CCVoice : Google Cloud Speech API 기반의 음성 녹음 텍스트 변환 및 관리 프로그램 구현

Recently, there has been rampant cases of sexual offenses including sexual harassment and extortion. Particularly, the number of reports and seizures of sexual offenses in the workplace has been on a steady increase. However, due to lack of evidence, proper punishment has not been achieved. This paper, aims to use mobile phones, which most people are in possess, to record daily lives and use it as evidence for the victims’ in these situations by converting them into text. To achieve this, we recorded using a mobile device, transferred the data to a Linux server, converted it to text using Speech To Text(STT), and implemented a CCVoice service based on Google Cloud Speech API, which can easily be recognized by a user on a web server. This allows the user to record at a set time even when the user is unconscious, enabling the user to easily cope with the situation even when he/she is abused or harassed in unprepared situations. 최근에도 성희롱과 추행을 포함한 성범죄들이 만연하고 있다. 특히 직장 내 성범죄 신고 및 적발 건수는 꾸준하게 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 하지만, 증거불충분 등의 이유로 제대로 된 처벌이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 항상 소지하고 있는 모바일 기기를 사용하여 일상생활을 녹음하고, 텍스트로 변환하여 저장함으로써 피해자들의 상황을 입증하는 데에 유리한 증거로 쓰이는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 모바일 기기를 사용하여 녹음을 한 후 리눅스 서버로 전송함과 동시에 텍스트 문서로 변환하여 이를 웹 서버에서 사용자가 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 Google Cloud Speech API 기반 CCVoice 서비스를 구현하였다. 이는 사용자가 의식하지 않는 상황에도 설정된 시간에 녹음을 하여, 준비되지 않은 상황에서 희롱이나 추행을 당했을 경우에도 사용자가 후에 음성 증거를 쉽게 확보할 수 있게 해준다.

이 연구의 목적은 교육적으로 의미있는 자유학기제 정착을 위하여 학교 현장에서 흥미와 관심도가 높은 분야인 밴드 합주 프로그램 교육과정을 개발하고 이를 바탕으로 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 자유학기제를 위한 밴드 합주 교육과정은 ‘성격’, ‘목표’, ‘영역별 내용’, ‘교수·학습방법’, 그리고 ‘평가’의 체계로 구성하여 개발하였다. 밴드 합주 교육프로그램은 총 17차시의 교육프로그램으로 차시별 학생용 워크북과 교사용 지도서를 개발하였다. 학생용 워크북은 자기주도적인 학습이 가능한 탐구과제, 연주 실제에 필요한 악보, 사진 등으로 구성하였다. 교사용 지도서는 수업의 목표와 교수학습 활동의 내용을 도입, 전개, 정리의 순으로 수록하였다. 또한 해당 주에 학습할 악곡에 필요한 음악 이론과 연주 방법을 보컬, 건반, 기타, 베이스, 드럼, 그리고 전체 밴드로 구분하여 악기별로 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop band ensemble curriculum and education program for the educationally meaningful settlement of free semester. This band ensemble had received interest and attention in schools. The Band ensemble curriculum for a free semester we developed was composed of 5 components: ‘characteristics’, ‘objects’, ‘contents in each field’, ‘teaching and learning methods’, and ‘evaluation’. This curriculum was 17 sessions. We developed student workbook and teaching manual for each session. Student workbook was composed of discussion subjects for self-directed learning, music scores and pictures for musical performance. The teaching manual is comprised of object and teaching-learning activity which is organized into three steps: introduction, development and consolidation. Main contents of the teacher manual are music theory and method of performance that could help understand music that would be taught in each session. Those contents were presented by instruments: vocal, keyboard, guitar, bass guitar, drum, and the whole band.
