        병원간호사의 직무스트레스 영역에 따른 스트레스 정도

        본 연구의 목적은 병원간호사가 직무수행 시 경험하는 직무스트레스 정도를 영역별로 파악하여 병원간호사의 직무 스트레스를 보다 더 감소시킬 수 있는 간호중재 방안 모색에 필요한 기초 자료를 얻고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기지역에 소재한 3개 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 163명이며, 자료수집기간은 2004년 9월부터 10월까지이었다. 연구도구는 Kim WH(2002)의 직무스트레스 측정도구를 수정?보완하여 간호업무 영역 17문항, 직무환경 영역 13문항, 대인관계 영역 14문항, 병원행정 및 병동관리 영역 8문항의 4개 영역 총 52문항(5점 척도)으로 구성된 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료는 SAS 프로그램을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, tukey test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 임상간호사가 지각하는 직무스트레스는 평균평점 3.14로 나타났다. 간호사의 직무스트레스의 영역별 점수분포는 간호업무 영역이 2.89±8.5, 직무환경 영역이 3.45±7.6, 대인관계 영역이 3.02±7.5, 병원 및 행정관리 영역이 3.31±4.3으로서 4개 영역 모두 중등도 이상의 값을 나타내 직무스트레스 정도가 높은 편이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 간호조직은 간호사의 직무스트레스 경감을 위한 간호중재 방안 모색과 병원조직 차원에서 보다 안정적인 직무환경 구축, 부서별 원활한 협동업무를 위한 대인관계 구축방안, 간접간호활동 지원인력 확보 등 다각적인 방안이 강구되어야 할 필요성을 입증하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 조직에서의 직무스트레스 관리는 업무효과성과 직무만족도를 향상시켜 간호업무역량과 간호의 질 나아가 의료의 질을 향상시킬 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the level of stress of sub-dimensional job stress of staff nurses. This study surveyed 163 nurses in three general hospitals in Seoul and Gyung-gi province for two months starting in September 2004. The questionnaire consisted of 52 questions about job stress. The job stress was measured using "The general job stress scale" developed by Kim WH(2002). The answers were on a scale rating of 5. This questionnaire consists of four domains relating to nursing activity, job environment, interpersonal relations, and hospital & administration management. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, the t-test, ANOVA, and tukey test using SAS. The average of staff nurses" job stress was 3.14. The mean scores of job stress of nurses showed higher than average in all four dimensions: 2.89±8.5 in the nursing activity dimension, 3.45±7.6 in the job environmental dimension, 3.02±7.5 in the interpersonal relations dimension, and 3.31±4.3 in the hospital administration & unit management dimension. This study showed that the staff nurses must be trained with job stress management programs for each nursing organization"s effectiveness. (Korean J Str Res 2009;17:227∼236)

        간호근무환경과 간호결과와의 관련성 및 간호사 업무 부담에 대한 내용분석

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between nursing work environment and nursing outcome of clinical nurses. Also, the purpose of this study was to identify the nurses. workload. Method: The participants in this study were 246 nurses working at one hospital in a province. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire from October 2011 to November 2011. Open questions were subject to content analysis; closed questions were subject to descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS 18.0 program were used. Result: The number of patients per nurse in day-duty and overtime work had a positive correlation. Nursing performance and the overtime work in night duty nurses had a negative correlation. The results of this study, with a much higher number of patients per nurse, showed an increase in overtime hours. In the nursing delivery system experience of nurses, 13 themes were identified and they were divided into five categories. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to improve nursing performance and increase job satisfaction, efforts must be made to reduce overtime, and nursing personnel placement to secure a substantial nursing staff.

        동화를 활용한 학습자중심 목표어휘 지도가 장애유아의 행동 및 태도와 어휘발달에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 동화를 활용한 학습자중심 목표어휘 지도가 장애유아의 행동 및 태도, 그리고 어휘발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 장애유아 4명을 대상으로 동화를 활용한 학습자중심 목표어휘 지도 프로그램을 16회기 동안 적용하였다. 장애유아의 행동 및 태도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 연구설계는 사전-중재-사후(A-B-A)로 적용하였고, 어휘발달은 사전-중재(A-B)로 실험결과를 검증하였다. 전후검사의 효과검증은 평정척도와 포테이지 검사를 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 동화를 활용한 학습자중심 목표어휘 지도가 장애유아의 행동 및 태도 향상에 효과적이었다. 둘째, 동화를 활용한 학습자중심 목표어휘 지도가 장애유아의 어휘발달 향상에 효과적이었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자중심 목표어휘에 기초한 동화지도가 장애유아의 행동 및 태도, 그리고 어휘발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 제안하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of learner-centered target vocabulary instruction using fairy tales on behavior, attitude, and vocabulary development of children with disabilities. A learner entered target vocabulary instruction program using four children with disabilities was applied for 16 sessions. The study design was applied to pre-intervention-post-intervention (A-B-A) and the vocabulary development was verified by pre-intervention (A-B). The effectiveness of the post-test was verified using a checklist and a portage test. The results of this study were as follows: First, learner-centered target vocabulary instruction using fairy tales was effective in improving behavior and attitude of children with disabilities. Second, the learner-centered target vocabulary map using the fairy tale was effective in improving the vocabulary development of the infant. Therefore, this study suggests that assimilative guidance based on learner-centered target vocabulary has a positive effect on behaviors and attitudes of children with disabilities and vocabulary development.

