A quantum light source is an essential element for quantum information technology, including quantum communication, quantum sensor, and quantum computer. Quantum light sources including photon number state, entangled state, and squeezed state can be divided into two types according to the generation mechanism, namely single emitter and non-linear based systems. The single emitter platform contains atom/ion trap, solid-state defect/color center, two-dimensional material, and semiconductor quantum dot, which can emit deterministic photons. The non-linear based platform contains spontaneous parametric down-conversion and spontaneous four-wave mixing, which can emit probabilistic photon pairs. For each platform, we give an overview of the recent research trends of the generation, manipulation, and integration of single photon and entangled photon sources. The characteristics of quantum light sources are investigated for each platform. In addition, we briefly introduce quantum sensing, quantum communication, and quantum computing applications based on quantum light sources. We discuss the challenges and prospects of quantum light sources for quantum information technology.
Streptozotocin유도 당뇨병 흰쥐의 6주 고강도 트레이닝이 항산화효소와 염증관련 Cytokines의 발현에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was investigate the effects of high intensity endurance exercise on expression of antioxidant ensymes and inflammatory cytokines in diabetic rats whose symptom was induced through the use of 50 ㎎/㎏ streptozotocin, 28 white rats were experimented. rats in four groups exercised(Control, n=7, Control-Training Exercise, n=7, Streptozocin, n=7, Streptozocin-Training Exercise, n=7) on a treadmill run with an intensity of 27m/min, 10°intensity inclination five times for a week during 6 weeks. Mer exercise training, blood glucose(p<.05) were significantly decreased in diabetic exercise groups. SOD, IL-10 levels(p<.05) were significantly increased and MDA, TNF-α, IL-6 levels(p<.05) were significantly decreased after high intensity exercise training. However, IL-1β and IL-4 levels(p<.05) were no significantly increased after exercise training. These findings indicate that the regular physical exercise has marked anti-inflammatory effects on diabetic mellitus.

The purpose of this study is to determine the expression of a acute endurance exercise both in cold(2℃) and hot(34℃) temperatures on the skeletal muscle. The main purpose of this study is to the effects of cold and hot temperatures to the heat shock protein 70, heat shock protein 27 and blood lactate, plasma CK using rats as the exercise. Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly placed in one of three temperature groups (normal, hot, cold). The treadmill run with an intensity of 26m/min, 10°intensity and soleus(SOL) and extensor digitorum longus(EDL) muscle extracted at 30, 60, 90 min during the exercise. The western blotting analyzed the expression of HSP70 and HSP27 during the exercise, the increased HSP27 protein in the SOL and EDL tissues of the cold, hot and normal temperatures were observed. However, it was observed that only SOL tissues increased HSP70 protein in both cold and hot temperatures. These results implied that increased apoptotic factor by cold and hot temperatures could cause the expression of HSP70 and HSP27 which involve cell damage in early stage of exercise and due to temperatures.

Virbo ripper is a construction equipment developed for rock cracking and ripping. It is different from the existing hydraulic breaker. In developing 50-ton vibro rippers, link modules are an important part of improving the vibration efficiency of gearboxes and ensuring durability against digging forces. This paper focuses on checking the stress distribution of the link module, which is the component of interest when the vibro ripper hits the rock, and predicting the weak spots and reflecting them in the component design. The dynamic behavior analysis of the vibro ripper was used to identify the structural weakness of the link module using Daful®, a multibody dynamics commercial program, and the fatigue life was estimated using the results obtained through the simulation.

The dehumidifier is key components in painting process of shipbuilding. Many researchers have developed dehumidification means and dehumidifier. As a result, It is applied in building and other industrial fields successfully. However, developed dehumidifier is not appropriate method in production environment of shipbuilding, the present equipment is unconcerned about energy saving. This study is energy saving and performance evaluation on dehumidifier for shipbuilding. The method developed here can be used for dehumidification and dry in shipbuilding.

We consider materials which can be described by plasticity laws exhibiting nonlinear kinematic and nonlinear isotropic hardening effects. The aim is to show that the material parameters governing the constitutive behavior may be determined from data obtained by Berkovich indentation. Note that only the measurable global quantities(load and indentation depth) should be utilized, which are available, e.g. from depth-sensing indentation tests. For this goal use is made of the method of neural networks. The developed neural networks apply also to obtain reliable mechanical properties, particularly of the thin films. Load-displacement curve is computed using the analysis procedure and compared with experimental result. The result show that with good technique.
