As residential buildings becomes high rise buildings, the new cladding system was needed for structure system, and unpredictable problems were found in it. The aim of this study is to analysis the present state and find improvement of indoor environment in high rise residential building, which used curtain wall system. Then, suggest to create comfortable indoor environment for high rise residential buildings in the process of design.
초고층 주거건물 커튼월의 창호부 결로 성능평가에 관한 연구

The purpose of this thesis is thermal performance simulation about various type that can apply in the high-rise residential building to estimate condensation performance of window that is consisted of frame and glazing in curtain wall. The result of this thesis are summarized as follows. First, condensation occurrence point when relative humidity is $30{\cdot}40{\cdot}50\%$ is shortest Low-e double glass. Difference by type of gas and spacer was a little by $2{\~}6$ cm, among it, the case that apply krypton in gas and the case that apply double seal in spacer were less condensation occurrence distribution. Second, when analyzed improved proposal of window and existing plan through simulation, improved proposal is superior from general side of the interior and exterior temperature, thermal break surrounding temperature and temperature of frame end, condensation occurrence point etc. Therefore, if it was used improved proposal with effect that improve in curtain wall of high-rise residential building, it may improve window condensation performance of curtain wall.

A lot of buildings are applied curtain wall system instead of multi unit wall and reinforced concrete structure. So, the indoor environment changes plentifully according to application of new outer skin system. The many fastning units are established at stone finished curtain wall and the fastning unit lead heat bridge. So, the environment problems are occurred like air conditioning energy consumption increase and surface condensation, inside condensation of insulation material<br/> The aim of this study is to know that the heat transmission feature of fastening system using stone finished curtain wall. The heat performance of each curtain wall materials is measured through the mock-up test and the use of insulation materials is verified for improvement of insulation performance.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the sound insulation performance and to present fundamental data for sound insulation plan about open and close windows of inner facade and outer facade of Double-skin Facade system applied to multi-layer type. The Headquarter of Green Building and the Energy Saving Building in the Korea Institute of Energy Research was selected for experiment. Measurement method which are specified in the Korea Standard 2235 were selected for this study. As the result of this study, 1) Sound insulation performance of Multi-layer type of Double-skin Facades is very excellent about outdoor noise. 2) Vertical level is higher, it shows that more decreases sound pressure level.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the characteristics of discount store environment by compare underground selling area with aboveground selling area. Since occupants spend most of time at selling area in discount store, the focus of field measurement is selling area evaluation. In the field measurement, air environment is estimated by the concentration of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, dust and thermal environment is estimated by dry temperature, globe temperature, relative humidity and velocity of air.<br/> Electric appliance selling area is the worst condition in horizontal environment analysis. Because of the connection of parking lot and selling area, moving walk is a passway of carbon monoxide. So moving walk is in need of isolation facility system. In conclusion, the result of this study in the case of underground selling area is worse condition than above ground selling area.

Heat acquirement caused by envelope system and load caused by infiltration of vestibule are large part of total cooling load in refrigerated warehouse. Especially, the vestibule of refrigerated warehouse is a place where infiltration most happens than anywhere else because of different temperature between indoor and outdoor space. Therefore, the load of refrigerated warehouse may sharply decrease when the load of vestibule decreases. In this paper, we defined the types of vestibule through investigating actual conditions about refrigerated warehouse that operates now. And then, based on this investigation results, we measured change of temperature and figured out air change rates of the type of vestibule and infiltration prevent devices by using down-scale model. After that, we found the amount of air change rate in order to estimate the load of air change easily in facility plan.
