제초제 propanil(3',4'-dichloropropionanilide)과 그 분해산물인 DCA(3,4-dichloroaniline)가 laccase, horseradish peroxidase(HRP) 및 birnessite에 의하여 중개된 oxidative coupling에 의하여 토양 유기물의 구성성분에 병합될 수 있는지를 알기 위하여 토양 유기물의 monomer들과의 반응성을 조사하였다. Propanil 또는 DCA가 단독으로 존재하는 반응조건에서는 산화환원촉매들에 의하여 이들의 전환이 거의 이루어지지 않았거나 상당히 낮은 수준이었다. 그러나 humic monomer들이 있을 때 laccase와 HRP의 경우 propanil은 syringic acid와 DCA는 catechol과 높은 전환율을 나타내었으며, birnessite의 경우 DCA는 protocatechuic acid와 높은 전환율을 나타내었다. DCA의 전환율은 laccase의 경우 catechol과 pH 8.0에서 24시간 동안 반응시킬 때, HRP의 경우 catechol과 pH 3.0에서 2시간 동안 반응시킬 때 가장 높았고, birnessite의 경우 protocatechuic acid와 pH 5.0에서 2시간 동안 반응시킬 때 가장 높았다. Humic monomer의 농도를 증가시킬수록 DCA의 전환율도 증가하였다. Humic monomer 대신 dissolved organic carbon(DOC)이 있을 때 laccase는 DCA를 거의 전환시키지 못 하였으나, HRP는 DCA의 전환율을 크게 증가시켰고, birnessite는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. DCA의 전환율은 laccase 단독으로 있을 때 보다 birnessite와 공존할 경우 약 5배 가량 증가된 반면, HRP와 birnessite가 공존할 경우에는 증가되지 않았다. The herbicide propanil and its metabolite, DCA were incubated with oxidative catalysts in the presence or absence of humic monomers to evaluate the incorporation of them into humic substances. Propanil and DCA underwent little or no transformation by oxidatve catalysts in the absence of humic monomers. In the presence of humic monomers, the most effective co-substrate for transformation of propanil was syringic acid by laccase and HRP, that of DCA was catechol by laccase and HRP, and protocatechuic acid by birnessite. The transformation of DCA was the highest when it was incubated with catechol at pH 8.0 during 24 hrs by laccase, and with catechol at pH 3.0 during 2 hrs by HRP, and with protocatechuic acid at pH 5.0 during 2 hrs by birnessite. The DCA transformation increased with increasing concentration of humic monomers. The transformation of DCA was increased with about 5 times when it was incubated with lactase and birnessite together than lactase alone, but that of it was not effected when it was incubated with HRP and birnessite together. When DCA was incubated with dissolved organic carbon in the presence of oxidative catalysts, the transformation of it was not increased by laccase and birnessite but increased by HRP.
운동선수와 일반인의 체격 , 체력 및 등속성 근력 조사분석

In order to elucidate the physique, physical fitness and isokinetic strength in athletes and control subjects, 9 rowing players, 9 gumdo players and 9 control subjects enrolled as university students were participated in this study. The results were as follows; 1. Physique was not significantly different between each group. 2. In muscle strength, rowing players showed significantly higher results than control subjects. 3. There was no significant difference among three groups in flexibility and agility 4. In abdominal muscle endurance, rowing players showed significantly higher results than gumdo players. 5. There was no significant difference among three groups in elbow flexion outputs as 60˚/sec. 6. In left elbow flexion outputs at 180˚/sec, rowing players showed significantly higher results than gumdo players and control subjects. And in right results, rowing players showed significantly higher results than control subjects. 7. In elbow flexion outputs at 240˚/sec, rowing players also showed significantly higher results than control subjects. 8. In right and left isokinetic knee flexion and extension at 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec and 240˚/sec, rowing players showed highest results and control subjects showed lowest results. 9. There was no significant difference among three groups in total work outputs of right and left knee joint.
고등학교 육상 선수와 수영선수의 체격 및 영양섭취 칼로리 분석

High school runners (n=40) and swimmers (n=40) were participated in this experiment to analyze their physique, skinfolds thickness, circumference, and calorie intake. Caloric intake data were obtained for an week using 24 hour recall method. The span was statistically significant between groups (p<.05). In addition, body weight, % body fat, lean body mass, and total body water were statistically significant between groups (p<.05). Among the items of the skinfolds thickness, chest, biceps, subscapular, and thigh back were statistically significant between groups (p<.05). Moreover, chest and abdominal girth were statistically significant between groups (p<.05). However, caloric intake ratio was not statistically significant between groups. These results suggested that adolescent athletes, especially runner and swimmer, were not given sufficient caloric intake compared with the national team as suggested by other researchers. Therefore, adolescent players given more caloric food, especially protein and carbohydrate, during maturation periods.
운동수행과 녹차 플리패늘 섭취가 혈중지질성분과 MDA, SOD에 미치는 영향

Green tea is widely consumed beverage in the world especially in Asia. It is known to have antioxidative activity and blood lipid lowering effect. In this point of view, green tea extracted polyphenol (50 ㎎/㎏) was administered for 5 wks with treadmill exercise training in experimental rats (EXP; n=8) or water as a placebo (CON; n=8). Blood lipids, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were analyzed and calculated with enzymatic methods. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonedialdehyde (MDA) in liver were analyzed as reported elsewhere. TC and LDL-C, cause of arteriosclerosis, were significantly reduced in FXP (p<0.05). SOD was significantly increased in EXP and MDA was significantly decreased in EXP (p<0.05). These results suggested that green tea polyphenoll decreased the blood lipids and lipid peroxidation by exercise training.
왼발목ATFL 수술 후 가속 안정화 운동이 볼링선수의 보행기능과 발목관절의 가동범위에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the accelerated stabilization exercise program on the ankle joint gait function and range of motion after anterior talofibular ligament ankle surgery. The subjects were K elite bowling athletes who were treated with left ankle ATFL rupture and removed pin after 4 weeks of operation and accelerated ankle movements. Gait speed, Gait speed, and Cadence were measured using Optogait as a gait function test. Dorsi / Plantar Flexion and Inversion / Eversion were measured in range of motion. The exercise program was conducted 16 times for 4 weeks, 4 times a week. Double support, Gait cycle was decreased, and stride length, Gait speed, and Cadence increased after gait program. ROM was improved for Dorsi / Plantar Flexion and Inversion / Eversion, so that a short-term accelerated stabilization exercise program could be applied as an after-surgery rehabilitation exercise program.
