We studied the microstructure and magnetic property of the pulsed DC magnetron sputtered $Zn_{\0.8}Co_{0.2}O$ film as a function of substrate temperatures. The X-ray patterns of the $Zn_{\0.8}Co_{0.2}O$ film showed a strong (002) preferential orientation at $500^{\circ}C$. The films with a crystallite size of 23-35 nm were grown in the form of nano-sized structure and this tendency was remarkable with increasing substrate temperature. The UV-visible result showed that the $Zn_{\0.8}Co_{0.2}O$ film prepared above $300^{\circ}C$ has a high optical transmittance of over $80\%$ in the visible region. The absorption bands were observed due to sp-d interchange action by $Co^{2+}$ complex ion and dd transition in the region from 500 to 700nm. The resistivity of the film was below $10^{-1}\;\Omega-cm\;above\;300^{\circ}C$. The AGM analysis results for the all films showed the magnetic hysteresis curves of ferromagnetic nature. The low electrical resistivity and room temperature ferromagnetism of ZnCoO thin films 'deposited above $300^{\circ}C$ suggested the possibility for the application to Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors (DMSs).

기존 바다낚시공원이나 바다낚시시설은 기타 레저시설 미비, 체험프로그램 및 시설 부족, 편의시설이나 숙박시설 등 부대시설 부족등으로 인해 증가하는 가족낚시인의 바다낚시 및 해양레저의 복합적 수요에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 이에 바다낚시 및 해양레저의 복합적 수요에 대응하여 가족이 즐기고 휴식할 수 있는 바다낚시복합타운의 조성이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 바다낚시복합타운의 개념을 정립하고 시설유형을 분류한 다음 각 유형별 시설구성안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 어촌복합생활공간, 해양레저생활공간, 낚시공원사업 등 유사 사례, 관련사업 및 법률을 바탕으로 바다낚시복합타운의 개념을 정립한다. 또한 바다낚시복합타운의 유형을 입지조건 및 활동형태에 따라 도시근교 레저·스포츠형(Ⅰ형), 도시근교 힐링·휴식형(Ⅱ형), 도시외곽 체험·활동형(Ⅲ형) 그리고 도시외곽 문화·휴양형(Ⅳ형) 네가지 유형으로 분류하고 각 유형별 특성을 분석하여 유형별 특성에 따른 시설구성안을 제시하며 바다낚시복합타운의 구성시설을 기반시설과 레저시설(기본시설, 특화시설)로 구분하여 구체적인 시설계획안을 제시한다 This paper suggests facility planning ideas for recreational fishing complexes suitable for family anglers. Existing recreational fishing parks are only equipped with facilities for angling. There are many needs for recreational fishing complexes in coastal fishing villages that include not only angling facilities but also various marine leisure and sports facilities. In this paper we suggest concepts for recreational fishing complexes and define four types of complexes in terms of facilities planning. These four types of complexes are: 1) suburban leisure sports, 2) suburban healing and relaxation, 3) penturban experience and activities, and 4) penturban culture and recreation. Then we propose facility composition in detail for each type. Also we suggest site selection criteria for the village complex, facility infrastructure planning ideas, and leisure facilities (elementary and specialized) for recreational fishing complexes.

본 연구는 해양플랜트 지원선 중 작업자들에게 전용거주시설을 제공하는 생활바지선 거주구공간계획에 관한 연구이다. 생활바지선의 거주구는 '작업자영역', '서비스영역', '승무원영역', '업무영역'으로 공간을 분류할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 10척의 생활바지선 일반배치도(GA)를 조사하여 거주공간특성을 분석하였다. 또한 해양플랜트 거주구 설계시 가장 많이 참조되는 ABS, NORSOK 등 해외선급협회에서 제시하는 해양플랜트 거주구 공간설계지침을 분석하여 생활바지선에서 거주구 공간계획에 적용하기위한 설계지침을 제시하였다. 그리고 생활 바지선 거주구 설계모델을 설정하고 모델을 대상으로 데크별 공간배치와 동선을 계획하였다. 마지막으로 거주구 설계모델의 객실, 식당, 주방, 휴게공간 그리고 위생시설 등 주요공간을 대상으로 공간계획을 실시하고 계획안을 제시하였다. 최근 국내 조선업계에서도 생활바지선에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으나 거주구 공간설계기술의 부족으로 외국 설계업체에 의존하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 우선 한국선급협회에서 본 연구결과를 기초 생활바지선 거주구 공간계획을 위한 설계지침을 시급히 만들어야만 한다.
FBAR용 ZnO 박막의 열처리 온도변화에 따른 미세조직 및 전기적 특성

