무손실 스너버 회로를 이용한 소프트 스위칭 강압형 고역률 컨버터

buck type converter doesn't appear when an input voltag eis lower than an output voltage. This is the main reason the buck converter has not been used for high power factor converters. In this paper, soft switching high power factor buck converter is proposed. This converter is composed of diode rectifier, input capacitor can be small enough to filter input current, buck converter with loss less snubber circuit. Converter is operated in discontinous conduction mode, turn on of the switching device is a zero current switching (ZCS) and high powr factor input is obtianed. In addition, zero voltage switching (ZVS) at trun off is achieved and switching loss is reduced using loss less snubber circuit. The capacitor used in the snubber circuit raised output voltage. Therefore, proposed converter has higher output voltage and higher efficiency than conventional buck type converter at same duty factor in discontinous conduction mode operation. High power factro, efficiency, soft switching operation of proposed converter is veified by simulation using Pspice and experimental results.

Pulse plating IS able to deposit material at high current density compared to conventional DC plating. For example, pulse plating can get more fine gram, can Improve adhension and metal distribution and current efficiency, can reduce internal stress and crack<br/> Therefore, we studied pulsed power supply which has high current density and improve deposition quality and increase plating speed in this paper.

저압대전류전원장치의 소형경량화와 효율향상을 위한 요구가 지속적으로 되어오고 있으며 적합한 전력변환방식에 대한 연구도 계속되고 있다. 2석식 포워드 컨버터는 브릿지방식 등에 비해서 변압기 구조가 간단하고 신뢰성있는 동작이 가능하고 고주파화에 적합한 방식이다. 본 연구에서는 2석식 포워드 컨버터방식의 동작모드를 해석하고 DC 30V 1000A의 직류전원장치의 주회로를 설계하고 컨버터의 안정한 동작을 위하여 보상회로를 설계하여 Simulation을 통하여 동작특성을 확인하였다. Efforts to improve low voltage high current DC power supply currently are forcused on increasing efficiency and decreasing size and weight. The two transistor forward converter features simplicity in power transformer sturucture and drive circuit as well as high reliability compare with bridge type converter. In this paper, operation mode of two transitor forward converter is analysis and DC 30V 1000 A power supply is designed and verified the operation characteristics of converetr through simulation.
