This paper analyzes the correlation between the working state of the aerial ladder vehicle and the reaction force of the outrigger to predict the rollover. The outrigger reaction force can determine the state of rollover according to strength that representative variables for make a decision the rollover of ladder vehicle. Acquires data from aerial ladder vehicle based on the multi body simulation and learning the reaction relationship between the working status and the outrigger based on machine learning. After the check possibility of estimating the reaction force by analyzing the relationship with the working status and reaction force.

Virbo ripper is a construction equipment developed for rock cracking and ripping. It is different from the existing hydraulic breaker. In developing 50-ton vibro rippers, link modules are an important part of improving the vibration efficiency of gearboxes and ensuring durability against digging forces. This paper focuses on checking the stress distribution of the link module, which is the component of interest when the vibro ripper hits the rock, and predicting the weak spots and reflecting them in the component design. The dynamic behavior analysis of the vibro ripper was used to identify the structural weakness of the link module using Daful®, a multibody dynamics commercial program, and the fatigue life was estimated using the results obtained through the simulation.
