열차 속도향상과 다양화를 감안한 선로용량 산정에 관한 연구

철도시스템은 일반열차(각종 여객열차, 화물열차), 고속열차(KTX), 광역전철 급행열차(EMU) 등 다양한 종류의 열차가 혼용되고 있는 대중교통시스템이다. 철도시스템은 공시된 시간표에 의하여 열차가 운행되며, 안전, 정확, 신속, 쾌적한 서비스를 제공하는 산업이다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 열차의 속도향상과 다양화를 반영하여 보다 현실적인 선로용량 산정방식을 제시하고 검증하는 것이다. 본 논문은 이론식에 의한 선로용량과 철도운영기관의 실용용량과의 차이를 최소화 하는데 역점을 두었다. 이를 위해 노선선형에 대한 TPS 시행, 운전방식과 열차제어방식 및 신호시스템 등을 고려한 새로운 철도용량 개념을 도입하였다. 실용Dia예시를 통해 새로운 선로용량산정방식의 결과를 검증하였다. The Korean railway system is a mass transit system in which a various types of trains such as common trains, high-speed train (KTX), Metropolitan Express Railway (EMU) are operated. It is operated based on a timetable and provides us with safety, regularity, quickness and comfortable service. The objective of this study is to propose a method for estimating line capacity considering high-speeding and diversification of trains. In particular, the focus of this study is on the closing gap between the result of the existing line capacity estimation method and the real-world line capacity of the operating agency of the Korean railway. For this, this study introduces a new railway capacity definition by considering TPS of line alignment according to the operation type, train control and signaling system, etc. The verification of the proposed method using a practical schedule diagram exemplification is discussed as well.

선로용량은 수요에 부합되는 최대 열차회수를 결정하고 수송력 증대에 필요한 투자우선순위 판단을 위한 중요한 척도이다. 특히 2016 년 중반부터 고속철도노선에 두 철도운영자가 운송사업을 개시함에 따라 선로용량과 실제 배정 가능한 최대열차회수 간에 상충이 발생하지 않고 유효운송경쟁이 보증될 수 있도록 선로용량을 산정․관리할 필요성이 있다. 열차종별 운행회수, 도중역 정차패턴과 착발시각, 역간 운행시간, 열차의 대피 또는 교행, 열차간 안전시격 등에 따라 선로용량이 크게 달라지므로 실제 적용에 많은 논쟁이 있는 것도 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하고자 철도운영자의 운송정책을 고려한 열차종별 운행 스케쥴을 반영할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 기법을 통한 선로용량 산정방법을 제시한다. Line capacity of railways is a core criteria to decide maximum trips in accordance with traffic demand and a priority in railway investment for improving transportation capability. Particularly, because two operators will start the revenue services in the HSR from the mid-2016, the line capacity should be carefully calculated and controlled to avoid conflicts between Maximum KTXs, and to guarantee an effective competition of the operators. Meanwhile, there has been many arguments about calculating line capacity, because it is affected by the number of trips by train types, a stopping pattern and dwell time in each station, journey time, the crossing or passing, a safety headway between trains, etc. This study proposes the simulation method for calculating the line capacity to consider train operating according to the operator’s service policies to deal successfully with these kinds of problems.
비수용매에서 이핵성 네자리 Schiff Base Nickel(II) 및 Copper(II) 착물들의 전기화학적 성질 (제 1 보)

이핵성 네자리 Schiff base nickel(II) 및 copper(II) 착물로서 [Ni(II)$_2$(SMPD)$_2$(L)$_2$], [Ni(II)$_2$(SPPD)$_2$(L)$_2$], [Cu(II)$_2$(SMPD)$_2$] 및 [Cu(II)2(SPPD)2](L : Py, DMSO, DMF)들을 합성하여 원소분석, IR-spectrum, T.G.A, D.S.C 및 ESR을 측정하여 이핵성임을 확인하였다. 지지전해질로서 0.1M-TEAP을 포함한 비수용매(Py, DMSO 및 DMF)인 10mM-착물용액의 순환전압전류법과 DPP법으로 전기화학적 성질을 측정한 결과 일핵성인 Cu(II)(SOPD) 및 Ni(II)(SOPD)(L)$_2$는 일전자의 확산지배적인 첫단계 환원과정이 0.1M TEAP-Py 용액에서는 비가역적이고, 0.1M TEAP-DMSO 용액에서는 가역 및 준가역적이고 0.1M TEAP-DMF 용액에서는 가역 및 E.C 반응으로 일어나지만, 이핵성 착물들은 일전자의 확산지배적인 환원과정이 두단계 과정으로 다음과 같이 일어남을 알았다. We synthesized the binuclear Tetradentate Schiff base nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes ; [Ni(II)$_2$(SMPO)$_2$(L)$_2$], [Ni(II)$_2$(SPPD)$_2$(L)$_2$] and [Cu(II)$_2$(SMPD)$_2$] and [Cu(II)$_2$(SPPD)$_2$] (where, L : Py, DMSO and DMF). We identified the structure of these complexes by elemental analysis, IR-spectrum, T.G.A, D.S.C and ESR measurements. According to the results of cyclic voltammetry and DPP measurements in aprotic solvent included 0.1M TEAP as supporting electrolyte, we knew that diffusional controlled redox process of one step with one electron was irreversible process in 0.1M TEAP-Py solution. Also it was reversible or quasi reversible process in 0.1M TEAP-DMSO solution and reversible or E.C reaction mechanism in 0.1M TEAP-DMF solution at mononuclear complexes ; [Cu(II)(SOPD)] and [Ni(II)(SOPD)(L)$_2$]. But, we knew that diffusional controlled redox process of two step for one electron of binuclear complexes was as follows. The values of redox potential for dimeric complexes in 0.1M TEAP-L solution (where, L ; Py, DMSO and DMF) with scan rate 100mV/sec.
법과학적 활용을 위한 삼성 스마트폰 음성 녹음 파일의 메타데이터 구조 및 속성 비교 분석 연구

Due to the popularization of smartphones, most of the recorded speech files submitted as evidence of recent crimes are produced by smartphones, and the integrity (forgery) of the submitted speech files based on smartphones is emerging as a major issue in the investigation and trial process. Samsung smartphones with the highest domestic market share are distributed with built-in speech recording applications that can record calls and voice, and can edit recorded speech. Unlike editing through third-party speech (audio) applications, editing by their own builtin speech applications has a high similarity to the original file in metadata structures and attributes, so more precise analysis techniques need to prove integrity. In this study, we constructed a speech file metadata database for speech files (original files) recorded by 34 Samsung smartphones and edited speech files edited by their built-in speech recording applications. We analyzed by comparing the metadata structures and attributes of the original files to their edited ones. As a result, we found significant metadata differences between the original speech files and the edited ones.
