Proprotinal transformation of loads (PTL) is proposed to overcome the difficulties of the existing methods of nonlinear response structural optimization. PTL uses equivalent static loads. It is the same as the method of nonlinear response structural optimization using equivalent static loads by stiffness matrix in terms of calculating equivalent static loads. However, it is different in the way of calculating equivalent static loads. Linear and nonlinear responses are evaluated from linear and nonlinear analyses, respectively. For each response in the optimization formulation, the ratio of the two responses is calculated and an equivalent load is maden by multiplying the ratio and the loads for linear analysis. All the equivalent loads are used as multiple loading conditions during linear response optimization. The process iterates until it converges.

When parties contracted for fulfilling some goals, they promised intactly to perform contents decided in the contract. In case of changing circumstances prominently, however, if parties are bounded to the orignal circumstances because of ‘the Principle of Contract Observance’, that comes to be a improper result that the law forces to do something against the orignal intentions of parties. In this situations ‘the Duty to Renegotiate’ is a very important method of solution. But there are some problems in ‘the Duty to Renegotiate’. One of them makes parties ‘forcibly’ fulfill the performance of renegotiation that exists in the autonomy area of parties. In order to resolve the problem the author considered the Legal Nature of ‘the Duty to Renegotiate’. The author, by extension, suggested the structure of ‘the Duty to Renegotiate’ concretely for checking this theory up that is materialized by Nelle in this paper.

멀티미디어 자료를 활용한 지역사회중심교수가 지적장애 중학생의 대형마트 이용기술 수행에 미치는 효과

컴퓨터를 활용한 멀티미디어는 장애학생이 실수하였을 때 학생의 반응을 기다려주므로 학습에 매우 효과적이며, 멀티미디어 자체가 장애학생에게 흥미롭고 신선한 자극이므로 동기유발에 도움이 된다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 특수학급에 재학 중인 지적장애 중학생 3명에게 멀티미디어 자료를 활용한 지역사회중심교수를 실시하였을 때, 대형마트 이용기술 수행에 미치는 영향과 다양한 장소에서 일반화되고 유지될 수 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 실험설계는 대상자간 중다간헐기초선 설계방법을 사용하였다. 교실중재는 멀티미디어 자료를 활용하여 대형마트 이용기술을 교수하고, 지역사회중재는 최소촉진법과 시간지연법을 이용하여 실제 지역사회 대형마트에서 교수하였다. 연구 결과, 멀티미디어 자료를 활용한 지역사회중심교수를 실시하였을 때 모든 대상학생들은 대형마트 이용기술을 습득하였으며, 습득된 기술은 학습하지 않은 지역사회 대형마트에서 일반화되었으며, 중재 종료 4주 후에도 유지되었다. 위와 같은 결과는 다양한 자극을 활용한 멀티미디어 자료가 지적장애 학생에게 흥미를 가지고 스스로 주의를 집중하여 활동에 참여를 증가시킬 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 그리고 교실에서 실제 지역사회환경에 최대한으로 근접한 환경을 구성하여 사실적이고 자연적인 자극인 사진과 움직이는 이미지 등을 포함시킨 멀티미디어 자료를 사용하였을 때에 일반화를 촉진시킬 수 있다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. A purpose of the study is to know that middle school students with mental retardation can maintain their learned knowledge and community skills through multimedia resources after passing over 4 weeks. To be specific, the study wants to know whether 3 students who had been educated by community-based instruction to shopping can use these skills again at the same retail chain stores and do that by themselves. Meantime, the multiple probe design across participants had been used as an experimental design in the study. From this study, the result ``community-based instruction with multimedia data`` as follows; First, the performance of rate with fulfillment of skills were increased. Second, the skills of students that educated in classrooms became generalized when they had been experienced new environment. Lastly, the skills that used in retail chain stores had been maintained after four weeks later. To conclusion of this study, the community-based instruction with multimedia resources is an effective and useful methods for students with mental retardation to obtain retail chain stores or other places using community skills independently.

An Analysis of Agricultural Export Factors for the ASEAN Economic Community

이 논문은 최근 농식품 교역 비중이 증가하거 있는 아세안경제공동체를 대상으로 수출요인을 분석하였다. 첫째, 신선농산물 수출에서 1인당 GDP가 증가할수록 수출이 증가하지만, 채소류 품목에서 증가세가 뚜렷하게 보이고 있다. 둘째, 상대 환율이 신선농산물 수출에 미치는 영향이 유의하지 않게 나타난 것은 수출시장에서 국내산이 해당 수입국 농산물과 경쟁하는 것이 아니라 타 경쟁국의 농산물과의 경쟁임을 의미한다. 셋째, 수송거리가 멀거나 운송비용이 높을수록 수출이 늘어나는 것으로 나타난 분석결과는 가까운 일본시장의 메리트는 점차 감소하는 반면 원거리 해외시장의 중요성을 확인시켜 준다. 넷째, 해외 동포들이 우리 농산물의 주요 소비층인 것은 분석 결과에서 확인되었지만, 해외 체류자 수는 시간이 지나도 크게 변동할 가능성이 낮고 농산물의 가격 및 소득탄력성이 낮은 점을 감안할 때 실제로 체감하는 수출탄력성은 크지 않을 수 있다. 다섯째, 한류의 확산이 아직까지는 신선농산물의 전체적인 수출증대에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있지는 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 여섯째, 이슬람권 국가일수록 전체 품목군과 5개 품목 군 모두에서 부(-)로 나타나고 있어 한국산 농식품 수출이 감소하고 있다. Purpose : This paper analyzed the export factors of the ASEAN Economic Community, which has recently seen an increase in the share of agricultural trade. Research design, data, methodology : This paper an export formula using a gravity model was formed to analyze the impact factors of the export of agricultural products in Korea. In this paper, instead of two-way trade, the existing gravitational equation was reconstructed to derive factors affecting the export of agricultural products in Korea, which is a one-sided trade flow. Results : According to this research, we have several significant results. First, the increase in vegetable items is evident. Second, the effect of the relative exchange rate factor on the export of fresh agricultural products is not significant, indicating that the reason for competition among agricultural products is more meaningful. Third, it has been analyzed that the spread of hallyu has not yet directly affected the overall export growth of fresh agricultural products. Fourth, exports of Korean-made farm products are declining as Muslim countries are showing signs of wealth in both the entire and five categories. Conclusions : This paper is aimed at exploring measures to boost exports through an in-depth analysis, focusing on the AEC farm market, which has rapidly emerged as the second-largest agricultural trade region.
