원자력발전소의 안전관련 주요 부하에 무정전전원을 공급하는 인버터의 커패시터에 대한 적합한 성능평가방법을 제시하였다. 관련 절차서 및 기술기준의 검토결과 커패시터의 성능평가는 용량과 유전 손실률의 변화로 판단하며 실험결과 온도에 따른 커패시터의 용량은 거의 변화가 없으며 유전손실률은 30℃ 도 부근에서 가장 큰 값을 보여 주었다

국내 원전에서 실제로 수행하고 있는 cable 열화관리 및 점검체계를 조사하고 국제적으로 권고되고 있는 열화관리 관련내용들을 조사하여 이를 비교 분석하여 국내원전 적용이 가능한 내용을 도출하였다. 이러한 내용은 실제 현장에서 적용이 가능하며 cable의 열화평가에 실질적인 조치가 가능하므로 발전소의 안전성에 기여할 것이다.

This paper presents evaluation results of torque and operational characteristics required on the safety-related large induction motor in nuclear power plants and a new approach to detect rotor bar faults based on an open terminal test for the large induction motors to induce voltages in the stator windings after disconnecting the motor input power. FEM simulation of an actual model of nuclear power plant shows a conservative result with a torque margin of more than 10 percents to a load demanding and torque gaps between slip high and low are different as an experiment of a small size induction motor.

N/A Background: Interleukin-6 (IL-6), previously known as B cell stimulatory factor 2 (BSF-2) is a multifunctional cytokine that is produced by a various cells and plays an important role in the host defence mechanism such as regulation of immune response, acute phase reaction and hematopoiesis. Recent investigations have demonstrated that unregulated expression of IL-6 gene and overproducion of lL-6 were involved in the pathogenesis of cardiac myxoma, Castleman's disease, autoimmune disease, proliferative glomerulonephritis and certain lymphoid malignancies, especially plasmacytoma/multiple myelomas. We tried to evaluate the regulatory effect of IL 6 an the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) which is characterized by hyperactivation of 8 cells, presence of various autoantibodies and increase in acute phase proteins and platelets. Methods: The IL-6 activity was measured by bioassay using the murine IL-6 dependent hybridoma cell lines (MH60. BSF2), ELISA method and immunohistochemical analysis. Results: 1) IL-6 activity was significantly elevated m synovial fluid from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA, n= 25) as compared with osteoarthrits (OA, n=6) and seronegative arthritis (SNA, n=4) (p<0.05). 2) IL-6 activity was also elevated in serum from patients with RA as compared with other disease (P <0.01). 3) High IL-6 activity and destructive changes in affected joints had a tendency to be correlated (r=0.716), And positive correlations between IL-6 activity and C-reactive proteins in serum were observed in patients with RA (r=0.752). 4) Immunohistachemical analysis demonstrated that positive-staining cells were located on the perivascular space. Conclusion: The results suggest that unregulated production of IL-6 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA and could explain local as well as generalized symptoms of RA. However, it is not known whether excessive production of IL-6 is a primary event in the disease process, or secondary consequence.

원자력 발전소 안전관련 주요 부하에 전원을 공급하는 무정전 전원공급기에 사용되는 알루미늄 전해 커패시터의 열화요인을 검토하였다. 리플전류를 중첩 인가하여 노화시킨 시료는 직류전압만을 인가한 시료에 비해 열화의 정도가 심함을 검중하였다. 적합성 검사 이력이 없는 제품에 대한 로트 보중 샘플링 검사 방법을 검토하였다.

The purpose oi this study is to identify clearly the physiologic significance of autonomic nervous system. This study is to find the loose of endogenous neurotransmitter while using the neural response of the neural excitatory action which is distributed to the perivascular smooth muscle through the electrical stimulation of the smooth muscle of coronary artery of pig. The effects of perivascular nerve stimulation were investigated on isolated coronary artery of pig.1 . The magnitude of contractile response to perivascular nerve stimulation increased with increasing frequency (2-80 Hz) of stimulation. 2. The contractions to perivascular nerve stimulation(40V, 40Hz. 0.5msec, 1 min) were increased greatly by pretreatment of the cholinestrase inhibitor physostigmine. 3. The contraction to perivascular nerve stimulation(40V,40Hz, 0.5msec, 1min) was antagonised markedly by the muscarinic antagonist atropine. 4. The contraction to perivascular nerve stimulation(40V, 40Hz, 0.5msec, 1 min) was blocked by the neural blocker tetrodotoxin. 5. The contractions to perivascular nerve stimulation(40V. 40Hz, 0.5msec, 1 min) were not affected significantly by the -adrenergic antagonist phentolamine or - adrenergic antagonist propranolol. 6. The contractile response by the acetylcholine was increased by the pretreatment of cholinestrase inhibitor physostigmine. The finding suggest that it is powerful excitatory action linked to muscarinic receptor by cholinergic nerve in coronary artery of pig.
