4차 산업혁명 대응을 위한 태권도 문화의 역할

이 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래에 따른 태권도 문화의 변화에 대해 알아보았다. 초연결, 초지능, 초융합이라는 기술적 환경 변화를 이끌어내는 4차 산업혁명은 사회 문화 전반에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이러한 변화 속에서 한국의 주요 신체 문화인 태권도의 변화 흐름을 예측하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구와 심층면담을 실시하여 4차 산업혁명 기술에 따른 사회 변화 양상과 태권도 문화의 특징에 대해 알아보았으며, 나아가 4차 산업혁명에 대한 태권도계의 인식과 변화가 예상되는 주요 과제를 도출하였다. 연구의 주요 분석 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 태권도 문화는 무예 문화, 스포츠 문화 및 한국 문화적 특징을 지니며, 이러한 문화가 태권도 고유의 문화를 바탕으로 융합되어 자체적인 태권도 문화를 형성하고 있다. 둘째, 태권도 전문가들은 4차 산업혁명 기술의 도입과 적용의 필요성을 인식하고 있었으나, 영세한 태권도 산업의 구조와 태권도 프로그램 및 지도법의 변화가 더디게 나타나는 점을 들어 태권도 문화에서 활용 가능한 4차 산업혁명 기술 도입과 프로그램 개발 등을 위한 투자와 지원이 어렵다고 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 태권도 문화는 4차 산업혁명 기술의 도입으로 태권도 관련 정보의 디지털화를 바탕으로 문화 전반의 효율화 및 자동화와 문화 영역 및 구성원의 역할 등이 재구성될 것으로 전망되며 이러한 과제를 수행할 경우 합리적이고 창의적인 문화를 형성할 것으로 예측되었다. 따라서, 미래 지도자 양성 교육 및 기술 도입에 따른 제도 개선을 실시하는 등 태권도 문화의 전반적인 흐름과 4차 산업혁명 기술 도입과의 관계에 대한 지속적 관심과 활용이 제안된다. In this study, we examined the changes in Taekwondo culture following the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To this end, by conducting literature research and in-depth interviews, we looked into the aspects of social change and the characteristics of Taekwondo culture in accordance with technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and furthermore, we have drawn up the perception of the Taekwondo world about the Fourth Industrial Revolution and major challenges that are expected to be changed. The key findings from the analysis conducted in this study are summarized as follows. First, taekwondo culture has the characteristics of martial arts culture, sports culture, and Korean culture, and these cultures are combined based on the culture unique to Taekwondo to form its own culture. Second, Taekwondo experts had been aware of the need for the introduction and application of the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and at the same time, they had the perception that it is difficult to invest and support for the introduction of technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the development of the program that can be utilized in Taekwondo culture for reasons of the reality of the structure of the small Taekwondo industry and the slow change in the Taekwondo program and teaching methods, Third, carrying out such tasks is expected to create a reasonable and creative culture as the overall efficiency and automation of Taekwondo culture and the role of cultural areas and members are expected to be reorganized based on the digitalization of Taekwondo-related information following the introduction of the technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

〈Tale of Kwon Ik-jung〉 follows the life of two generations. Kwon Ik-jung and Kwon Seon-dong and develops as an independent narrative in one literary work, referred to as 〈Tale of Kwon Seon-dong〉. In this work, a variety of stories are developed with gyeolyeondham, boksudham, jaesangdham, and jingajangjoodham. The work space Dongting Lake is located at a major point that is interlinked and connected with several narratives. In Dongting Lake, Kwon Ik-jung is saved after attempting to commit suicide when he is reunited with the spirits of Lee Chun-hwa, described as the space conceiving new life. In other words, the Dongting Lake is presented as a space where an ideal world directly interacts with the real world: it connects a place of hermits to the mundane world. Dongting Lake has the character of an ideal space based on Chinese history and culture, and it is transformed into our space, not Chinese space. Therefore, Dongting Lake in 〈Tale of Kwon Ik-jung〉 is not to be the mediated space for meeting with Yi Bi, but is rather converted into the place to meet Lee Chun-hwa. This can be regarded as significant of the spatial background of 〈Tale of Kwon Ik-jung〉, and shows how much the characters enjoy the fact that Chinese space is fully converted into our space here.

체육과 학생들의 내외통제성과 사회적응력의 관계

The purpose of this study is to identify relationships between internal-external control and social adaptation ability of department physical education student’s. To achieve the purpose, a survey, consisting of a questionnaire containing 31 items, was conducted with students who studied in the K university of Y city in Kyeonggido. As a result, a total of 279 students were selected using a convenience sampling method and responded with data for the final analysis. For data analysis, a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were done using PASW 18.0 statistics programs. The conclusions, for department physical education students, are: first, internal-external control and social adaptation ability are correlated in all factors except internal control and sociability; second, internal-external control had a partially influence on social adaptation ability.