        종합병원간호사의 혁신행동 영향요인에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study was to identify the effects of organizational culture and organizational support on the innovative behavior of general hospital nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 356 nurses, working in hospitals in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon Provinces, and Daejeon City. Data were collected from June to August, 2012. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection and data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN program. Results: The organizational culture positively correlated with innovative behavior. The most significant predictors of innovative behavior were age, organizational support and hierarchy-oriented culture. Conclusion: These findings suggest that nurses` organizational culture and organizational support were linked to innovative behavior. Management-level workers in these hospitals should have the skills and strategies to develop nurses’ innovative behavior and increases nurses’ recognition of organizational support to achieve high performance through innovation.

        업종에 따른 배너광고의 유형 선호도 연구

        배너광고는 소비자의 클릭을 유도하여 상호작용을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 쌍방향적이고 능동적인 장점을 가진 특별한 인터넷광고이다. 이런 장점 때문에 인터넷광고에서 배너광고가 가장 많이 게재되고 있지만, 소비자들의 선호에 알맞은 광고 전략이 뒤따르지 못하고 있는 것이 현재 실태이다. 따라서 본 연구는 업종에 따른 배너광고 유형의 선호도를 조사하여 더욱더 효과적이고 적합한 업종별 배너광고의 유형을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 포털 사이트 네이버, 네이트, 다음, 야후, 조인스엠에스엔을 통하여 초기화면 메인배너와 서브배너의 유형을 기본형, 마우스 오버형, 마우스 드래그형, 연동형으로 구분하고 한국인터넷마케팅협회에 조사된 업종별 광고비에 따른 상위 업종 1위부터 5위의 가정용전기전자, 유통, 출판, 관공서 및 단체, 그룹 및 기업을 선정하여, 5가지 업종에 각각의 4가지 배너광고 유형을 영상으로 제작하여 소비자들에게 노출한 뒤 선호도를 설문 조사하였다. 선호도 분석 결과, 업종에 따른 배너광고의 유형 선호도 조사는 업종에 따라서는 관계없이 배너광고 유형의 특징에 따라 기본형과 마우스 드래그형 배너광고를 가장 많이 선호하였으며 또한 마우스 오버형 배너광고의 선호도는 가장 낮게 나타났다. 배너광고를 게재할 때 소비자에게 강제적으로 무조건 노출되는 마우스 오버형 배너광고보다는 간략하게 한눈에 들어오는 기본형과 소비자가 직접 능동적으로 필요한 업종을 선택하여 볼 수 있는 마우스 드래그형을 더 선호하며 업종의 광고주 위주의 배너광고보다는 소비자를 배려한 상호작용적인 광고유형이 더욱 효과적이다. 본 연구에서 제시된 인터넷 배너광고 유형의 선호도 조사는 국내 인터넷 배너광고를 제작하는데 작은 초석이 될 수 있기를 기대한다. The banner ad is a special internet ad having bilateral and active merit that can draw an interaction by inducing the consumer`s click. Thanks to this merit, the banner ad occupies the most in internet ad, but, actually, the ad strategy appropriate to the consumer`s preference can`t be followed. Thus, this study has a purpose of suggesting the more effective and suiTable type of banner ad per business kind by questioning about the preference of banner ad type per business kind. In this study, I divided the types of main banner and sub banner of start-up screen into basic type, mouse-over type, mouse-drag type, interlock type through domestic portal sites, naver, nate, daum, yahoo, joins MSN, and selected the home appliance, distribution, publication, public office, organization and group, enterprise in the 1st to 5th high ranks according to add cost per business kind, then, questioned about the preference to the consumers by making each 4 banner ad types into image for 5 business kinds. Result of preference analysis, in the preference study of banner ad type, the basic type and mouse-drag type banner ad were the most preferred according to the characteristics of banner ad type regardless of business kind, and the preference of mouse-over type banner ad was the lowest. When publishing the banner ad, a basic type that can be caught simply and at a glance and a mouse-drag type that consumers can actively select and see the necessary business kind are more preferred, rather than the mouse-over type banner ad that are by force and unconditionally exposed to the consumers, and the interactive ad type considering the consumers is more effective than banner ad for the sake of advertiser. expect that the survey on the preference of internet banner ad type, suggested by this study, will become a small foundation of making domestic internet banner ad.

