        미선나무 잎과 줄기의 성분 분석 및 안전성 평가

        Objectives: This study was carried out in order to analyze the composition of the leaves and stems of Abeliophyllum distichum Nakai, with the aim of obtaining basic data for utilizing the plant as a food ingredient, as well as for processing. Methods: Leaves and stems from Abeliophyllum distichum Nakai were harvested at Cheongcheon-myeon, Geosan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, and were subsequently freeze-dried and ground to a fine powder for chemical component analysis and safety evaluation. Results: The moisture contents of Abeliophyllum distichum Nakai leaves and stems were respectively 65.07% and 40.97%, and the crude ash contents were 1.32% and 0.91%. In addition, the crude protein contents were 11.97% and 3.77%, and the crude fat contents were 2.52% and 0.36%, respectively. The fructose and glucose contents were 32.13 mg/g and 56.17 mg/g for leaves, and 11.38 mg/g and 10.59 mg/g for stems. The major fatty acids of the leaves were palmitic acid (31.79%) and stearic acid (14.79%), and those for stems were linolenic acid (32.78%) and palmitic acid (26.75%). The ascorbic acid contents of leaves and stems were 1.32 mg/g and 0.30 mg/g respectively. The calcium content was found to be the highest among the minerals tested, both in the leaves and stems, with the levels being 166.17 mg/100 g for leaves and 592.34 mg/100 g for stems. The content of organic acid was greater in leaves than in stems, with that of malic acid accounting for more than 75% of total organic acids for both samples. The total phenolic compounds and flavonoid contents of Abeliophyllum distichum Nakai were 50.64 mg/g and 13.53 mg/g in leaves and 96.47 mg/g and 18.53 mg/g in stems, respectively. No changes were shown in the number of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (MNPCE) among 2,000 polychromatic erythrocytes compared to the negative control. Abeliophyllum distichum Nakai was administered orally to rats in order to investigate acute toxicity. The $LD_{50}$ values in rats were above 2,000 mg/kg. Conclusion: These results indicate that the leaves and stems of Abeliophyllum distichum Nakai can be used as natural ingredients in the development of nutritional and functional materials.

        말소리 변조 스크립트를 이용한 호감도 청취평가 특징

        This study analyzes the characteristics of good impression using speech manipulation scripts and investigates the characteristics of preferred speech voice. Fourty male and female college students participated in this study. They have been exposed to the Gyeongsang dialect spoken by their friends and family for more than 15 years. Two sample voices(1 male and 1 female), considered as giving good impression, were subject to voice analysis. Two students were asked to read the sample paragraph of ‘Walking’ and their voice samples were analyzed through Praat. The collected speech data were manipulated into 4 different sets by changing pitch level, degree of loudness and speech rate. First, both men and women received good impression more from pitch-lowered sound than from the original one. Second, men tended to receive good impression more from slightly louder voice than from the natural-pitched one. Third, it was shown that men often felt more drowned to a voice at slightly faster speech rate than at the original speech rate. Overall, both male and female listeners favored lower pitch over the original pitch. Men tended to prefer louder voice sound while women preferred less loud one. Men received better impression at a lower speech rate but women at a faster speech rate.

