디지털콘텐트산업은 정보화사회의 핵심적인 기반산업분야이나 복제의 용이성으로 디지털코텐츠를 법적으로 보호하지 않는다면 우리사회가 필요로 하는 디지털콘텐츠의 개발의욕을 저하시켜 산업발전을 기대할 수 없을 것이다. 따라서 디지털콘텐츠제작자의 법적보호는 국가적 이익을 극대화하기 위한 필수불가결한 조치일 것이다. 이러한 디지털콘텐츠제작자의 법적보호를 위하여 탄생한 법이 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법이다.

The temperature distribution of patterned tire is numerically predicted using the three dimensional full patterned tire model. A three dimensional periodic patterned tire model is constructed by copying 1-sector mesh in the circumferential direction. Using the static tire contact analysis, the strain cycles during one revolution are approximated with the strains at Guassian points of the elements which are sector-wise repeated within the same circular ring of elements, by neglecting the tire rolling effect. Based upon the multi-axial fatigue theory, the maximum principal strain is used to represent the combined effect of six strain components on the hysteretic loss. Hysteresis is measured in a lab experimentally in terms of tan δ. In the following, the deformation due to the inflation and vertical load is calculated using ABAQUS. Then heat generation rate in each element is calculated using an in-house code. Lastly, temperature distribution is calculated using ABAQUS again. Through the numerical experiments, the validity of the proposed prediction method is examined by comparing with the experiment and the temperature distribution of three dimensional periodic patterned tire model are compared with those of the main-grooved simple tire model.
타이어 패턴 및 노면 설계가 그루브 원더에 미치는 영향

Driving on a wet road is extremely dangerous due to the low coefficient of friction between the tire and the road surface. In order to improve wet performance, longitudinal grooves are ground in concrete highways. Such grooves, however, can exert unwanted side forces and lead to critical component for passenger satisfaction. Longitudinal grooves of tire tread can interact with the road grooves under normal driving conditions. If the interaction is severe enough, then a vehicle tends to experience lateral accelerations and yaw motions. When the lateral accelerations are large enough, drivers and passengers will detect them primarily at the seat. Groove wander, then, is defined as the annoying lateral motion experienced on grooved highways. When the groove wander motion becomes too high, customers will complain. This paper is to estimate the effect of the tire tread groove on the groove wander in the different grooved domestic highways using the finite element analysis based on a static loading or a steady-state rolling assumption. The road groove can be located anywhere relative to the tread element. Therefore, the lateral force of the tire is changing depending on the location of the groove road. It is found that the waveform for the tire with varying grooved road position has as peak-to-peak lateral force in order to estimate the rating of groove wander. The effect of the road groove width and the pitch length on the peak-to-peak lateral force of tire is discussed. This study will be useful for the tire tread design to minimize groove wander.

서비스품질에 따른 온.오프라인 고객만족 및 행동의도에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 은행을 이용하는 고객들의 만족영향 요인으로서 서비스품질을 선행요인으로 하여 고객만족과 사후에 전개되는 행동과의 관계를 구조적으로 측정하였다. 본 연구결과 은행에 있어서의 시장경쟁력은 고객지향적인 관점에서 제시되어야 하며, 고객이 당면해야 하는 기능적(현대화된 시설 등)인 측면과 미학적(종사원 유니폼 등)인 측면은 중요한 실행요인으로 고려되어야 한다. 또한, 반응성 요인과 공감성 요인의 경우 은행은 고객의 ‘욕구(필요)’를 파악하여 고객이 처한 바를 해결해 줄 수 있는 능력이 만족요인으로 나타났다. 이를 위하여 직무수행능력의 향상을 위해 종업원들에게 서비스 교육을 제공해야 한다. 또한, 은행은 변화하는 시장 환경에 대처할 수 있는 적응력과 경쟁력 향상을 도모해야 한다. This study recognizes service quality as a quality to bank customer satisfaction and evaluates the structural relationship between customer satisfaction and its ensuing behaviors. The market competitiveness of banks, based on this research, should be presented from a customer-oriented viewpoint, taking into account the functional(modern facilities, etc.) as well as the athletic(employees' uniforms, etc.) aspects of their respective establishments. Also for the responsiveness and empathy factor, banks must become aware of customers' needs and possess the ability to satisfy them. To do this, service training must be provided to employee to improve job performance. Also, banks must gain flexibly to adapt to the changing market environment and to increase competitiveness.
인터널 마케팅 요인들이 임직원들의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

Recently, with global economic downturn, corporations are keenly interested in achieving sustainable growth. As product/service differentiation is becoming more and more difficult, companies are trying to secure competitive advantage through people. This study is based on the discussion that internal marketing is an effective approach toward sustainable growth for companies. Specifically, we conducted an empirical study that examined through what mechanism internal marketing is affecting employees` job satisfaction As expected, the results showed that internal marketing affected job satisfaction directly and inderectly through “acceptance of change.” In addition, internal marketing turned out to be an effective tool to reduce job-related conflict. Contrary to our hypotheses, however, job-related conflict didn`t affect job satisfaction. Finally, the implications of the results and future research direction are offered.
