수출용 목재 포장재의 주요 재료로 사용하는 소나무의 경우 소나무의 에이즈라고 불리는 재선충이 과거 수출포장용 목재 포장재를 통하여 전세계적으로 확산되었다. 이로 인하여 전세계적으로 재선충이 확산되었고, 현재 한국에서도 소나무 재선충에 대한 크나큰 홍역을 앓고 있다. 이에 따라 수출용 목재 포장재에 의해 전파되는 재선충의 확산을 방지하기 위한 세계 각국의 노력의 결과로 2002년 로마에서 국제연합식량농업기구(Food and Agriculture Organization: FAO)는 수출용 목재포장재에 대한 국제식물검역조치표준인 ISPM No.15를 제정하여 재선충 방지를 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그와 더불어 세계 각국은 수출용 화물의 목재포장을 통한 재선충의 전 세계적인 확산을 방지하기 위하여 목재포장재에 대한 국제식물검역조치표준인 ISPM No.15의 표준안을 근거로 자국내 수입용 목재포장재의 수입에 대한 위생검역규정의 제정 및 검역을 보다 강화하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 중국 역시 2001년 ISPM No. 15의 규정을 자국에도 적용하는 법규를 제정하여 현재 중국으로 수입하는 모든 목재포장재에 대해서 위생검역에 준하여 훈증 위생처리 등의 위생검역을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 세계 각국의 위생검역의 규정과 관련 절차에 대한 내용들이 상이하고, 훈증 및 위생검역처리절차 등을 표준화하는 과정에 있어서 각국의 위생검역에 대한 절차와 규정에 대한 복잡성으로 인하여 한국제품의 해외수출에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 이들 위생검역 규정은 재선충의 전세계적 방지를 위한 본래의 목적을 벗어난 전략적 통상목적하에서 비관세장벽의 기능을 할 수도 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the rules of wood packing material's sanitary and phytosanitary in China. To realize the study purpose, First, it was to explain the domestic and international rules for sanitary and phytosanitary of International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures(ISPM) No. 15, Second to introduce the history of the U. S. A. and China' disputes about the wood packing material's sanitary and phytosanitary in 1998, and research the sanitary and phytosanitary rules for regulating wood packaging material in international trade in China. Finally, to find out the issues and purposes.In 2002 China had introduced the International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures(ISPM) No. 15(2012), and then the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine(AQSIQ) of China published the Notice No. 11 and No.32 with relevant authorities in early of 2005 and laid down a new rules on wood packaging material(WPM) with imported consignments after International Plant Protection Convention(IPPC) had published New Revised Revision of ISPM No. 15 Regulation approved by the FAO Conference in 2005. And to conclude, China did make a effort to meet the international standards of wood packing sanitary to protect the risk of introduction and spread of quarantine pests associated with the movement in international trade of wood packaging material made from raw wood, and reduce wood packing sanitary disputes with China and other countries.

그린 제품에 대한 소비가치가 가격의식과 고객행동의도에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between consumption values(functional value, social value, emotional value, conditional value, epistemic value) and customer behavioral intention in for the low and middle priced green cosmetic product. For testing of the research model, 223 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis through structural equations modeling. Structural equation modeling(SEM) of AMOS 18.0 was used to test the hypotheses. Our finding are: 1) Emotional value have a positive effect on customer behavioral intention. 2) Conditional value have a positive effect on customer behavioral intention. 3) Epistemic value have a positive effect on customer behavioral intention. Other academic and practical implications are discussed. From the results of the study, in order to improve the customer behavioral intention, the emotional value, the conditional value, and epistemic value should be strengthened.

This study analyzed the methods and the result of capital mobilization in the Korea economic development focused on the government leading forced savings. In fiscal policy, the government transformed the direct tax system into the indirect system, because it was easy to mobilize and distribute the capital to the manufacture sector, especially the export industries, without tax resistance. The discriminative low tax rate on the export industries halp them to have a superior competition in the international market. As a result, the fiscal policy in Korea increased the domestic savings and contributed to the capital mobilization. But the bias of the policy to the export industries brought about the disequilibrium of development among economic sectors and the distortion of income distribution, economic system.

이 논문은 중국 개혁 ? 개방의 선봉이었던 광동성 지역경제발전에 외국인 직접투자가 행한 역할을 분석한 것이다. 개혁 ? 개방 이래 외국인직접투자구조의 국별, 산업별, 투자형태별 변화와 외자계기업이 지역경제에서 점하는 비중과 역할 변화를 고찰함으로써 광동성 경제발전에 외자가 수행한 역할을 전체적으로 조명해 본다. 개혁 ? 개방 초기 이 지역은 중국의 외자도입창구로서의 역할을 수행해 왔지만, 중국의 개방지역이 확대되고 광동성 지역에서의 생산비 상승요인이 발생하면서, 이 지역에 대한 외국인 직접투자의 비중이 감소해 왔다. 그러나 90년대 들어서부터 홍콩, 마카오 위주의 외국인 투자에서 미국, 유럽, 일본으로 투자자유입국이 다각화되면서 광동성이 새로이 전자부품 ? 조립집적지로 변화되어가고 있다. 홍콩과 마카오를 연계하는 대주강삼각주 경제합작이나, 중국과 동남아시아 FTA의 형성과 같은 잠재적인 발전 가능성으로 볼 때, 이 지역은 세계가 주목하는 투자처로서 발돋움해 갈 것으로 예상된다. 이와 같은 구체적 지역에 대한 세분화된 분석은 한국기업의 대중국 투자 전략에 시사하는 바를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. It is said that Guangdongsheng has played a critical role in economic development of Chinasince its reform and openness policy in late 1970s. To begin with its reform and openness policy Chinese government assigned four local area of Guangdongsheng. Shenzhen, Zhuhai. Shantou, Amoy as special economic zone in 1980. Guangdongsheng owes its rapid economic growth much to foreign capital, foreign direct investment in specialty. This paper is to examine the importance and role of foreign capital in rapid economic development of Guangdongsheng. Even though its relative importance in drawing foreign capital is declining as Chinese reform and openness policy spreads t o other regions, Guangdonsheng remains one of the most attractive regions for foreign capital to invest. Now local government of Guangdongsheng is designing the Great Zhujiang Delta linking Hong Kong and Macao for the new economic leap of this region.
