunteering programs including guest teacher, the schools has attempted to maximize the diversity, specialization, and individual application of the schools curriculum. By focusing on changing the structure and function of the community, the Gamahak Partnership has tried to raise the community and households' awareness of their roles and responsibilities in order to achieve their shared goals and visions for their students' education. In the same time, while positive values, norms consciousness, and social skills on students tends to drop as their grades go up, a strong liaison between school, family and community is needed to guide the proper development among higher-grade students.

Lifelong education policy in Japan has developed into a core policy of the Ministry of Education as it altered from social education policy to lifelong education policy. Various central government ministries, related facilities and organizations are proceeding in developing young students` job abilities of the Labor Ministry, social welfare, building a city of attractive land of the Minister of transportation, and a town of full vitality of the Ministry of Agriculture. Building lifelong education town is divided into building a town for lifelong education and a town built by lifelong education. Building a town for lifelong education is an activity mainly focused on providing foundation of educational society, a town built by lifelong education is to create an area by forming a partnership and network applying the educational results of the citizens to the area. Japan concentrated on industries in building a town for lifelong education in the early 80s, then altered to a policy of a town built by life long education in the late 90s, and since 2000, Japan is shifting towards building a collaborative town. Education cities in Japan are ① a town of activating life long education society as a goal ② a town devoted to school and social education ③ a town active in local industry and economy ④ cultural town ⑤ a town of high solidarity between citizens ⑥ a town of high self governing ability ⑦ a town of collaborated citizens and government. Local education policy of Japan is run collaboratively with cultural policy, social policy, labor and industry policy. Hence, in adaptive education, solving local and life education problems, local reconstruction is sought through creation and collaboration of involvement of the citizens. Through such analysis, following strategies in building and advancing lifelong education city in Korea are proposed. Proceed family, town and school collaboration in activating local lifelong education, establish a roadmap in building a lifelong education town by governing the citizen, in building a lifelong education town, establishing a lifelong education system is mandatory, in creating a lifelong education region, a lifelong education base organization is mandatory, activate social contribution activities by establishing citizen participation information, reforming staff consciousness and self activity, and activating citizen activities. 일본의 평생학습 정책은 사회교육정책에서 평생학습정책으로 변화하면서 문부성의 중심정책으로 발전하였다. 또한 후생노동성의 직업능력개발, 사회복지, 국토교통성의 매력 있는 지역 만들기, 농림수산성의 활력 있는 촌 만들기 등의 다양한 중앙정부 부처와 관련시설 그리고 단체에서도 추진하고 있다. 평생학습 마을 만들기는 평생학습을 위한 마을 만들기와 평생학습에 의한 마을 만들기가 있다. 평생학습을 위한 마을 만들기는 학습사회의 기반정비에 중점을 두는 활동이고, 평생학습에 의한 마을 만들기는 소프트형 마을 만들기로서 시민의 학습성과를 지역에 살리면서 파트너쉽과 네트워크를 형성하여, 지역을 살리고 지역을 창조하는 것이다. 일본의 경우 1980년 초부터 평생학습을 위한 마을만들기 사업에 주력하다가 1990년대 후반들어 평생학습에 의한 마을만들기 정책으로 바뀌고 있으며, 다시 2000년 이후 협동형 마을 만들기로 바뀌고 있는 실정이다. 일본의 학습도시는 ① 평생학습사회의 실현을 목표로 하는 마을 ② 학교교육.사회 교육이 충실한 마을 ③ 지역산업과 경제의 활성화 마을 ④ 문화 마을 ⑤ 시민의 연대감이 높은 마을 ⑥ 자치능력이 높은 시민성 ⑦ 관민 협동형 마을 등이 있다. 일본의 지역교육정책은 문화정책, 사회정책 그리고 노동, 산업정책과 결합하여 통합적으로 운영되고 있다. 즉, 지역의 생활과 교육과제를 해결하는 적응형 교육에서 시민 참획 창조형, 협동형으로 지역재생을 추진하고 있다. 이상의 분석을 통해 우리나라 평생학습도시 구축 및 진행에 관해 다음과 같은 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 지역평생학습 활성화를 위한 가마학(가정과 마을 그리고 학교) 협동 추진, 주민주체의 평생학습 마을 만들기 추진 로드맵 설정, 평생학습 도시(마을) 만들기는 평생학습추진 시스템 구축이 필수, 평생학습 지역 만들기는 평생학습 추진의 거점기관이 필수, 시민참여 기본 인프라 구축. 직원의 의식개혁과 자치활동.시민활동의 활성화로 사회 공헌활동을 활성화한다.

Structural and Cathodoluminescence Properties of Gallium Nitride Nanorods by HVPE

Single crystalline GaN nanorods are formed on a sapphire substrate by hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE). Their structural and optical properties are investigated by x-ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopy, and cathodoluminescence (CL) techniques. A high density of straight and well-aligned nanorods with a diameter of 80$-$120 nm formed uniformly over the entire 2 inch sapphire substrate. The x-ray diffraction patterns and transmission electron microscopic images indicate that the formed GaN nanorods are pure single crystals and preferentially oriented in the {\it c}-axis direction. We observed a higher CL peak position of individual GaN nanorods than that of bulk GaN as well as a blueshift of CL peak position with decreasing diameter of GaN nanorods, which are attributed to a quantum confinement effect in one-dimensional GaN nanorods. We demonstrate that well-aligned, single crystalline GaN nanorods with high density, high crystal quality, and good spatial uniformity are formed by the HVPE method.
Characteristics of Zn1 -xMnxO Thin Films Prepared by RF Magnetron Sputtering

We demonstrate the characteristics of Zn$_{1-{x}}$Mn$_{x}$O thin films grown on (0001) Al$_2$O$_3$ substrates using an RF magnetron sputtering system. By increasing the Mn content, the films exhibited increases in both the {\it c}-axis lattice constant and fundamental bandgap energy. From the results of atomic force microscopy study, we confirmed that the morphology of Zn$_{1-x}$Mn$_{x}$O was sensitively affected by changing substrate temperature. The curie temperature obtained from temperature-dependent magnetization curves was 70 K for the film with $x$ = 0.07, depending on the Mn composition in the films. The remanent magnetization and coercive field of Zn$_{0.93}$Mn$_{0.07}$O at 5 K were 1.2 emu/g and 500 Oe, respectively.
