        The financial Market opening increased overseas capital in and outflow and it also increased the factors of risk at the investment market of domestic. On the other hand investors must carefully consider how to make a decision of investment through many-sided aspects. It isn't certain gradually to settle investors direction according as overseas opening at the capital market and a scope of market are enlarged. Therefore, investors need to collect more various information and make requests for Especially the accounting information. Being related to a decision making of investment at the capital market, probably there are no so special theories with the most useful accounting information as the public profit size, earnings per share(EPS) or price-earnings ratio(PER) etc. But It is possible for us to do deductive inference of a useful accounting information more than the net profit, ordinary income and so on is reflected in bring exchange to factors on the numbers of stocks as well as the issue of paid-in capital increase, convertible bond(CB) in the middle of the fiscal period The object of this study is to try to suggest users as follows. Investors should investigate ahead of many researches related to the usefulness of accounting information in the investment market where the uncertainty of investment is enlarged more and more due to the financial market opening and advance theories. Then, they will be able to select a standard from more profitable accounting information positive analysis and comparing a usefulness of information measuredly about the earnings per share(EPS) diluted and ordinary income per share in the accounting information connected with profits.

First of all, we investigated factors that influence individual investor's investment decision making, such as, investor's personality(openness, conscientiousness, self-monitoring). And investor type segmentation are classified by their investment behavior such as, stable investor, aggressive investor and growth investor segment.

      • 직원의 직무특성이 새마을금고 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        직무특성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 많은 연구결과에서 나타나듯이 연구자들은 개인과 조직을 연결할 수 있는 직무에 관심을 가지고 있으며, 개인 삶의 질을 높이고 목표를 달성하는 것과 조직 성과 극대화를 통한 조직발전과의 연계성에 대하여 항상 중요한 관심을 가지고 있었다. 이러한 시점 에서 볼 때 새마을금고 구성원의 직무를 통해 조직의 성과를 높이는 시도는 매우 중요한 이슈가 된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 새마을금고 조직을 대상으로 조직발전이 지속적으로 이루어지기 위한 방안을 마련하 는데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 새마을금고 직원 직무특성과 정서적, 지속적, 규범적 몰입으로 이루어진 조직몰입에 대한 경험적 연구를 실행하였다. 그리고 실증적 분석결과를 바탕으로 새마을 금고의 조직성과를 향상하기 위한 방안을 모색해 보았다. 다중회귀분석을 통해 나타난 영향력 분석결과를 종합해 보면, 정서적몰입, 지속적몰입, 규범적몰입의 세 가지 차원의 조직몰입에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인은 기술다양성과 직무자율성으로 나타 났다. 즉, 업무수행 방법에 독립성과 자유를 주는 재량권이 조직몰입에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직구성원이 업무수행에 있어서 단순하고 반복적인 업무보다는 다양한 기술과 지식을 필요로 하는 업무가 조직몰입에 다음으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 직무특성요인중 직무자체의 의미를 결정해주는 요인인 과업 중요성과 본인의 직무수행을 통해 나타나는 성과에 대한 효과성의 정도를 알려주는 피드백시스템은 조직몰입에 관계가 없다고 나타났다. 이 같은 연구결과에 비추어 볼 때, 새마을금고직원의 직무는 적어도 직무에 깊이 빠져들고 심리적 애착심을 갖고 직무에 대한 일체감을 가지려면 직무에 대한 자율성이 가장 우선적으로 고려되는 직무재설계가 필요함을 시사하고 있다. As it can be inferred from the fact that lots of earlier studies investigated the influence of job characteristics on organizational commitment, researchers are interested in how to assign job in a manner to improve individual workers bond with their organization, and they are also very concerned about how to improve individual people s quality of life, how to attain organizational goals and how to step up organizational development. Therefore it s very worth doing to look into the job of Saemaul keumgo employees to boost the performance of their organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the job characteristics of Saemaul keumgo employees and their organizational commitment involving affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment and ways of improving the organizational performance of Saemaul keumgo in an effort to help ensure the sustainable development of the organizations. As a result of making a multiple regression analysis, the diversity of skills and job autonomy were identified as the factors that had an impact on all the three dimensions of organizational commitment that were affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Organizational commitment was under the largest influence of discretionary power that meant to be given a free hand in job performance, and the factor that exerted the second largest influence on organizational commitment was whether the job was simple and repetitive or called for diverse sorts of skills and knowledge. Out of the job characteristics, however, organizational commitment had nothing to do with task importance, which was a factor to determine the significance and meaning of the job itself, and the feedback system that indicated the effectiveness of job performance wasn t linked to organizational commitment, either. The findings suggest that job redesign is required in order for Saemaul Keumgo employees to be totally dedicated to their job, and that job autonomy should take precedence over anything else in terms of job redesign.

        春蘭과 기타 Cymbidium 交雜種의 種子發芽

        In order to attain the hybridization between a Cymbidium species and the others, 10 different Varieties including Cymbidium(Cym.) goeringii, cym. ensifolium, cym. kanran, cym. faberi, other mutant species as Cym. hosay var. hakuran, cym. sinense f. albo-jucundisimum, cym. sinense 'Sanchonbose', and Western hybrids such as Cym. 'Anmitsu Hime' and Cym. 'Crystal Cherry Angel', were subjected to pollinate. The seeds were obtained and germinated to assess days required for germination, germination speed and other germination features for their growth to compare a species to the corresponding hybrid variety. The seed germination of interspecific hybrids took less days than their respective species. This characteristic nature of hybrid vigor was also noted in the seed germination rate and speed, as well as the young leaf growth. Western orchids, which are already hybrids as Cym. 'Anmitsu Hime' and Cym. 'Crystal Cherry Angel', and more vigorous growth than the corresponding species selfed.
