목적: 에니어그램을 활용하여 내담자의 중심성격과 보조성격을 파악한 후 대인관계, 어린 시절, 자아개념, 성격역동의 사례를 통하여 형성된, 성격이나 습관으로 인해 현재 겪고 있는 불편한 사항과 고민을 알아보고 해소할 수 있는 방법을 찾아본다. 방법: 내담자의 인적사항, 인상, 가족관계, 에니어그램검사, 심리도식검사를 하여 주 호소 해소를 위한 상담목표와 전략을 세우고 8회기의 상담계획을 세운다. 결과: 에니어그램 고집멸도 상담전략 프로그램으로 사례를 통해 내담자의 성격형성을 파악하고, 주 호소문제 해소는 영상관법을 사용하였다. 결론: 내담자의 주 호소 문제였던 수면부족으로 건강을 해치지 않을까 하는 문제는 명상을 함으로써 몸과 마음이 이완되어 피로도 사라지고 마음도 편안해졌다. 2차, 3차로 옮겨가는 술자리 습관은 내담자가 영상관법을 하면서 오랜 잘못된 습관에서 이루어진 것이라고 인지하고 자각한 후 개선되었다. Purpose: The study, firstly grasping main and subsidiary personality of the clients using the Enneagram, examined their current inconveniences and worries caused by their formed personality or habits through cases of their personal relationship, childhood, self-concept and personality dynamics. And the study sought to find measures for them to be relieved of those worries. Methodology: By examining the client's personal data, impression, family relations, Enneagram test and psychological schema test, the study established counselling target and strategy to resolve their major complaints as well as counselling plan composed of eight sessions. Result: Using cases of counselling strategy program of suffering/its cause/ emancipation/the way, it identified the client's personality formation, and to resolve their main complaints, it used the IBMM (Image-Based Mindfulness Meditation). Conclusion: As for their worry of possible health worsening because of lack of sleep - their major complaint -, the clients were able to feel no fatigue and have peace of mind as a result of relief of body and soul via meditation. As for the habit of drinking spree, the clients became to realize via the IBMM that it was a bad habit formed for a long time, and consequently they could improve it.

인지-행동적 집단상담 프로그램이 여고생의 우울, 역기능적 태도 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of a cognitive-behavioral program on depression, dysfunctional attitudes, and self-esteem of girl students in a high school. The program was developed on the basis of Kevin Stark`s program and Dennis Greenberger and Christine A. Padesky`s program. Subjects of the study were 20 girl students in a high school of Kyungnam Province. The 20 students were divided into two groups: 10 girls into the experimental group and the other 10 girls into the control group. The experimental group participated in the 8-session program. Each session was conducted for 80 minutes. The control group received no treatment at all during this period. The program was led by present investigator and an assistant leader with master`s degree in counseling psychology. The effects of the program were assessed by pre- and post-test of depression, dysfunctional attitudes, and self-esteem. In addition, a follow-up test was administered five weeks later. The collected data were analysed using ANCOVA and t-tests. The results of the study were as follows. The cognitive-behavioral group counseling program was effective in reducing depression and dysfunctional attitudes and in increasing self-esteem of the high school girls.

Chitosan이 마우스의 정상 및 cyclophosphamide로 억제된 일차 체액성 면역반응에 미치는 영향

In order to investigate the effects of chitosan on the normal and cyclophosphamide (CY)-suppressed primary humoral immune response in mice, chitosan was orally administered alone (single dose of 62.5, 250 mg/kg) or with CY (20 mg/kg,I.p.) to female ICR mice on the 2nd day before or after immunization with SRBC-antigen. When chitosan alone was administered before antigenic challenge, splenic IgM plaque forming cells (PFC) and splenic certlularity were slightly increased and serum IgM was not changed when compared with control group. Howeverl chitosan significantly enhanced PFC, serum IgM and splenic cellularity when administered after antigenic challenge. The PFC numbers, serum IgM and splenic cellularity were significantly decreased by the treatment of CY, whereas those values were slightly increased by the concomitant treament of CY and chitosan when compared with CY alone-administration. These results indicate that chitosan is able to increase normal humoral immunity (Hl) and to slightly inhibit the suppressive effects of CY on HI.

유아의 애착, 자아개념, 사회지능의 관계에 대한 경로분석

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 애착표상과 자아개념, 사회지능과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 경로분석과 상대분석효과를 실시하였다. 연구대상은 48개월에서 60개월 사이의 유아 68명을 대상으로 조사하였으며. 수집된 자료는 Amos 7.0을 사용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 첫쨰, 유아의 애착이야기 완성과제에 대한 유아의 반응은 유아의 애착점수가 ‘비교적 안정 28명(41.1%)’, ‘매우불안정 23명 (33.8%)’, ‘불안-회피 17명(25%)’, 순으로 나타났으며, ‘불안-비조직’ 유아는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 애착과 자아개념, 사회 지능의 관계를 알아보기위해 경로분석한 결과 애착과 자아개념에 미치는 영향력은 9%, 자아개념이 사회지능에 미치는 영향력은 34%로 나타났다. 셋째, 애착과 자아개념이 사회지능에 미치는 영향력을 비교하기 위해 등가제약모델을 검증한 결과 애착이 사회지능에 미치는 영향력이 33%, 자아개념이 사회지능에 미치는 영향력은 14%로 사회 지능에 미치는 영향력은 애착이 자아개념보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

Carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide(Ge-132)가 항암제의 세포독성에 미치는 영향

The cytotoxicity of carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide(Ge-132) and anticancer drugs (cisplatin, mitomycin C, 5-fluorouracil) against tumor cell lines(L1210, SK-HepG-1) and mouse splenocytes was examined by MTT assay. Ge-132(8.5 x 10²㎕/ml, 1.7 X 10³㎕/ml, 3.4 x 10³㎕/ml) showed dose-dependent cytotoxicity against the tumor cell lines, on the contrary, increased cell proliferation against the normal mouse splenocytes. Combination of Ge- 132 with cisplatin(1.5㎕/ml, 15㎕/ml), mitomycin C(0.5㎕/ml, 1.0㎕/ml) or 5-fluorouracil (0.31㎕/ml, 1.25㎕/ml) showed additional cytotoxicity against L1210 and SK-HepG-1 cell lines, however, reduced clearly the anticancer drugs-induced cytotoxicity against the normal mouse splenocytes.