        말소리를 통해본 목소리의 준언어학적 구성 요소와 음성학적인 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 타인과 의사소통을 위해 서로 상호간에 사용하는 말소리를 통해 본 목소리의 음성학적인 특성에 대한 내용을 알아보고자 한다. 말과 언어, 의사소통의 매개체라고 할 수 있는 말소리에 포함되는 정보들에는 어떠한 것들이 있고, 둘째, 의사소통 상황에서 말소리의 준언어학적인 구성 요소들을 내포하고 있는지와 셋째, 말소리를 통해본 음성학적인 특징들에 대해 알아보고, 넷째, 의사소통 메시지 전달력 향상을 위한 개선방법들에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지에 대해서 여러 가지 자료와 문헌들을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 자료 수집은 한국교원정보학술원과 국립의학도서관의 검색엔진을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과로는 첫째, 말소리에 포함되는 정보들에는 대화의 수단으로서 단순한 의미를 전달하는 것과 더불어 말하는 사람의 기분, 감정 및 몸의 건강 상태 등을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 개인의 성격까지 나타내는 중요한 의사소통 수단임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 말소리의 준언어학적인 구성 요소들에는 음도, 강도, 속도, 억양, 발음, 강세, 쉼, 음질, 리듬감, 공명성 등으로 나타났다. 셋째, 말소리의 음성학적인 특징으로는 남성은 여성의 애교 섞인 높은 톤을 선호하고, 여성은 중저음인 남성의 음성을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 말소리의 의사소통 전달력 향상을 위한 방법으로는 깨끗한 음색을 발휘하기 위해서 성대가 건강해야 하고, 풍부한 화음과 명확한 조음 및 공명을 활용해서 발음하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 말소리를 통해본 목소리의 특성으로 말소리에 포함되는 정보, 준언어학적인 구성 요소, 음성학적인 특징과 의사소통 전달력 향상을 위한 방법을 알아보았다. 결론적으로 상대방과 상호작용을 통한 효율적인 의사소통을 이끌어 가는 능력은 말소리를 통해 본 목소리의 음성학적인 특성을 고려하여 억양의 변화를 가지는 말소리로 적절한 쉼을 통해 말의 속도를 맥락에 맞추어서 발화하는 것이 필요할 것으로 생각한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the vocal characteristics of voice seen through speech sounds that are mutually used to communicate with others. First, what kind of information is included in speech, language, and speech sound, which can be said to be a medium of communication? Second, does it contain paralinguistic construction elements of speech sounds in communication situations? Third, we will examine the vocal characteristics seen through speech sounds. Fourth, I would like to look into various data and literature on what improvement methods are available to improve communication message delivery. Data collection was analyzed using the search engines of the Korea Institute of Information Science (KERIS) and America The National Library of Medicine (NLM). As a result of this study, first, the information included in speech sounds not only conveys simple meaning as a means of conversation, but also expresses the speakers mood, emotion, and physical health condition, as well as an important communication tool that expresses the personality of the individual. Second, the paralinguistic components of speech sound showed pitch, intensity, speech duration, intonation, pronunciation, stress, pause, sound quality, rhythm, and resonance. Third, as for the vocal characteristics of speech sounds, it was found that men prefer high tones mixed with female charm, and women prefer male voices with medium and low tones. Fourth, it was found that, as a method for improving the communication power of speech, the vocal cords should be healthy in order to exhibit a clean tone, and pronunciation using rich harmony and clear articulation and resonance. Therefore, as the characteristics of the voice seen through speech sounds, information contained in speech sounds, paralinguistic components, phonetic characteristics, and methods for improving communication ability were investigated. In conclusion, the ability to lead effective communication through interaction with the other party considers the vocal characteristics of the voice seen through speech sounds. I think that it is necessary to utter a speech with a change of intonation, with appropriate pauses, to match the speed of speech to the context.

        이중음성 판별에 있어 청지각적 평가의 임상적 유용성

        Diplophonia is generally defined as the perception of more than one fundamental frequency component in a voice. Its perceptual aspect has traditionally been used to evaluate diplophonia because the perceptions can be easily evaluated, but there are limitations in the validity of the reliability of the intra- and inter-raters, examination situation, and variation of voice sample. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to confirm the reliability and accuracy of auditory perceptual evaluation by comparing non-invasive indirect assessment methods (sound waveform and EGG analysis), and to identify their usefulness with diplophonia. A total of 28 diplophonic voices and 39 non-periodic voices were assessed. Three raters assessed the diplophonia by performing an auditory perception evaluation and identifying the quasi-periodic perturbations of the acoustic waveform and EGG. Among the three discrimination methods, intra- and inter-rater reliability, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive likelihood ratio, and negative likelihood ratio were examined, and the McNemar test was performed to compare the discriminant agreement. The accuracy of the auditory perceptual evaluation (86.57%) was not significantly different from that of sound waveform acoustic (88.06%), but it was significantly different from that of EGG (83.33%). The reading time (6.02 s) for the auditory perceptual evaluation was significantly different from that for sound waveform analysis (30.15 s) and EGG analysis (16.41 s). In the discrimination of diplophonia, auditory perceptual evaluation has sufficient reliability and accuracy as compared to sound waveform and EGG. Since immediate feedback is possible, auditory perceptual evaluation is more convenient. Therefore, it can continue to be used as a tool to discriminate diplophonia in clinical practice.

