Many previous studies on competences were verified from organizational level or strategic management. In this paper, types of producer's individual competences are adjusted and analyzed from human resource management making use of interpretative approaches. This research focus on difference in influence of producer's competences on trust, and moderating effect of organizational support on relations between competences and trust. To accomplish these study purpose, the movie opened in later 2000, the people participated project of film and making who movies staffs, assistance of producer and charge of marketing and so on, were researched and analyzed the following hypothesis by the 132 questionnaires. Hypothesis1.Affect-based trust will be greater influenced by competence with individual than competences with job - accept. Hypothesis2.Cognition-based trust will be greater influenced by competence with job than competences with individual - accept. Hypothesis3.There will be differences of organizational support that competences influence to the affect-based trust - partial support. Hypothesis4.There will be differences of organizational support that competences influence to the affect-based trust - partial support. Affect-based trust was influenced by leading competence in a factor of competences with individual, and cognition-based trust were influenced by planning competence and editing competence in factors of competences with job. Editing competence of high group in organizational support didn't influence on affect-based trust, but this competence of low group influenced on this trust. managing competence in a factor of competences with individual of low group in organizational support negative effect on cognition-based trust contrary to high group.

[미발표] PSC Edge Girder를 활용한 하로형 신형식 철도교 개발

U형 PSC 하로교는 궤도면고의 하향조정에 따른 형하공간 확보에 용이하며, 노선의 급격한 종단 경사를 피하여 열차의 운전효율을 증대시키는 등 철도교량으로서 많은 장점을 가진 교량 형식이다. 하지만 U형 PSC 하로교 시공을 위해 현재 주로 사용되고 있는 Precast Segment Method는 Segment의 운반 및 가설을 위한 대형 장비가 필요하여 시공비용이 증가하는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 U형 PSC 하로교의 측벽을 이루게 되는 Edge Girder를 먼저 가설하고, 설치된 Girder 사이에 슬래브 및 가로보를 현장타설하여 U형 PSC 하로교를 시공하는 신형식 교량을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 교량의 개요와 시공방법, 그리고 최적 단면을 선정하는 과정을 소개하였다. U-type PSC through bridge type has many benefits as railway bridges. It makes the level of the rail track move down and is advantageous to secure spaces under the girders. And it also makes avoide rapid longitudinal slope of the railway, and the driving effectiveness of the railway is increased. Precast Segment Method is typical method to construct U-type PSC through bridges. However, this method causes expensive construction cost for needs of heavy equipment to transfer and install the segments. New bridge type developed in this study is constructed to first install the edge girders and make slab and cross beam by in-situ concrete. This makes improve the weakness of the existing construction method. This paper presents the concept of the proposed railway bridge type and the decision of the optimal cross section.