정상체중 청소년들의 체중조절시도방법과 스트레스, 우울 및 자살행동과의 관계

이 연구는 2019년 청소년건강행태온라인조사 자료를 활용하여 BMI가 정상범위에 있으면서도 체중조절을 시도한 청소년을 대상으로 체중조절 방법과 정신건강(스트레스, 우울 및 자살)의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2019년 제15차 청소년건강행태온라인조사의 원시자료를 이용하였으며, 연구 대상자는 BMI가 정상범위이면서 체중조절을 시도한 8,075명을 체중조절 방식에 따라 네 집단으로 구분하였다(그룹 1: 규칙적인 운동, 그룹 2: 약물 및 단식과 같은 부적절한 방법, 그룹 3: 규칙적인 운동+부적절한 방법, 그룹 4: 체중조절을 시도하지 않은 집단). 모든 자료는 SPSS 25 ver.를 이용하여 분석했으며, 각 변수에 대한 빈도분석과 체중조절을 시도하지 않은 집단을 기준으로 대상자의 일반적 특정을 보정한 후 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 여자 청소년은 남자 청소년 보다 운동, 약물 및 단식 등과 같은 다양한 체중조절 방법을 시도할 가능성이 높게 나타났으며, 연령이 높을수록 체중조절을 위해 운동을 시도할 가능성은 낮아졌다. 둘째, 그룹 1 (규칙적인 운동)이 그룹 2(약물 및 단식)보다 스트레스를 적게 받을 가능성이 높았으며, 그룹 3(규칙적인 운동+부적절한 방법)의 스트레스 정도는 더욱 심해질 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세 집단 (그룹 1, 2, 3) 모두 우울감을 느낄 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 그룹 3(규칙적인 운동+부적절한 방법)의 경우 자살행동(자살생각, 자살시도)을 시도할 가능성이 다른 집단에 비해 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 BMI가 정상범위에 있는 청소년들의 체중조절 시도 방법과 정신건강(스트레스, 우울 및 자살)간의 연관성을 확인하였으며, 청소년들의 부적절한 체중조절 시도가 정신건강과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 자살과 같은 심각한 정신적 문제가 발생하기 이전에 건강 생활에 대한 교육과 더불어 올바른 신체관과 건강한 심신의 함양을 위해 학교와 가정이 연계된 실효성 있는 교육 방안이 제시되어야 한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association of personal characteristics and weight control methods on stress, depression, and suicidal behavior in adolescents who tried to control their weight. This study was used from the 15th Online Adolescent Health Behavior Survey in 2019. Eight thousand seventy-five adolescents who attempted weight control were included in this study while their BMI was in the normal category. Descriptive statistics and multinomial logistic regression analysis for each variable were performed using SPSS 25 ver. As a result of the analysis, female adolescents were more likely to control weight with exercise (OR=2.061) or exercise plus inappropriate methods (OR=3.682) than male adolescents. The who tried exercise plus inappropriate methods group was associated with a risk of stress (OR:4.265; Severe stress). Also, exercise (OR=1.202), exercise plus inappropriate methods group (OR=2.070), inappropriate (OR=2.205), shown a high risk of depression. Exercise plus inappropriate methods also shown a relativly high risk for suicide behavior (Suicidal Ideation; OR=1.215, Suicide attempt: OR=1.461). This present study demonstrated that inappropriate weight control practices among adolescents greatly influenced their mental health. Therefore, it is necessary to support preventive education programs regarding appropriate weight-control strategies for adolescents.

태권도 사범 재교육 인식과 제도 정착 방안

이 글은 다산 우화시의 특징과 그 의미를 밝히는 데 목적을 두고, 그의 우화시 가운데 <烏?魚行>?<?奴行>?<蟲食松>?<海狼行> 등 네 작품을 대상으로 논의하였다. 이들을 살펴본 결과 시적화자의 시선은 하층이 아니라 상층을 향하고 있었고, 유교적 이념을 지향하며, 비판의 대상은 상층 관리로 집중되었다. 이러한특징이 의미하는 바를 ‘實學思想의 민중지향성’으로 귀결시키기에는 일정부분 한계가 나타났다. 따라서 이 글에서는 연구시각의 폭을 확장시켜야할 필요성을 제기하였고, 이에 ‘載道論적 관점’으로 다산의 시에 접근해 보았다. 물론 다산의 우화시 가운데 이들 네 작품에 한정하여 논의한 결과로 그의 시에 대한 연구시각의 한계를 논하는 것은 무리라 여겨진다. 그러나 방대한 분량으로 축척된 다산의 시를 입체적으로 파악하기 위해서는 다양한 연구시각이 요청되고, 이 글에서 ‘載道論적 관점’으로 그의 시에 접근한 것은 또 다른 연구시각의 가능성을 제기하였다는 측면에서 작지만 의미 가 있을 것으로 생각된다.