        증강현실 기반 어휘 지도에서 동사 목록에 대한 기초 연구

        본 연구는 디지털 세계와 물리적 세계가 접목하는 증강현실을 언어치료에 적용하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 특히, 아동들에게 동사를 지도할 때 증강현실로 구현한 동사 목록이 해당 움직임을 정확하게 나타내고 있는지와 같은 동작 타당도, 그리고 해당 동사 목록이 어휘 지도 목표로 적절한 것인지에 대한 어휘 타당도를 살펴본 연구이다. 선행 연구들을 참고하여 45개의 동사를 어휘 지도 목록으로 선정하고 이 동사들에 대하여 1급 언어재활사 자격증을 소지한 언어치료학과 교수 3명으로 하여금 어휘 타당도를 평가하도록 하였다. 그 결과, 39개 동사에서 높은 어휘 타당도를 얻었다. 높은 어휘 타당도를 얻은 39개 동사에 대한 동작 타당도를 살펴보기 위하여 언어치료 전공 석사과정 대학원생들에게 각 동사를 증강현실로 구현하여 보여주고 생각나는 동사를 기록하게 하였다. 증강현실로 구현된 동작 애니메이션을 보고 난 후 50% 이상의 대학원생이 해당 동사로 기록한 동사는 32개였다. 이차적으로는 이 32개 동사만 증강현실로 구현하여 87명의 언어치료 전공 대학생들에게 보여주고 Likert 5점 척도로 각 동사와 구현된 동작의 일치도를 평가하게 하였다. 최종적으로 30개 동사가 증강현실로 구현하여 지도하기에 타당한 동사 목록으로 선정되었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 공인 타당도 및 적용 타당화 연구를 지속하여 증강현실을 활용한 어휘 평가 및 지도가 언어치료 임상 현장에서 활용되기를 기대한다. The present study is a basic study for application of Augmented Reality (AR) to verb teaching for children with language developmental disorders and is intended to examine validity for the list of verbs at the beginning of development. To confirm the validity of the verbs list, the appropriateness of the verbs was evaluated by three professors with certification of KSLP (Korean Speech-Language Pathologist) working in the department of Speech-Language Pathology at the university. The motion validity test was conducted by showing motion implemented as AR to eight master’s students in Speech-Language Pathology major, having them record verbs that came to their mind, and evaluating in the conformity. The second motion validity test was conducted by using 5-point Likert scales to 87 undergraduates in Speech-Language Pathology major and having them see the motions in AR and marked the degrees to which them see the motions conform to the relevant verbs on the scales. Using the SPSS 21.0 program, descriptive statics analyses of the results were conducted. Through this all process, thirty verbs were selected as having content validity. It could be seen that when AR based communication system are applied, things and backgrounds that complement the insufficient movements of motions and help motion recognition should be also provided. In future studies, the 3D images of the AR based communication system will be complemented and the content validity will be verified with typically developing children and the children with language developmental disorders.

        증강현실기반 언어치료 프로그램의 교육적 적용

        Purpose: Technological development of multimedia and computer engineering present new medium for advanced therapy. Augmented reality(AR) has received as an alternative. The purpose of this study was to design and develop a therapy program based on augmented reality (AR) for facilitating learning motivation and learning interest and to identify the therapy effects of the program. Methods: The subjects comprised ten children who have specific language disorder. The design of the study was pre-test and post-test control group design. Results: The therapeutic effect of AR-based therapy was identified to be as effective as conventional therapy. Learning interest was found to be higher in AR-based therapy compared to text-based therapy. Higher learning flow was found in AR-based therapy by showing significant differences in total score and sub-items. Conclusions: The therapeutic effect of AR-based therapy was more remarkable and learning motivation and flow improved to a greater extent compared with text-based therapy. This study aimed to verify the effect of AR-based therapy by assessing its characteristics and capability rather than distinguishing the superiority of one type of therapy over the other. Although there is some curiosity surrounding new treatments, AR-based therapy is certainly a more effective treatment in speech therapy.

        병리적 음성에 대한 언어습득 이후 인공와우이식 성인의 청지각적 변별특성과 중재 프로그램의 효과

        In the present study, we investigated ability of recognition of auditory perception with regards to the quality of voice in postlingual CI adults and proposed a training program to improve within subject reliability. A prospective case-control study was conducted in adults with 7 postlingual deaf who received a CI surgery and 10 normal hearing controls. The pre and post test and training program included parameters of consensus auditory-perceptual evaluation of voice(CAPE-V) with pathological voice sample by using Alvin. In results of pre-post test for monitoring improvements of internal reliability for listeners via the training program, there was statistically significant difference in both test and group. There was statistically significant difference in internal reliability between pre-post test in the normal hearing group, the result was no significant in the CI group. The present study found that CI adults showed less ability in awareness of voice quality compared to normal hearing group. Also the training program improved pitch and loudness in CI adults.
