상담자가 지각한 내담자를 변화로 이끄는 상담과정에서의 결정적 순간 및 개입에 대한 연구

본 연구는 내담자에게 변화를 촉진할 수 있는 상담자의 개입을 탐색하기 위해 상담과정에서의 결정적인 순간 및 개입에 대해 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 상담자 7명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였으며 현상학적 연구방법으로 연구 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 의미진술은 153개가 추출되었으며, 46개의 주제, 10개의 주제군, 3개의 범주를 추출하였다. 3개의 범주에는 사전작업, 상담과정 : 내담자의 틀 깨기, 내담자의 개인적인 성향이나 특성에 맞추기, 상담자 특성이 속하였다. 각 주제군 별로 기존연구와 비교하여 논점과 시사점을 정리하여 제시하였다. This study conducted a qualitative study on the critical turning points in counseling process in order to explore the intervention of counselors who can promote change to the client. To do this, we interviewed seven counselors and analyzed the research data using phenomenological research methods. As a result of the study, 153 meaning statements were extracted and 46 subjects, 10 subject groups, and 3 categories were extracted. The three categories included pre-work, counseling process : breaking the client`s frame, matching the client`s personal tendencies and characteristics, and the characteristics of the counselor. Compared with the previous studies for each subject group, the points and implications are summarized and presented.

불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 대학생의 진로 결정수준 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

This study investigated intolerance of uncertainty, career decision leve and career preparation attempted to study mediator effect of perfectionism. Finally, conclusions, implications and limitaions of the study were discussed. Perfectionism is divided into adaptive perfectionism and maladaptive perfectionism for multidimensional approach.To do this, online questionnaires were conducted for 268 college students for a week in December in 2015. Researchers conducted the correlation analysis and tested mediator effect of perfectionism regarding the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty, career decision level and career preparation behavior by using structural equational model based on correlation result. As a result of analysis, the lower the level of patience about uncertainty, the lower the level of career decision, and did not show a significant correlation with career preparation behavior. intolerance of uncertainty and perfectionism showed a positive correlation. Adaptive perfectionism showed a positive correlation with career preparation behavior, and maladaptive perfectionism showed negative correlation with career decision level. Adaptive perfectionism and maladaptive perfectionism showed mediating effects on the uncertainty endurance, career decision level and career preparation behavior. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed. 본 연구에서는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 완벽주의의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 대학생 268명을 대상으로 2015년 12월에 일주일간 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 각 변인들 간의 관계를 상관분석을 통해 검토하였으며, 완벽주의를 적응적 완벽주의와 부적응적 완벽주의로 구분하여 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 완벽주의의 매개효과를 구조방정식 모형검증을 통해 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 불확실성에 대한 인내력이 낮을수록 진로결정수준이 낮았으며, 진로준비행동과는 유의미한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 불확실성에 대한 인내력과 완벽주의는 모두 정적인 상관을 나타냈으며, 적응적 완벽주의는 진로준비행동과 정적상관을 나타냈고 부적응적 완벽주의는 진로결정수준과 부적상관을 나타냈다. 적응적 완벽주의와 부적응적 완벽주의는 불확실성에 대한 인내력과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 각각 매개효과를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

대학생의 진로장벽과 진로적응성의 관계 : 역기능적 진로사고와 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족의 매개효과 검증

본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 진로장벽과 진로적응성간의 관계에서 역기능적 진로사고와 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 매개효과를 지니는 지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2018년 6월 온라인 리서치 패널업체를 통해 일주일간 352명의 대학생을 표집하여 연구를 수행한 결과 역기능적 진로사고는 매개효과를 지녔으나, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족은 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다. 다만, 역기능적 진로사고를 거처 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 진로적응성에 영향을 미침은 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 진로장벽을 지각하는 대학생들의 진로적응성을 돕기 위해서는 역기능적 사고에 대한 개입이 필수적임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of dysfunctional career thought and intolerance of uncertainty in the relationship between career barriers and career adaptability perceived by university students. To this end, in June 2018, 352 college students were recruited for a week through an online research panel company. The results of the study showed that dysfunctional career thoughts had a mediating effect, but lack of endurance to uncertainty did not. However, it was confirmed that the lack of endurance to uncertainty influenced career adaptability through dysfunctional career thoughts. Therefore, it suggests that intervention for dysfunctional thoughts is essential to help career adaptability of college students who perceive career barriers.

본 연구는 직장인을 대상으로 애착회피가 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향과 그 과정을 밝히는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내에서 다양한 직종에 종사하는 400명의 직장인들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 변인들 간의 상관은 애착회피가 대인관계능력과 정서표현양가성, 경험회피, 정서표현양가성의 하위변인인 자기방어적양가성과 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개별매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 경험회피는 유의하였으며 정서표현양가성은 대인관계능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았지만 하위요인 중 자기방어적양가성이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 애착회피가 정서표현양가성을 예측하고 순차적으로 경험회피를 거쳐 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 애착회피가 자기방어적양가성과 경험회피를 순차적으로 거쳐 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향 역시 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 추후연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of attachment avoidance on interpersonal ability and the process of this study. To do this, we conducted online surveys of 400 employees in various occupations in Korea. As a result of the study, the correlations between the variables showed that attachment avoidance correlated with interpersonal abilities, emotional expressive ambivalence, empirical avoidance, emotional expressive ambiguity, self-protective ambivalence. Examining the individual Mediators results, it experiences avoidance was significant sentiment expressed ambivalence was found on a self-defensive ambivalence did not have a significant impact in a significant impact on interpersonal abilities sub-factors. In addition, attachment avoidance predicted emotional expressive ambiguity, and it was found that the effect of emotional expression ambivalence on interpersonal abilities was significant after successive avoidance. In addition, the effect of attachment avoidance on interpersonal relationship ability through self-defensive ambivalence and experience avoidance was also significant. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

A case of primary aortogastric fistula in a 16-year-old boy who sustained from traffic accident a month ago is reported. Herald bleeding and upper abdominal pain were appeared, but pulsatile mass was not palpated. False aneurysm was located between diaphragm and posterior wall of gastric fundus. Aortic rupture site measured 1cm in size was corrected by primary closure. The patient died because of poor general condition and multiorgan failure. This could be the first case of primary aortogastric fistula ever reported in Korea.
