      • PES 기판상에 제작한 ITO 박막의 특성

        The ITO thin films were prepared by Facing Targets Sputtering(FTS) method on polyethersulfon(PES) substrate. The ITO thin films were deposited with the film thickness of 100㎚ at room temperature and working gas pressure of 1m Torr. As a function of sputtering conditions, electrical and optical properties of prepared ITO thin films were evaluated by Hall Effect Measurement(EGK) and UV-VIS spectrometer(HP). respectively. From the results, the ITO thin films was deposited was with a resistivity 8.3×10?⁴[Ω-㎝] and transmittance over 80% in the visible range.

        대향 타겟식 스퍼터링으로 증착한 ITO 박막이 적용된 유기발광다이오드의 특성

        In this study, we prepared OLED cell with ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) films grown on the glass substrate by facing targets sputtering. Before fabrication of OLED cells, we investigated properties of ITO films deposited at various sputtering conditions. To investigate properties of as-prepared films, we employed four-point probe, UV-VIS spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), hall-effect measurement. As a results, as-prepared ITO films have high transmittance of over 85 % in the visible range (300-800 nm) and a resistivity of under 10-4 (Ω-cm). Their resistivity increased as a function of oxygen gas flow and substrate temperature. OLED cell with ITO films were fabricated by thermal evpoeartor. Properties of OLEDs cell referring to properties of ITO films.

        Deposition of an Al Cathode for an OLED by Using Low-Damage Sputtering Method

        In this study, Al thin films for OLED devices were deposited on glass substrates and on a cell (LiF/EML/HTL/bottom electrode, ITO thin film) for various working gas such as Ar, Kr and mixed gases, and various working gas pressures. The film thickness and the crystallographic and electrical properties of the Al thin film were measured by an -step profiler (TENCOR), an X-ray diffractometer (XRD, RIGAKU), a four-point probe (CHANGMIN) and an atomic force microscope (AFM), and the I-V curve of the Al/cell was measured by using a semiconductor parameter measurement (HP4156A). The crystallinity and resistivity of Al thin films prepared on glass indicated that the films were amorphous with resistivities under 10.5 -cm. In the case of the Al thin films deposited on cell using pure Ar or Kr, the leakage-current density of the Al/cell was about 10.4 mA/cm2, and the leakage-current density of the Al/cell prepared by using Ar and Kr mixed gas was about 10.6 mA/cm2.

        Influence of a Ag Layer on AZO/Ag/AZO Multilayer Thin Films Prepared by Facing Targets Sputtering

        To improve the conductive property of Al-doped ZnO (AZO) thin films, we prepared AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer thin films on glass substrates in a facing targets sputtering (FTS) system. The conductive and the optical properties of AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer thin films mainly depended on the Ag layer. To obtain Ag thin films with properties like those of bulk Ag, we deposited Ag thin films on glass substrate for various deposition times and substrate temperatures. As-deposited multilayer thin films were investigated by using a four-point probe, a UV/VIS spectrometer, an X-ray diffractometer (XRD), a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and a Hall-effect measurement system. As a result, AZO thin films had a transmittance of over 80 % in the visible range, but with increasing thickness of the Ag layer and increasing substrate temperature, the transmittance of the AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer thin films sharply decreased. The sheet resistance and the transmittance of the multilayer thin films were 5.7 Ω/sq and about 80 % in the visible range for an optimum thickness of the Ag layer.

        FTS 장치를 이용한 다양한 공정 조건에서 제작한 ITO 박막의 특성 분석

        ITO thin films were grown on the glass substrate under various oxygen gas flow and substrate temperature by using FTS (Facing Target Sputtering) system. To investigate properties of as-prepared films for transparent electrical devices, we employed four-point probe, UV-VIS spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Hall Effect measurement system and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). As a results, all of prepared samples has high transmittance of over 80 % in the visible range (300-800 nm). Their resistivity increased as a function of oxygen gas flow and substrate temperature due to their crystal structure and oxygen defect in the films. As-prepared films have a resistivity of under 10-4 (Ω-cm).

        FTS 장치의 자계 분포에 따라 제작된 AZO 박막의 특성

        We investigated magnetic field, discharged voltage, and as-deposited film uniformity at facing targets sputtering (FTS) system with magnetic field type: i) concentrated and ii) distributed magnetic field type. And Al doped ZnO (AZO) films were prepared at two magnetic field type such as concentrated magnetic field type and distributed magnetic field type, respectively. Discharge voltage at the distribution type is lower than concentration type due to low magnetic flux (middle magnetic flux: Concentration 1200 G and Distribution 600 G). The films deposited at the distributed magnetic field were more uniform than concentration type. All of prepared AZO films had a resistivity of under 10-4 [Ω•cm] and a transmittance of more than 85 % in the visible range.

