Recently, heat island and dry island phenomena occur frequently due to land surface development and excessive energy consumption in urban areas. As a result, the surface temperature of the building and the entire temperature of its surroundings are increased, and as a result, the durability of the building is rapidly deteriorated. In order to suppress these causes, a method of maintaining the temperature of road heating wires was implemented as a temporary measure, but this did not predict climate change. Therefore, this study is a method to measure the compressive strength, density, and thermal conductivity of lightweight concrete using waste glass foam beads. After fabricating a simple chamber, the temperature and humidity of the inside and outside were measured with an Arduino device in consideration of external factors. Therefore, if waste glass foam beads made through proper mixing are constructed in the urban center, the quality of the urban can be improved.

The area inside the apartment building where tiles are installed is applied as a finishing material for walls and floors, including exterior walls, balconies, hallways, bathrooms, and kitchens. As it is constructed in various spaces, differences in the type and period of occurrence of tile defects may appear, which is caused by heterogeneous characteristics between materials and external causes. Therefore, in this study, two-way ANOVA was used to figure out the relationship between the defect occurrence type and the period depending on the type of tile construction in the apartment building.

Recently, environment-friendly cultivation technology is popular. A cultivator is useful for turning over thestall bedding in a poultry farm. In this study, a rotary-based cultivator with a rechargeable battery wasdeveloped for eco-friendly management of broiler chickens. From the results of the test run, the clusteredstall bedding was approximately divided into up and down layers. Through experimental evaluation, theworking width was more than 60 cm, and the noise was less than 80 dB. The output of the motor was 400W, and the speed of rotation was 3000 rpm. Electric battery type cultivators are expected to be widely usedin the livestock industry.
