The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of acceleration core stabilization on anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction in taekwondo player after exercise training were performed for 24 weeks with case study. This study compared and analyzed the effects of isokinetic muscle function and visual analog scale(VAS) of taekwondo player on ACL reconstruction. 1. The isokinetic muscular function of the knee increased at the angular velocity of 60°/sec and the peak torque extension was similar to the unaffected side of the affected side. 2. The isokinetic muscular function of the knee increased at the angular velocity of 60°/sec and the peak torque flexion was similar to the unaffected side of the affected side. 3. The knee VAS decreased significantly after exercise training than before exercise training.

The study is for effect of sling exercise and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation on foot pressure and range of motion for strengthening quadriceps femoris and hamstring in accelerating training after total knee replacement. The study of subject is woman 40 enforcing total knee replacement on both of knees in July 2002, getting surgery again (total of two times) from infection on left knee joints in September 2003 and April 2004. The exercise was applied with level of not being hard on body and pain by total knee replacement exercise, sling exercise and PNF leg pattern exercise for 3 time a week. The study showed with significant differences to pressure rate of left and right side of subject before and after exercise on foot pressure. The measuring angle was increased in range of motion.

In this study, we conducted a study to find out the effects of the Kettle Bell movement on the elderly"s walking functions in order to prevent injuries such as falls caused by a rapidly aging society. The study was conducted on women aged 65 and older living in D-wide area. The subject"s walk function testing was done using the OptoGait, Microgate S.r.l. Italy. The results of applying the Kettle Bell movement are as follows. The walk function test showed no statistically significant differences in all measures (p>.001), but a numerical difference was found in the exercise group. These results suggest that exercise with Kettlebell needs to be further validated through additional remeasurements for the walking functions of older women.
오버헤드 스쿼트 운동이 초등학생들의 자세교정에 미치는 영향

In this study, two times of exercises a week for 8 weeks were implemented by selecting a total of 30 students, 10 students of squat group, 10 students of overhead squat group and 10 students of control group from 30 male students in grade 4 to 6 in an elementary school located in Gyeongsangbuk-do, in order to investigate the effect of overhead squat exercise on body shape change of elementary school students. The analysis results before and after exercise were as follows: The cervical angle from the side view: The overhead squat group showed a statistically significant difference after exercise(p<.001). In scapula height from the back side view(p>.05) in the squat group, but there was a statistically significant difference found in the overhead squat group(p<.05). It is considered that this study helps better understand what kind of positive effects the overhead squat exercise will bring in children’s body shape change and it can be provided as a basic data for the development of a body correction exercise program for growing children.
단기간 척추안정화 교정운동이 만성요통을 가진 남자대학생의 요부근력에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to find how the core muscle strengthening exercise could be clinically applied and to suggest a program of the exercise by understanding the effect of short term spine stabilization exercise on lumbar muscular strength. The subjects were male college students who complain chronical back pain. It showed significant difference (p<.05) at angular speed of 60 degree with Trunk Extension for Peak Torque. It showed significant difference (p<.01) at angular speed of 180 degree with Trunk Flexion for Total Work. It also showed significant difference at angular speed 60 degree (p<.05), angular speed 180 degree (p<.01) and angular speed 240 degree (p<.05) with Trunk Extension.
왼발목ATFL 수술 후 가속 안정화 운동이 볼링선수의 보행기능과 발목관절의 가동범위에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the accelerated stabilization exercise program on the ankle joint gait function and range of motion after anterior talofibular ligament ankle surgery. The subjects were K elite bowling athletes who were treated with left ankle ATFL rupture and removed pin after 4 weeks of operation and accelerated ankle movements. Gait speed, Gait speed, and Cadence were measured using Optogait as a gait function test. Dorsi / Plantar Flexion and Inversion / Eversion were measured in range of motion. The exercise program was conducted 16 times for 4 weeks, 4 times a week. Double support, Gait cycle was decreased, and stride length, Gait speed, and Cadence increased after gait program. ROM was improved for Dorsi / Plantar Flexion and Inversion / Eversion, so that a short-term accelerated stabilization exercise program could be applied as an after-surgery rehabilitation exercise program.

This paper presents a flyback converter with primary-side regulation controller. The designed controller can perform for constant-voltage (CV) and constant-current (CC) control. The controller has switching frequency range of 85kHz to 180kHz, and operates input voltage range of 90VRMS to 260VRMS. The efficiency of flyback converter with designed controller can be achieved up to 89.9%. The controller IC is designed in a 0.35um BCD process and occupies a core size of 0.76㎟.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of four-week gluteus medius strengthening exercise on the isokinetic lumbar muscular function in female college students who have a chronic low back pain. A total of thirty female college students who have a chronic back pain were randomly assigned to exercise (N=15) and control (N=15) groups. After isokinetic lumbar muscular function measurement, the participants were asked to do sixty-minute work out three times a week for four-week. By using SPSS 18.0 program, the average and the standard deviation obtained from each group were put into a chart, and two-way ANOVA by repeated measure was conducted to verify differences between two groups and the measuring points. In addition, to analyze the interaction effects, paired sample t test and independent sample t test were conducted in each group with significance level 0.5. For the function of lumbar muscle, flexor value and %BW of peak torques were no significant difference in both groups (p>.05), also both extensors Value and %BW were increased in an exercise group (each p<.001, p<.001), but not in a control group (each p>.05, p>.05).
액티브 교정운동이 초등학생의 척추형태와 기능적 움직임의 효과 분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of active core exercise on spine deformation, and functional movement in lower-grade and higher-grade elementary school students. Out of 56 students in an elementary school located in K City, 46 were selected to be the subjects of this study. We measured their body types with a Body style and functional movement with Functional Movement Screen (FMS). As a method of exercise, trunk stabilization-centered strengthening exercise was conducted using Togus and Form rollers as the active core exercise for eight weeks. Therefore, as for body type analysis, both of subjects showed significant improvement in loft and right balance of body. as for analysis of FMS, shoulders showed significant improvement after the exercise and from the results of the active straight leg raise after active core exercise. Thus, active core stabilization can be realized to have influence on body balance and exercise ability.