        한 상급종합병원 내 Fentanyl Buccal Tablet의 의존 경향 파악 및 위험 요인 분석

        Background and Objective : Previous studies on the safety of fentanyl buccal tablets (FBT) have often dismissed patients with a high likelihood of drug abuse or who have been strongly controlled by dose or usage of FBT. For these reasons, we could not confirm the current state of dependence or addiction of opioid pain medication in patients suing FBT in an actual clinical setting. The purpose of this study was to analyze the FBT use status in a tertiary hospital in Korea and the risk factors related opioid dependence tendency and to contribute to the safe use of FBT. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed electronic medical records of cancer patients admitted to the wards that received FBT at a tertiary hospital in Korea From January to May 2018. The proportion of patients with dependence tendency due to FBT was investigated. Logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the risk factors. The significance level was p 0.05. Results : Of the total 275 patients, four had FBT dependence tendency, with a ratio of 1.45%. Additionally, smoking history (odds ratio=23.51, p=0.02) and one-day immediate opioid analgesic dose excluding FBT (odds ratio=1.15, p=0.01) were the risk factors for dependence tendency on opioid analgesic due to FBT. Conclusions : The proportion of patients with dependence tendency due to FBT in a tertiary hospital at Korea was 1.45%, which was higher than the general incidence of dependence or addiction of opioid analgesics used to mitigate cancer pain. Thus, patients taking this drug should be closely monitored for dependence and addiction. Additionally, medical staffs must be fully aware of patients’risk factors. Although this study has limitations as a retrospective study, it may be reliable data for the safe use of opioid analgesic by confirming the dependence tendency and risk factors of FBT in clinical practice.

        폐 이식 후 신부전 발생 환자에서 유지 면역억제제로서 basiliximab의 사용 평가

        Background: Basiliximab is used as an alternative to tacrolimus in patients with decreased renal function. However, studies on basiliximab as a maintenance immunosuppressant, particularly in patients with lung transplantation, are limited. Therefore, here, we investigated the efficacy and safety of basiliximab in patients with lung transplantation. Methods: Adult patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) who received lung transplantation at a single general hospital between July 1, 2014 and June 30, 2018, were selected and classified in tacrolimus and basiliximab groups. Both groups received a triple-drug regimen (tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil, and steroids). However, tacrolimus was discontinued in the basiliximab group when AKI occurred, and two or more repeat basiliximab doses were administered within 3 months after transplantation. The electronic medical records were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Of the 85 patients who met the selection criteria, 61 and 24 were assigned to the tacrolimus and basiliximab groups, respectively. Significant improvement in renal function was observed in the basiliximab group (p <0.001). However, there were no differences in acute and chronic rejection rates in both the groups. No difference was observed in the incidence rate of complications between the groups, except for chronic kidney disease, which showed higher incidence in the basiliximab group (25.0% vs. 4.9%; p =0.013). Conclusions: We suggest the use of basiliximab as an immunosuppressant alternative to tacrolimus in patients with acute renal failure after lung transplantation. Basiliximab demonstrated effectiveness as an immunosuppressant and improved renal function. Therefore, basiliximab can be used in patients with decreased renal function.

        의료기관의 도매상 선정을 위한 평가지표 개발 - 델파이 기법 활용 중심으로

        Background : Medical centers generally spend billions to hundreds of billions of Won annually to purchase medicines. More than 3,000 domestic wholesalers are needed. It is important to know how to select wholesalers to promote safe and reasonable drug distribution. So far, many studies have been performed on wholesalers in Korea. However, tools for evaluating these wholesalers have not yet been developed. Methods : In this study, we reviewed the supply chain management factors in drug distribution management standards (Korean Good Supplying Practice; KGSP) and international distribution management standards (Good Distribution Practice; GDP). We performed a focus group interview with hospital pharmacists and wholesalers in order to improve and evaluate the initially proposed evaluation tools. The first round of Delphi survey and reliability analysis were carried out. Results : The reliability and validity of the Delphi technique were assessed. We did not conduct the Delphi survey in the second round because there was a high level of agreement in the first round. We developed 51 categories in 14 chapters of wholesaler evaluation items, and we confirmed their high validity and reliability. Conclusion : It is expected that medical centers may utilize this evaluation tools as a basis for selecting wholesalers and also as data for improving wholesale quality. In addition, wholesale businesses may be promoted to a higher level and may conduct objective and standardized quality management through efforts to comply with the evaluation standards.
