This article explores the strategies and effects of women fans forming their own gaze for women stars through the women homosexual fanfics, which has been unvisited even within the studies of fanfics. In particular, it analyzes the fanfics of Girls’ Generation, which aroused the discourses of ‘Uncle fans’ by using sexualization strategies that appeal to men. Girls’ Generation’s fanfics that mainly describe homosexuality among the women members, are produced and enjoyed within Girls’ Generation’s women fandom, which has been marginalized by the agency’s strategy despite its large fan base. Women idol fanfics are the distinction from the dominant/male gaze of regard and consumption of female stars as objects of male desire, demonstrating a desire to form women’s gaze. The fanfic’s women homosexual narrative reveals women’s desire for female orgasm, which a penis’ erection does not promise, along with their rejection of heterosexuality that takes female sexual instrumentalization for granted through a device called frigidity. Women fans explore women’s agency that investigates and enjoys sexual pleasure by dislocating women idol members from the dominant script of heterosexual relations with men and developing lesbian fantasies. Women who read and write female idol fanfics refuse to identify themselves as male/female positions in the existing gender/sexuality order, and carry out dynamic narrative experiments that discover and produce various sexual unions and differences among women.

255-GHz InP HBT Power Amplifiers Using Custom-designed Two-finger Devices

This paper investigates the possible advantages in using two-finger InP heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBT) for WR-3.4 (220 GHz – 320 GHz) power amplifiers (PA). The two-finger HBT is designed by combining two 6-m emitter length single-finger HBTs provided by Teledyne. Expected performances of two versions of two-finger device are simulated. One is designed with two separate isolation layers and the other one with single joined isolation layer. Both two-finger devices have better power performance but shows poor fmax and MAG compared to a single-finger device. Two PA designs in common-base differential configuration utilizing two types of custom two-finger devices are fabricated. The joined-isolation-device PA shows better performance with the peak gain of 10.5 dB at 255 GHz and P1dB and Psat of -1.7 dBm and 5.2 dBm while the separated-isolation-device PA shows peak gain of 4.6 dB at 255 GHz and P1dB and Psat of -8.5 dBm and 4.4 dBm.

전시컨벤션센터가 지역주민의 장소애착심과 공동체의식에 미치는 영향 연구 - 킨텍스(KINTEX)를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the significant effects of local residents' place attachment and sense of community subject to exhibition and convention centers, with the focus on the relationship between the convention and exhibition center and the local residents, which is the foundation of its industry. In addition, this study is to find out the place meaning of the convention and exhibition center and to suggest that there is a strong connection between local residents and local community. With this point of view, the theory and measurement scale of the place affection which has been actively studied in the field of environmental psychology was applied to the convention and exhibition field. The place meaning in the convention and exhibition center was analyzed, and in addition, the relationship between sense of community was identified and the direction of the role of the convention and exhibition center to the local residents and community is proposed. This study used a total of 289 valid samples of surveys responded by the local residents over 20 years of old and above, living in west-Ilsan and east-Ilsan centering ‘KINTEX’ which is located in Goyang city in Gyeonggi province. As a result of structural equation model analysis using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs, the factors such as place identity and place dependence from the place attachment has shown a significant impact on the effects of economic, social and cultural influences on the convention and exhibition center. On the other hand, the relationship between tourism influence factor and place attachment impact was not significant. As a result of analyzing the effect of place attachment on sense of community, both place identity and place dependence were all significant in sense of community. These results can be used as basic data to analyze the perception of local residents in the operation of the convention and exhibition center. Also, it is expected that the convention and exhibition center will continue to develop and serve as a medium to build a stable image and a differentiated characteristic of a location. 본 연구는 전시컨벤션산업의 기반이 되는 전시컨벤션센터와 지역주민 간의 상호관계를 초점으로 전시컨벤션센터에 대한 지각 주체인 지역주민이 장소애착심과 공동체의식에 유의미한 영향이 있는지, 전시컨벤션센터가 어떠한 장소적 의미를 내재하고 지역주민과 지역사회에 깊은 연관성이 있음을 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 관점에서 환경 심리학 분야에서 활발히 연구되어 온 장소애착심의 이론과 측정 척도를 전시컨벤션 분야에 적용하여 전시컨벤션센터의 장소적 의미를 분석하였고, 나아가 공동체의식의 영향관계를 파악하여 전시컨벤션센터가 지역주민 및 지역사회에 수행해야 할 역할에 대한 방향성을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 고양시에 위치한 킨텍스(KINTEX)를 중심으로 일산동구와 일산서구에 거주하는 20세 이상의 남녀가 응답한 총 289부의 유효표본을 활용하였다. SPSS 25.0과 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석을 실시하고, 가설 검증을 위해 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 전시컨벤션센터 영향에서 경제적 영향과 사회·문화적 영향 요인은 장소애착심의 장소정체성, 장소의존성 두 요인에 모두 유의한 영향이 나타났으며, 반면 관광 영향 요인과 장소애착심 간의 영향관계는 모두 유의하지 않았다. 또한, 장소애착심이 공동체의식에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 장소정체성, 장소의존성 두 요인 모두 공동체의식에 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 전시컨벤션센터 운영에 있어 지역주민의 인식을 분석하기 위한 기초적인 자료로써 활용될 수 있으며, 전시컨벤션센터의 지속적인 발전과 안정적인 이미지, 그리고 차별화된 장소적 특성을 구축하는데 매개체 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

커뮤니티 내 지식이전 프로세스의 영향요인과 인센티브의 조절효과에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is to identify the impact factors and the moderator of incentives of knowledge transfer process. Impact factors of knowledge transfer consist of three distinct characteristics: Individual characteristics(self-directness, individual information capability), cognitive community characteristics(trust, community-identity), quality characteristics(quality of knowledge, quality of community-construct). The incentives of knowledge transfer consist of psychological incentive and physical incentive. Knowledge transfer consists of three distinct process: knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge use. To verify we conducted a survey and collected data from 345 members of online community. Data were analyzed to test the hypotheses by SPSS 17.0, and LISREL 8.54. The results of this study founded that individual information capability, trust, community identity, quality of knowledge, and quality of system were statistically significant in knowledge transfer, however, self-directness was not statistically significant in knowledge transfer. Interact effect of knowledge acquisition and physical incentive on knowledge use was statistically significant. This study integrated and verified impact factors of individual characteristics, cognitive community characteristics, and characteristics of quality. This study proposes that existing communities can revitalize by promoting trust, community identity, quality of knowledge, quality of community construct, and incentives.

현재 일반인들은 컴퓨터 교육에 대해 큰 필요성을 느끼지 않고 있다. 이러한 인식을 개선하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 최근에 많은 사람들이 관심을 보이는 정보보안교육에 대한 새로운 접근 방법을 제시하여 궁극적으로 컴퓨터 교육의 부정적인 인식을 개선하여 그 필요성을 높일 수 있도록 한다. 정보보안 분야에 대해 사용자들에게 문제 상황을 제시하여 정보 보안 수준을 측정하고, 그것을 바탕으로 맞춤형 학습이 이루어지게 한다.
