The hollow fiber composite membrane used in pervaporation test was prepared by dip coating method on the Polyether Sulfone hollow fiber using tartaric acid added PVA solution. And each membrane solution contains H2SO4 as acid catalyst for esterification reaction between PVA and TA. Also, to increase coating uniformity, specific amount of SDS(sodium dodecyl sulfate) was contained. Prepared membrane was characterized by IR spectroscopy, swelling to observe cross-linking degree of PVA and Tartaric acid then, finally used in pervaporation test. The pervaporation test was mainly studied about effect of catalyst amount in the membrane solution and the test was performed until pervaporation value converged.

The pervaporation is one of the energy effective separation process for azeotropic liquid mixture and it has used the non-porous dense membrane. To increase efficiency of membrane, it has been prepared onto the polymeric supporter which has high stability toward to the chemicals. The hollow fiber composite membrane is prepared by using poly (vinyl) alcohol cross-linked with dicarboxylic acid, Tartaric acid, as active layer coated onto the Polyether sulfone UF membrane through dip coating method. The prepared membrane was characterized by IR spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), after then it was finally applied in the pervaporation test with different membrane preparation condition in the 20wt.% acetic acid aqueous solution as feed mixture. And membrane stability test was conducted by using the most reasonable membrane during 54hr.

In the epoxy resin manufacturing process, carcinogenic ECH (epichlorohydrin), IPA (isopropanol) and Biphenol-A materials has been generally used. After the reaction, byproducts containing ECH/IPA/Water is remained along with final product. But, in the recovery process, ECH and IPA forming an azeotropic mixture with water containing feed solution at any temperature condition, the recovery of high purity ECH is difficult only by distillation. Therefore, pervaporation process could be suitable countermeasure due to its mild operation condition for separation of azeotropic mixtures at the point of energy and cost saving. In this study, Alumina-PVA composite membrane was prepared for pervaporation dehydration of ECH/IPA/Water feed mixtures and pervaporation performance and stability of the prepared composite membrane was identified.

In this paper, we proposes remote control Signal algorithm using internet service, safety of data send and internet traffic by Denial of Service Attacks. In case of Denial of service Attacks, it makes connection of internet service failed for internet information service. So in this paper, this solution was examined and implemented for receiving data in safety against Denial of Service Attacks by LabVIEW program of National Instruments. 본 논문에서 서비스 공격 거부에 대한 인터넷 서비스, 데이터 전송의 안전성과 인터넷 트래픽을 사용한 원격 제어 신호 알고리즘을 제안한다. 서비스 공격 거부의 경우, 인터넷 정보 서비스를 위한 인터넷 접속 상태가 끊어지게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 해결 방안을 제시하고, National Instruments사의 LabView 컴퓨터 가상 실험 프로그램을 사용하여 검증한다.

The pervaporation test was conducted by using poly (vinyl) alcohol cross-linked with dicarboxylic acid, Tartaric acid. Various property of the prepared membrane was characterized by IR spectroscopy, Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Contact angle test, and swelling studies, after then it was finally applied in the pervaporation test using different concentration of acetic acid feed solution. In the IR spectra, we could observe that cross-liking reaction became more intense with increase of the tartaric acid concentration in the casting solution while there was no remarkable decrease of hydroxyl group on the part of cross-liking reaction because of hydroxyl group supplement of the tartaric acid. This result also could be supported by result of both DSC and contact angle measurement. From the pervaporation test result, we observed that flux steadily decreased with increase of acetic acid content in the feed solution, separation factor was a contrast to the flux. And acetic acid content in the permeated solution was no significant increase with increase of acetic acid content in the feed solution. Accordingly, it could be concluded that this membrane has a higher flux and good selectivity in the low concentration of acetic acid feed solution.