        간호 관련 비용의 실증적 사례분석 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify nursing service costs associated with all health care costs incurred by the institution. Methods: This study was an empirical case study research in which the nursing cost was separated from total medical cost. The nursing cost index was calculated through a cost allocation method after summarizing costs for personnel, raw materials and administration of each department in one public hospital. The 2014 budget plan, published in ‘Public Hospitals Alert’, was used as data and the data were analyzed using the Microsoft Office EXCEL 2013 program. Results: When comparing total medical costs and nursing costs, the nursing cost were 27.14% of the total medical cost. The nursing cost per nurse per hour was calculated as ₩29,128 The nursing cost per inpatient per day was calculated as ₩157,970, and the administration cost per patient was calculated as ₩133,710. Conclusion: The results of the research present the process of cost allocation of specific cost elements in the hospital and evidence for administrative costs which in the past have been only vaguely formulated. These are the significant implications of this study.

        종합병원 간호사의 다제내성균 감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing performance of MultiDrug-Resistant Organisms (MDROs) infection control by nurses in general hospitals. Methods: The research design was a descriptive survey design using convenience sampling. Data were collected from 130 nurses working in 6 general hospitals. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: General hospital nurses’ MDROs infection control performance was influenced by their awareness of environmental safety, recognition of MDROs infection control, number of beds in the hospital, whether nurses had nursing experience with infection control and guidelines for MDROs infection control. The most important predictors of MDROs infection control performance were awareness of environmental safety and recognition of MDROs infection control. Conclusion: Findings indicate that it is necessary to include content related to awareness of environmental safety and recognition of infection control in developing MDROs infection control education programs for general hospital nurses.

        국내외 간호사 인력정책의 현황과 과제

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 간호인력정책과 관련된 국내외 현황과 과제를 파악하여 바람직한 간호인력정책에 대한 방향을 제시하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구결과 : 우리나라를 포함한 여러 국가에서 간호사 부족 문제에 직면하고 있다. 특히 우리나라는 활동간호사수가 OECD 회원국 평균의 절반 수준이다. 그러나 이는 단순한 수적인 부족이 아니라 일하고 하는 간호사의 부족, 잘 교육받은 간호사의 부족 및 간호사의 지역적 불균형 등 복잡한 문제를 내포하고 있다. 간호사 부족의 문제를 해결하기 위한 정책들은 간호교육기관을 늘려서 간호사 공급을 증가시키거나, 간호교육기간을 단축하거나, 보조인력을 이용하여 간호사를 대체하는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 시도들은 많은 연구에서 환자의 결과를 위협하고, 간호의 질을 떨어뜨리는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 간호사 부족과 관련된 요인은 매우 다양하며, 이를 해결하기 위해서는 단편적 방식이 아니라 다면적인 정책적 접근이 이루어져야 한다. In this paper issues and challenges of the workforce policy for nursing were explored and appropriate policy responses identified. Results: Many countries, including South Korea, are facing a shortage of nurses. In South Korea, the number of practicing registered nurses is about half the average for Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) member countries. The shortage of nurses is not necessarily a shortage of individuals with nursing qualifications but also includes complex issues, such as lack of well-educated nurses, shortage of nurses willing to work, and geographical imbalances of nurses. The present nurse workforce policies are to increase number of nursing schools, to reduce the length of training, and to replace nurses with nursing assistants. However, the findings of many studies have shown that these attempts resulted in a worsening of patient outcomes and increasingly low quality of care. Conclusion: The findings in this study indicate that nurse workforce policy should have a multi-faceted approach in order to address the many factors affecting nurse shortages.

        간호전달체계 현황 및 간호서비스의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인

        The aims of this study is to investigate the status of nursing care delivery systems and nurse staffing levels and to analyze differences in the quality of nursing care by the type of nursing care delivery system. This research was based on data from 723 nurses working in 55 medical and surgical units in 26 general hospitals. Descriptive statistics on nurse staffing levels and the nursing care delivery system, and multi-level logistic regression were used to estimate the determinants of quality of nursing care. The number of patients per nurse is 17.74 patients in functional nursing care and 15.56 patients in total nursing care. In comparison to hospitals adopting total nursing care, hospitals with functional nursing care had greater patients. The nurses rated units using total nursing care as significantly better quality of nursing care than the units with functional nursing care. Total nursing care or modified total nursing care, rather than functional nursing care, could lead to improvement in the quality of care(total nursing care OR=3.895, modified total nursing care OR=2.475). Patient-centered approaches under proper circumstances can be successfully implemented and the positive effects demonstrated.
