        The purpose of this research is to classify KangwonLand Casino's visitors by their lifestyle and to understand the impact of some independent variables on each of segmented markets, which are demographic characteristics, types of leisure activities and motivation. Therefore, the result of this study would be useful for KangwonLand by supplying delicate information required to set up its marketing strategy. A survey was carried out at Sabuk-eup in Jeongseon. Total size of the sample was 350. Awong them 317 valid reponses were utilized to analyse the opinions of lifestyle, leisure activities and motivation of KangwonLand's visitors. SPSS 12.0 for window was used to analyse the collected data by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cluster analysis and One Way Anova. Also the LIMDEP(LIMited DEPendent model) Statistic Package 8.0 was used for estimating determinants of the segmented markets for KangwonLand's visitors. Those four groups were classified such as monetary & conservation group, conservation & safety group, challenge & creation group and intelligence & health group. Based on demographic variables, KangwonLand related behavior characteristics, types of leisure activities, and motivation variables, this study identifies how these variables influence on each of four segmented markets. As a result, this study find out the factors related to each market, positively and negatively, and those are implicated for KangwonLand to set its own marketing strategy for its visitors.

        마리나 방문영향요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study focused on identifying determinants of intention to visit for marina in the east coastal region. Based on motivations of East Coast and types of maritime sports, author have tried to grasp the impact of those factors on intention to visit for Seoul residents. For data collection, structured questionnaires was distributed during about a month from July, 2012 to August and Logit model was applied to analyze the data collected. As a result, it was found out that the variables such as marriage and job among demographic variables have an influence on the intention to visit, on the other hand, the variables of relaxation and leisure activities also were significant. In addition to non -power sports like a snorkeling and skin scuba turned out to be significant too. In conclusion, author would like to propose getting facilities for non -power sports and relaxation ready to municipal governments selected for marina location.

        농·어촌 관광네트워크 운영조직에 관한 고찰

        Since the 1990`s, many villages in regional areas have been developed as tourism villages with the unique theme under the central government`s support. But they are confronting a trouble with the undifferentiated tourism contents. since most of them was developed within an area Therefore, each municipalities makes all-out efforts to overcome the challenges and as an outcome, a regional tourism network system has been emerged. It indicates a circulating tourism structure operated by representative resources of each villages. Such a network scheme has been operated by the variety of forms of management organizations. Accordingly, this study is to explore some cases related with the tourism network management organizations at local and Japan, and to classify their types by differently naming by their role performances and similarities among subjects for the management. As a result, 4 types of network management organizations were identified, which are a type of regional cooperative organization, an managerial corporate organization, an organization combination , and lastly a regional integration. Also, the author advised that the municipalities had better choose the last type of network management organizations because even though the preference on each developed villages might be different, if the level of promotion is differently provided, an entire region will be advanced. It is expected to bring the increasement of visit demand, raise the income level of residents, and to contribute the long term economic vitalization.

        This study is analyzes to find out important factors and relationships that organization member's' awareness promotion and action and human resource visual point. Also, hotel managerial leadership effect to organization member's empowerment and organizational performance. The purpose of this research is to grope organization member's empowerment, empowerment and organizational performance relation systematically, and present efficient direction about hotel human resource management by dividing hotel managerial leadership style with transactional leadership and transformational leadership. The results of practicability analysis of this research were followed. These results can appear as effect is different to hotel organization member's' own ability according to hotel managerial leadership, self-selected, own meaning. Own ability, self-selected, own meaning are central factor of organizational performance among hotel organization member's' empowerment factor. And can expect organizational result by organization members' empowerment.

        특수목적관광 유형 간의 대체보완 및 총 관광수요와의 영향관계

        본 연구의 목적은 특수 목적관광유형들 간의 대체보완관계 및 총 개인관광수요와 각 유형의 특수목적관광 사이의 인과관계를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 서울에 거주하고 있는 500개의 표본 중에서 349개의 유효표본이 분석에 이용되었다. 통계적 분석방법으로서 상관관계분석은 대체보완관계의 파악을 위해 그리고 인과관계분석을 위해서는 계량경제모델이 적용되었다. 연구결과, 농촌관광과 해양관광은 상호 경쟁적 대체관계에 놓여 있었으며, 해양관광은 다른 어느 유형의 특수 관광보다 총 개인관광수요에 미치는 영향이 강하게 나타났다. An aims of this study is to examine substitute or complementary among types of special interest tourism and a causal relationship between total individual tourism demand and each types. Of 500 surveyed respondents in Seoul, 348 was valid to analyse. As statistical analysis method, correlation analysis was utilized for substitute or complementary and Econometrics models were applied for causal relationship. The results of this study demonstrate that agro tourism and ocean tourism lie on substitute which means competitive. Also, ocean tourism has had more impacted on total individual tourism demand than any other types of special interest tourism.

        국립공원 방문객 특성을 이용한 핵심수요시장연구

        본 연구는 무등산 국립공원 방문객들의 인구통계학적 특성 및 사회경제학적 특성을 조사하여 공원방문객 수요증진을 위한 마케팅전략차원의 정보제공을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위해서는 적절한 모형설정이 중요하다. 이른바 종속변수가 이산확률분포를 가진 이산형 변수일 경우, 연속확률분포의 자료 분석에 적합한 회귀모형을 설정한다면 추정치에 대한 심각한 오류가 발생하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구의 자료 분석은 포아송모델을 통해 수행되었으며, 자료의 특성이 과산포를 보였기 때문에 이를 고려할 수 있는 보다 적합한 모델로 음이항 포아송모델을 설정하여 최종적으로 파라미터를 추정하였다. 그 결과, 수요자의 연령, 직업, 방문선호계절, 동반유형, 주 5일 근무제 그리고 선호관광형태 등이 방문객 수요에 긍정적인 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 파악되었으며, 이 주요영향변수들을 바탕으로 국립공원 측에 핵심시장에 대한 특성과 그들을 위한 마케팅 전략 및 정보 등을 제공할 수 있었다. This research aims to offer the information required for demand increase on marketing strategy level by investigating Mudeungsan visitors’ demographic characteristics and social economical variables. To accomplish this study, the proper analyzing model needs to be applied because a grave error of parameters will be led if regression model appropriate for analyzing the data of a continuous probability variable is applied, in case that dependent variable is a discrete random variable which have a discrete probability distribution. Therefore data analysis was performed with Poisson model. However, as the data was showing an overdispersion, parameter was estimated with the Binomial Poisson model able to cover the problem. As a result, some explanatory variables turned out to be significant such as visitor’s age, occupation, preferred season to visit, type of company, five days working, and preferring type of tourism. Author could offer to the national park the information about characteristics of core market revealed and marketing strategy for it, based on those influential variables

        해안관광목적지 방문수요 영향요인에 관한 연구 -관광시설유형과 방문동기를 중심으로-

        This research focuses on identifying the determinants of visit demand for a coastal destination, Oryuk-do in Busan. which is a main gate to Busan Metropolitan City. To attain the purpose, demographic characteristics, motivations, and types of preferring tourism facilities are included in the applied demand model as explanation variables. With relation to data analysis, in case that the dependant variable is count data that shows distribution of a discrete random variable, the choice of an appropriate model is required to apply. So, Truncated Possion model was utilized to estimate the significance of independent variables input in the model. As a result, visitors to Oryuk-do mostly consisted of men of more than 40 years of age working for white collar job and professional career, who don``t prefer Special Interest Tourism. Furthermore, they are visiting to enjoy the Oryuk-do``s attractiveness and realize their own special purpose, not with accidentality
