        자동차 공조용 증발기의 고성능화에 관한 연구

        The object of the present study is to develop a high performance evaporator for automotive air conditioner. The experiment has been conducted on evaporative heat transfer coefficient inside a plate type heat exchanger with a sharp 180-degree turn flow. The test plates have different formed surface, cross-ribbed channel and elliptical-ribbed channel. Also experimental study has been performed to determine optimal design in elliptical-ribbed plate heat exchanger with different turn clearance. In addition to the above experiments, refrigerant behavior and surface temperature distribution in the plate heat exchanger were observed using color thermoviewer(infrared thermometer). In this experiment, working fluid was used R-12 and test conditions were as follows : (1) saturation pressure of $2.116kg/cm^2$, (2) mass fluxes of 40 to $70kg/m^2s$, (3) heat fluxes of 4,500 to $7,300W/m^2$, (4) inlet quality of 0.1 to 0.7. The results indicated that the evaporative heat transfer coefficient of an elliptical-ribbed plate heat exchanger was higher than that of cross-ribbed plate heat exchanger. Also optimal turn clearance in an elliptical-ribbed plate heat exchanger was determined.

        유턴 흐름을 갖는 차량공조용 플레이트형 증발기의 전열특성에 관한 연구

        The evaporation heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics for HFC-l34a in flat plate type heat exchangers with enhanced beads were experimentally investigated. Three plate type evaporators with different geometric condition of U-turn area were tested. Mass fluxes were tested over the range of 83kg/$m^2$s to 166kg/$m^2$s, and heat fluxes were varied from 4㎾/$m^2$ to 12㎾/$m^2$. Evaporation temperature was 5$^{\circ}C$ with inlet qualities of 0.1 to 1.0. There was no notable difference in the heat transfer coefficient by geometric variation of U-turn area, but the third plate with cross-ribbed channel at U-turn area was better than others in the evaluation using volume goodness factor comparison. Also, the mixtures of HFC-l34a and PAG oil was tested to determine oil effects on heat transfer and pressure drop. As oil concentration was increased, heat transfer coefficient was increased by 22~48% up to the 3wt.%, but decreased by 14~22% at the 4wt.%. The pressure drop was increased by the maximum of 100% as oil concentration was increased.

        악간 기록재료의 물리적 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare the dimensional stability, compression resistance, elastic recovery and surface hardness of elastomeric interocclusal recording materials. Five commonly used elastomeric interocclusal recording materials(Ramitec, Regisil, Blue-Mousse, Stat-Br, Coltoflax) were selected for this study. According to ADA specification No. 19, two types of specimen were fabricated. Cylinder type specimens were used to test compression resistance and elastic recovery and plate type specimens were used to evaluate dimensional stability and surface hardness. Paired t-test was applied to detect significance among the occlusal registration materials. The obtained results were as follows: 1. There were statistical difference in dimensional stability between the elastic interocclusal recording materials. The dimensional stability of silicone was higher than that of polyether tested(p<0.05). 2. Coltoflax was significantly less resistance to compression than the other elastic interocclusal recording materials(p<0.001). 3. The elastic recovery capacity of Blu-Mousse and Stat-Br is better than that of Coltoflax (p<0.01). 4. The surface hardness of Coltoflax was lower than that of Blu-Mousse and Stat-Br(p<0.05). 5. The percentage dimensional change of alll materials was acceptable according to the limid of 0.5% suggeted by ADA specificatin No. 19.

        CVM 기법을 적용한 국립공원 설악산의 관광자원 가치 측정에 관한 연구

        Using a contingent valuation method, this study estimated the value of the Seoraksan National Park. Particularly, it compared the non-market value of the national park when it had a cable car and when it had not. Data were collected from 403 visitors of the national park on May of 2009. Results showed that the benefit value of the national park could be from 45.7 to 52 billion won per year when it had a cable car in the park. However, the benefit value could be only from 2.9 through 3.6 billion won per year when there was no cable car in the park. This suggested that the benefit value of the national park could be 15 times larger when the park had a cable car. Results also indicated that the respondents considered 'appreciation of beautiful scenery' as the major attraction of the Seoraksan National Park. The respondents also tended to think that installation of cable cars could be a new method of inducing tourists as well as preventing environmental damage of the Seoraksan National Park. CVM은 자연자원과 같은 공공재의 경제적 가치를 측정하는 연구기법이다. 이 논문은 CVM을 응용하여 국립공원설악산의 자연자원의 가치를 측정한 연구이다. 지금 설악산 지역에서는 설악산 내에 케이블카 설치에 대한 찬반논쟁이 대립하고 있다. 지역주민들은 침체된 관광시장의 활성화를 위해서, 환경단체는 시설공사로 인한 환경훼손을 염려해서인데, 서로가 경제적 편익이 크다고 주장하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 설악산 내에 케이블카를 설치했을 때와 설치하지 않았을 때 어느 쪽이 그 경제적 편익가치가 큰지 학문적으로 측정하는 것을 주목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 케이블카를 찬성하는 사람에게는 케이블카 사용료를, 반대하는 사람에게는 설악산 입장료를 각각 얼마나 지불할 수 있는지 최대지불의사금액을 질문하여 CVM 선행연구 기법에 따라 경제적 가치를 측정하였고, 그 과정에서 지불의사는 이분선택형을, 지불의사금액은 직접질문법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 설악산에 케이블카를 설치했을 때의 편익가치 더 큰 것으로 측정되었다. 그리고 케이블카가 지속적으로 관광객을 유치할 수 있는 새로운 대안으로, 설악산의 환경훼손을 막기 위한 수단으로도 케이블카를 설치해야 하는 것으로 측정되었다. 설악산에 케이블카를 설치하는 것은 설악산의 관광이미지를 새롭게 변모시키는 획기적인 시도가 될 것이다. 관광지의 이미지는 관광객의 동기분석과 관광목적지와 관련된 여러 요인들을 결합하여 감동과 충성도를 가져 올 수 있도록 구축이 되어야한다. 연구결과 설악산 관광객 속성과 자연자원 요인을 결합하여 관광객들에게 새로운 감동과 충성도를 가져 올 수 있는 새로운 수단이 케이블카이며, 이를 통해 ‘지속가능한 관광개발’도 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 자연자원의 가치를 케이블카라는 개발과 보존의 개념이 대립되는 변수를 적용한 선험적 연구로써 앞으로 이와 유사한 사례에 있어 지역주민과 자치단체, 정부부처간의 갈등을 조정하며, 지역주민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 ‘지속가능한 관광개발’을 이루는데 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 판단된다.

      • 자동차 에어콘용 증발기의 성능에 미치는 냉동기유의 영향

        Experiments have been performed on the evaporation heat transfer of refrigerant-oil mixture inside plate type evaporator for automotive air conditioner,As test evaporator,two kinds of plate were used : plate A which was formed with oval rib and plate B which was formed with angular rib. Also ozone-safe refrigerant,HFC-134a and synthetic oil,PAG were used as working fluid and lubricant.Test conditions for this study are as follows:refrigerant mass flowrate:40,60 and 80 kg/m2s, heat flux:2,4,6 kw/m2, evaporation temperature:5°C, oil concentration:? to 12%,quality:0.2 to 0.7. Measurements showed clearly the effect of oil concentration on evaporation heat transfer coefficient.<br/>