In this paper, we prepared high-quality ZnO thin films for application of FBAR (Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator) by using pulse DC magnetron sputtering. To prevent the formation of low dielectric layers between metal and piezoelectric layer, Ru film of 30 nm thickness was used as a buffer layer. In addition we investigated the influence of annealing condition with various temperatures. As the annealing temperature increased, the crystalline orientation with the preference of (002) c-axis and resistance properties improved. The single resonator which was fabricated at $500^{\circ}C$ exhibited the resonance frequency and the return loss 0.99 GHz and 15 dB, respectively. This work demonstrates potential feasibility for the use of thin film Ru buffer layers and the optimization of annealing condition.
골다공증 유도 백서에서 칼슘과 비타민 D 섭취 후 임플랜트 주위 뼈 조직에서 TGF-β1, 데코린 및 바이글리칸 발현에 관한 연구

Because osteoporosis is known to influence the late period of bone healing, bone formation around titanium implant is deteriorated in osteoporotic patient. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of calcium and vitamin D diet on the expressions of TGF-β1, decorin and biglycan in the peri-implant bone of induced osteoporotic rats. After 40 rats, 10 weeks of age, were ovarietomized, 20 rats were supplemented with calcium and vitamin D as a experimental group and 20 rats were without calcium and vitamin D as a control group. Titanium screw implant(Cowellmedi, KOREA, diameter, 2.0 mm; length, 3.5 mm; pitch-height 0.4 mm) were planted into tibia of 40 rats. The rats were sacrificed at different time interval(1, 2, and 4 weeks after implantation) and then immunohistochemistry for the expression of TGF-β1, decorin and biglycan was performed. The expression level of TGF-β1 and decorin in experimental groups was much higher than the control group at 1 week. The expression of biglycan in control group was observed at 1 and 2 weeks and this expression level was higher than that of experimental group. Considering calcium and vitamin D diet increased the expression of TGF-β1 and decorin in osteoporotic rats, we suggest that those diet might help early bone formation around titanium implant in osteoporotic patients.

This study is on the space planning of accommodation area in accommodation barge, which is a kind of offshore plant supply vessel providing workers with exclusive accommodation facilities. Firstly, the space layout of accommodation area is analyzed using the general arrangement drawings of 10 actually-built accommodation barges currently in use. Secondary, the design guides and standards for living quarters of offshore plants issued from overseas classification societies such as ASS, NORSOK etc. are analyzed and based on the analysis design guidelines for accommodation area of accommodation barge are newly suggested. Thirdly, a model of accommodation area in accommodation barge is set up and space arrangements and movement lines for each deck of the accommodation area of the model are planned. Fourthly, cabins, dinning room and galley, recreation spaces, and sanitary spaces of the accommodation area of the model are planned. The results of this study may be summarized as follows. An accommodation barge has ‘barge deck’ for small scale work and material storage, and ‘accommodation area’ for the living and resting of workers. The accommodation area is made of workers accommodation sector, service sector, crew sector and business sector. The interior design guidelines for accommodation area of accommodation barge should be made soon by Korea Register of Shipping.

레저용 보트를 이용하여 국민 누구나 해양레저스포츠를 즐길 수 있으려면 마리나에서 보트에 접근하여 승하선하는 시설에 장애자, 노약자 등의 사용편리를 위해 유니버설디자인이 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구는 유니버설디자인 측면에서 우리나라 마리나시설의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 그 대안을 제시하였다. This study is intended to apply universal design concept and guideline to the boarding facilities of pleasure boat. In order to fulfill the purpose of the study a site survey at Suyoung Marina has been carried out. Out of the survey some problems are picked up for each part of access and pier facility, boarding platform and inside door. Practical measures for improving the situation are suggested.
